I don't know how the application works through the website, I called on the phone. I was clearly oriented in terms of time and cost. The specialist arrived exactly at the appointed time. I don't know anything about dry cleaning, but I was able to appreciate that the work was done expertly. The area damaged by the cat was treated separately, in this case, the master had an entire alchemical laboratory with him. Cleaning the rest of the sofa was also thorough, unlike other popular dry cleaning services (I won't point my finger).
