A wonderful bank branch, sometimes there are a lot of people, but still the queue passes quite quickly, there are a lot of soft sofas on which you can wait in line, the staff at the cash desk serve quickly and politely, the young man in the lobby will always tell you if something is not clear and regulates queues to ATMs, I am very pleased with the bank branch!

In this bank, if something changes, it is only for the worse. If you take a simple electronic statement in the application for legal entities, then they have this movement on the account. Money is charged immediately. As in the classics, "Charge a fee for Failure so that it does not fail." Previously, there was a rotation in the queue at the checkout for legal entities and physicists. Now everyone is in the general queue. I advise you not to contact them.

Nice department, very polite staff. Often, when I was there, there were very long queues at the ticket office, it would be great if 2-3 cash desks were stable.
