I want to share my service history in this "miracle" bank. At one point, I needed to make an account statement in $ to open a visa. They did it for free at another bank, here it costs 10 rubles. OK, when I came to the bank, I was advised to open a FREE card, WITHOUT COMMISSION AND REMUNERATION (according to the consultant). They made a release, charged 10 rubles for it. OK. Then, by some miracle, after 2 weeks, the REWARD was deducted from the card, which was supposed to be closed and free. We couldn't do anything on the phone, so we had to go to the bank. They said it was a technical glitch and promised to refund the money. OK, what was my surprise when they returned 10 kopecks less. I understand that the amount is ridiculous, but the fact that, first of all, the bank is a joint. Secondly, they returned less than they withdrew. All desire to have accounts and be serviced here has disappeared.
Everything is fine, the guy who served me told me everything, showed me all the prices, conditions and deadlines, issued the card as a non-resident, there was a queue for about an hour, as in any other bank in general, but it was convenient there, right in the cafe office, the next day he immediately took the card, definitely respect
I've been using Alpha for many years now, it's time to change the card, I wanted the next package after the Gold card, I sit down to consult a specialist, and she gives me a booklet and sits silent, I even forgot in general what I wanted to ask from such professionalism, but the worst thing is that I can't get a card at the very beginning 🤡only by mail or in a bank, but for 18p for an urgent issue, I explained that mail does not suit me, but for everyone.. I asked (not at the bank) about this issue and the bank is obliged to provide the opportunity to receive cards at the branch and, if convenient, by mail, but the law is not written to Alpha) I have a Platinum card and come across such a disgusting service. The only thing that pleased the girl Victoria was when she arrived the other day, she told me everything about all the services, answered all the questions, in general, I like to contact her if I need to. In the future, I will most likely choose another bank for servicing
