It was necessary to pay for the purchase and transfer the money to the account of the legal entity. I arrived at lunch, but I didn't have time to pay because of the large number of customers. I had to visit the bank in the evening. The bank's employee, Yuri, provided competent advice on the bank's services and the transfer fee charged, and provided assistance in transferring funds. Thanks to him!!!
I would like to ask the bank's management to increase the number of employees working with clients in the hall. There are only three of them! They are well done, they work quickly and competently, but there are three employees for such a branch in the center of Minsk (there are many shopping centers and administrative buildings nearby) It's very small. You're losing customers! Many people just leave after seeing 10-15 people in line.
The place is clean, cozy, the staff is polite, competent, works as diligently and quickly as possible. Perhaps this is one of the advantages.
Among the disadvantages, there are huge queues all the time, too few employees, many customers leave without waiting for their turn, you can only carry out currency transactions here quickly, I recommend setting aside at least half a day for all others.
Some constructive criticism ..
Some ATMs allow you to withdraw/deposit cash. That's great! That's great!
But if you want to top up your currency card with $100, you will see an inscription that the ATM does not accept $100 bills. and this is extremely illogical. Who goes to the ATM to deposit $15 on the card?
But the story doesn't end there. I'm waiting for the branch to open to replenish the card in the window. I click on the electronic queue for "payment cards" ==> "replenishment / withdrawal of cash" and I'll give it to you.. I read the message "use an ATM to perform this operation."

It is clear that theoretically you can start a scandal .. wave your arms .. ask for help in solving this issue and someone will ask me what I need and take me to the window.
But what if I was deaf and dumb, for example? Do they have a sign language operator in every department?
Is it really so difficult to either upgrade the ATM or leave the possibility of taking a number for depositing / withdrawing cash in an electronic queue ? ? !
