They will exchange and put $ on the card of the same bank. There is almost never a queue. A nice bonus is the store where the exchanger is located. One disadvantage: Yandex Maps does not specify the opening hours. You can run into a lunch break or a technical break, then you can go to the neighboring Hippo, you can get there on foot and exchange everything in it.

A normal exchanger often works and there are never queues on weekends, only the courses often differ from the main offices, which is not very good, but overall a pretty good point
