Terrible service, I can't put money on the card for 2 weeks, they explain that the ATM is full, I understand if this was a one-time promotion, but I've been going to ATMs around the city for two weeks and money is not accepted anywhere, the staff can't adequately explain what kind of nonsense is going on.

I often can't put money on the card through an ATM, it doesn't want to transfer money, neither large nor small bills. You have to go into the bank branch itself and wait in line. Fix the ATM already or replace it with a working one.
