I issued a card in this department, the wait was not very long, about 10 minutes. Now I want to say about the employees, in a word - professionals! Everything was done very quickly and competently. It is also very convenient that the card will arrive in the mailbox, if you suddenly urgently need a card, you can activate the digital version. I liked everything very much! It is not possible to top up a currency card (USD) with exactly 100 dollar bills at any of the 3 ATMs.
Keep in mind if you count on it)
After that, I found out from support that $ 100 bills are not accepted at any ATM and this is due to the internal policy of the bank. Of course, this decision was not informed anywhere :)
