It is not possible to top up a currency card (USD) with exactly 100 dollar bills at any of the 3 ATMs. Keep in mind if you count on it) After that, I found out from support that $ 100 bills are not accepted at any ATM and this is due to the internal policy of the bank. Of course, this decision was not informed anywhere :)
