Very nice small new hotel👍 .We had a rest in August 2021, we liked everything very much, the food is 5+, the rooms are modern, the air conditioner works perfectly, you can't hear it at all, the bar in the room is free of everything there is juice water beer soda is different, tea coffee and kettle are also there , they clean the room and replenish the bar and body wash every day) everything is new and clean , there is good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the room, the beach is very good, the entrance to the sea is gentle sand with small small pebbles very clean ,sun beds and umbrellas of excellent quality on the beach there is bottled beer and water . The alcohol in the hotel is imported and not burnt, very tasty alcoholic cocktails 👍 the staff is very caring and friendly

Cons: alcohol is not real, the beach is unjustified by a shower, a changing cabin, the staff is weak enough, the restaurant's work is not organized competently.

It feels like we've been to different hotels, and at the same time. We lived there for 5 days from August 23rd. We were upgraded to a room category and decorated as newlyweds, given dinner in an Ala Card even though we were less than 7 days old. They cleaned every day and quite well, even put dry clothes in the closet from the balcony, a very nice cleaning lady works on the 2nd floor, she always met in the corridor from afar with a smile and a morning greeting. The food is delicious, there are several types of meat, seafood in large quantities on Fridays, there is enough for everyone. Yes, sometimes you have to wait for waiters with drinks, but leave a small tip and you will always have dinner like a sultan) The evening animation is certainly a little weak, but this is not Belek's level either. The pool is great, sun beds can always be found. The main contingent are Germans and Poles, a few Russians. The hotel itself is new, beautiful, there is good alcohol, cocktails and coffee in the lobby. The staff always tries to smile - the Germans, of course, try to smile a little more, but they also tip more generously. I didn't notice any Russophobia, the DJ turns on Russian songs, up to the Vladimir Central and still sings along) Russian Russian animation is duplicated, some of the waiters and one guy from the reception can speak Russian.
In general, I have only positive emotions left and I do not understand the frankly negative reviews…
And here's another photo of geese-swans, even on the toilet))) Also, the maid brought us a huge warm blanket at the request and for gratitude 50 lira!

We rested from October 5 to October 16, 2022. The hotel is rather 4", we have NEVER had our bed linen changed in 11 nights. This is the only negative for us. The kitchen is decent, the sea, the beach - everything is fine.

Check-in: 3/10 (Auguste brazenly asks for a bribe, and he also stinks)
Room: 6/10 hotel in the city, it's a bit noisy, but you get used to it. Trash pillows. The rest is more or less.
Room cleaning: 2/10 blunder quickly, there will be no geese of roses on the bed
Beach towels: 1/10 killed and there are not enough of them
Food: A quiet horror, the cook stands proud every dinner, as if he were Gordon Ramsay. In fact, the remains of the last dinner are being converted into new salads. I had breakfast with watermelon. Everything is tasteless, miserable. Technically, there is nothing to get to: here are six types of olives (tasteless), here are two types of one beer, two types of sour wine, meat-fish-chicken (the same thing every day). We didn't find anything to eat at one breakfast. Tables are poorly cleaned. They offer to bring drinks every other time.

The layout of the hotel: not bad, beautiful.
Elevators: long, squalid, infuriating
Location: 300 meters to the beach. The old town is 20 minutes away in one direction.
Bottom line: I haven't been to Turkey for a long time, but it's the same everywhere there now. But the service feels like it's barely three stars. There was also a price tag for a horse ticket.
In general, everything is bad, I don't want to go back.

P.P.S. The cost of the voucher is 220k, 12 nights (arrived at night and left at night, minus two days in total), departure from Moscow, August 12 - August 24. According to my feelings, the price of such a holiday should be twice as low.

This is not a vacation, but a continuous torment, for a lot of money. On the fifth night, music just breaks out at night until 12 at night, and then drunken guests start listening to their music and yelling until 5 in the morning. The hotel administration does not prevent this outrage in any way, only adds to the already inadequate people. Absolutely stupid room design, TV in the middle of the mirror, some nonsense. There is no shower, toilet, changing cabin on the beach, it does not pull 5 stars, there is a picnic area nearby, where locals hang out, it is impossible in the sea, like herring in a barrel. On the one hand, there are water sports, it is fenced, on the other hand, there are just a lot of local aborigines. Don't set foot here anymore, and we don't advise anyone who wants a relaxing holiday. For that kind of money, it's a disappointment. It feels like you're living in a low-end nightclub.

like a new hotel, you need to earn trust and keep the bar, but what happened?
The alcohol is burnt (the original was promised), the food is very modest, there are not enough sun beds and umbrellas next to the pool. The children have nothing to do. The beach area is full bottom. Everyone is sitting on their heads, there is no toilet, there is nowhere to wash their feet, there is no shower, there is not even a bar! And it's called 5 stars? Don't make me laugh. To drink water or go to the toilet, you need to walk 700 meters from the beach back to the hotel.

A good hotel has beautiful views, apart from small disadvantages like the door creaks in the shower and the entrance to the toilet, there are few outlets, the shower flows, and outside my window, if you go out on the balcony, the ventilation of the neighboring hotel was very noisy, well, I also found some kind of insect in the pie and cold pools.

The room is below the paid one, the staff is stupid, the hotel is new but the conduits do not work, everything in the room will turn off at night, the staff suggests moving as there is a motion sensor. The administration is unable to explain why all this is happening. I don't advise anyone. We fell for the fact that the hotel is new and we were very sorry. The service does not pull 5 stars. There are many hotels on the coast that are much better.
