cosmetology is worse I have ever seemed:
- no certification
- cosmetologist will provide that product is good enough for skin type, ever if it’s not: my observation about burning skin was ignored
- overall after my review they tried to sell this cosmetic brand for me 🤔

The SPA specialist doesn’t have cosmetology
certificate, however they provide such services. It is indeed strange to hear from a high profile hotel’s SPA that their specialists do not have respective certificates and yet provide according services

I was upset after reading the negative reviews. I just liked the care procedure, the effect was visible and lasted a long time. But it's a pity if the staff doesn't have a certificate. Now I'm going to be biased. Well, the price here is just like a Boeing wing.
