Sooooo cool place. The room is clean, very cozy, has everything you need, very warm. Absolutely wonderful staff, there is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness equipment. A good restaurant, a large selection of dishes, very tasty

Great hotel. Cleanliness and order are at the highest level. The location is excellent, although it is not important for Soligorsk, but still. It makes special sense to note the rooms, which are equipped with everything necessary, towels, slippers, and a bathrobe are in place, and of course the size of the rooms is more than spacious.

I have already been on a business trip to this hotel several times. In general, the rooms are nice and clean. There is a gym with good equipment, a spa.
However, the air conditioner in the room is terribly annoying, making cracking sounds at night. It makes it very difficult to sleep. It is impossible to get enough sleep. Because of this, I'm reducing it by two points!

The hotel is excellent. I recommend 100%. The service, cleanliness and restaurant are excellent. We didn't have time to visit the SPA and fitness equipment, but I think the level there is also good. Next time, just here.

A beautiful modern hotel. The interior design is tastefully executed. Good plumbing, spacious rooms. For guests there is a guarded parking lot with a barrier, a fitness center and an unrealistically beautiful SPA complex with wonderful aromas and herbal tea. The staff is very responsive and executive. There is also a restaurant with excellent cuisine with a business lunch on weekdays.

I really liked not to compare it with Russian hotels. I am currently in Ussuriysk, Primorsky Krai. I've given myself stars, but it's no use. I plan to visit Soligorsk in November, if everything works out, I will definitely stay at the Alesya hotel. I hope everything will be at the same level. Thank you who had a hand in organizing comfort at the appropriate level. And in general, I love the homeland of my ancestors, Belarus.

We arrived with a friend on the city day , there are no restrooms on the square itself . The nearest place where you can relieve yourself is this hotel and domino's pizza. In dominos , no one has any pretensions , everyone is allowed in . In this institution , they answered us - we do not let them in , do not create a queue .

The hotel is very nice, polite staff at the reception. The rooms are large and clean, and there are all conditions for a comfortable stay in the room.
The bed linen is clean as new every time, and I stay at the hotel 5 times.
One thing upset me during my last visit, the hotel has a restaurant that was focused on national cuisine, but alas, only standard dishes remained on the menu, and the Belarusian menu was removed.

Of the advantages:
• cleanliness in the room (maintained throughout the entire stay)
• availability of a large number of clean towels and basic personal hygiene products
• nice view from the loggia
• courteous staff
• convenient transfer from the hotel to the cafe
• access to the spa complex for hotel guests - session from 21:00 to 23:00 (swimming pool, sauna, hammam)
Of the cons:
• The air conditioner's liquid pumping system makes a terrible crackling sound
• lack of information at check-in about the need to check out before 12:00, despite overnight check-in
• the cinema library on TVs is fully paid
• the speaker system in the room is not working
• the need to drain the water to get hot (the waiting time was at different points from 5 to 25 minutes)
• outdated menu of the hotel cafe for ordering to the room (it is completely inconvenient to place an order because of this)
• ill-conceived service when delivering dishes to the room from the hotel cafe - you need to call and wait for someone I took the dishes (it would be nice to have a cart that could be wheeled out of the room and be free from waiting)
• during the session in the spa complex, the hammam stopped working
• it was not possible to book an additional one.a session at the spa complex - everything is scheduled for several days in advance, and the reservation is most likely not even for the guests (although, it would seem, they should have priority)

The refrigerator is a bit noisy, you can hear it at night.

The price includes a gym and a spa area - a 10 m pool and two saunas (Finnish and Turkish).
The spa area is very pleasant!
But there is also a minus - the water cannon in the pool is broken and does not work.
In general, the quality does not reach the cost...

The hotel is beyond praise! Strong 4*. Excellent SPA with sauna, hammam, rain shower and counterflow pool. The room was gorgeous with a view of the fountain. Air conditioning, balcony. Nice double bed. Tea and coffee in the room. A spacious bathroom with a bunch of towels. Polite staff. I recommend it!

We did not go to the spa and gym, although it was available in our room from 21:00 to 23:00 :(
The minus is big, it's breakfast, the food is monotonous, the choice is not great, every day the same menu consists of five options to choose from.
To taste, it will go, it happens worse) to refresh yourself before a long working day is normal.

I stayed for one night from 4.06.23 to 5.06.23. Single, not cheap room with breakfast.
The hotel itself is perfect, the staff works politely and clearly. It's all clear. The room has a complete set of everything you need.
Now why did I lower my grade?
1. Reduced by 0.2 points for a double mattress on a wide bed. If you lie in the middle of the bed, it causes some discomfort.
2. Reduced by 0.8 points for the waiter's attitude towards the guests. This "young talent", as soon as he heard the Moscow speech, immediately switched to the deep Belarusian language. From which, even on a whim, it was difficult to understand him.

I gave 4 stars, I couldn't give 5 stars because of the cold in the room. The batteries are cold, you need to turn on the split system for heating, and with it the air becomes very dry.

I happened to stay the night at this hotel while passing through. To say that I was pleasantly surprised is to say nothing. Polite staff, SPA included in the price, very nice 2-bed suite with a large corner balcony (overlooking the square and Lenin Street). And if we talk about the price/quality ratio, then Alesya is becoming the leader in my rating! Thanks to the hotel, I want to return to the city and spend at least a couple of days there to get to know each other better)
