The working day is until 18:00. I walked with a small child for 40 minutes to pick up the parcel and see the following: "You won't receive the parcel today!" they answered me when I called the specified number. Disgusting service!

This is the first time I've come across such an office, there are just no words!They write that the client is most important to them!The windbags.On November 1 of this year, a spare part was sent from Almaty, arrived in Ust-Kamenogorsk on November 4.Today is November 22nd, and they still have the package!!!No reply, no greetings, although both the phone and the address are indicated! What kind of service is this???That I would contact such a courier service at least once more.
