The developer did not build a high-quality housing.
The house has been put into operation, but there has been no gas in the house for a year.
The walls in the entrances are already falling apart. An area without video surveillance. It has no barriers and this is a minus. There are no parking markings.
People are throwing garbage out of the windows. And in the spring, instead of snowdrops, packages and cigarette butts grew.
The developer did not plant grass on the territory and did not provide an irrigation system. And the prices for the service are high.
If you are considering this area. I don't recommend it. Until all this is fixed.

Beautiful area , new houses , very beautiful facades . Trees are planted , garbage is removed on time . The apartments are bright, I really like them. Thanks KazStroy!!!
