Hello everyone I applied to this organization in order to promote my website, we collaborated for a total of 3 months, and in the middle of the second I had doubts about their professional suitability and integrity.
At the sales stage, I was promised not only fast and good performance, but also improved website usability, as well as its optimization.
As a result:
-part of the promised work on the first phase of call and schedule tasks (quiz, promotion card in Yandex/Google) have not been made.
- they do not have a designer on staff, as a result of which the visual component of the site was severely damaged and they could not do the full scope of the agreed work.
-no "team" was involved in my site, but one girl, devoting 10-15 hours a month to the site (and this is with their price tag of services significantly higher than the market)
-the text (without my knowledge and approval) was apparently written by chat-gpt: very ill-conceived, with many typos and errors.
-the pictures (without my knowledge and approval) were taken from the Internet first, in terrible quality, and also horribly slapped onto my site.
-without approval, they created another section on the site that misled the potential customer.
- some of their work was duplicated in the monthly reports. The answer to the question "why are you getting json keys again?" I didn't get it)
- it is written in the reports retroactively that the client approved the changes, although I did not approve anything.
- the "team" refused to redo their posts, arguing that I came to them for seo, and they did it.
After contacting another agency for an expert assessment, I was told that there is a lot of overblown information in the reports on the work done, there are errors and much needs to be corrected.
Andrey, the manager in charge of the site, was not aware of what was going on there at all, he clarified my every question and called me back, why I did not communicate directly with the contractor is not clear to me.
That is, they kind of did the SEO work, but after they did, I had to contact another agency, which would correct all the texts for me (coordinating them with me before posting them on the site), take my author's photos instead of the ones that were plagiarized in terrible quality, return the site's structure to a user-friendly one, and restore the site's usability. when viewed from different devices, it will fix their SEO jobs and so on:)
