The only thing I didn't like was that choosing an air-conditioned room with an appropriate price, in fact, the air conditioner is not something that does not cool - it just blows warm air. This is at a temperature outside the window of + 30. It is not clear: what is the money for then?
We arrived at this wonderful place on September 15th.
Which was disappointing. It is expensive relative to the service. There are spiders and mosquitoes in the room. There wasn't a single glass. I had a headache last night. There is nothing to wash down the pill with. There is no water in the room either. I had to go to the reception. But there's no one there!!! I couldn't get through. I had to open the hotel myself and go to the parking lot in the car to get water. By the way, she turned out to be completely open. Come in who wants to!!!
I have not seen such a service anywhere else.
Restaurant. It seems to work until 11. But at 10 o'clock it turned out to be a problem to place an order, because "The Cook is already going home." There are no 30 percent of the dishes on the menu. Perhaps they comb everything there for the holiday, but on a normal day there is sadness.
The town itself is beautiful.
On the fifth of October, we wanted to book a room here. Starting at 17:00, the reception was called, but no one picked up the phone. Around 19 o'clock, the phone was finally picked up. The administrator, without introducing herself, did not provide any real information about the housing fund. We asked to find out more precisely and said we would call you back. As a result, no matter how many times we did not call, silence answered. After a while, she finally picked up the phone, and we asked her to introduce herself. Veronica, that was the name of this wonderful administrator. She did not confirm the reservation for the room to us as a result. We asked to know if we could have dinner at the restaurant upon arrival. The receptionist hung up the phone and for a long time we could not get through again. When, by some miracle, we got through, some other madam picked up the phone. And she also introduced herself as Veronica. Although it was clear from the voice that it wasn't her. In a very rude way, in a boorish way, this person was having a conversation with us. Later, we called back again, as we did not receive any intelligible information. Again, the strange woman picked up the phone and called the bartender. We have no complaints about the bartender. She explained everything about the menu and service. At 23:00, we still got through to the reception... And, lo and behold, the receptionist picked up the phone. We said that such an attitude towards the guests is not acceptable. To which she began to be hysterical, rude, refused to give her full name. In general, our weekend is ruined. Tired, we had to drive an extra 30 km to Orsha and stay in another hotel there.
I demand that the management of the Alexandria Hotel understand this situation and take a more responsible attitude to the selection of staff. Such an attitude is unacceptable, it does not fit into any framework. Figure it out as soon as possible.
