Купила кондиционер в Alexandmit и осталась в восторге. Установку делали они же. Кондиционер качественный, согрел нас зимой. Подобрали прям то что было нужно! И цены лучшие в городе! Я долго выбирала)) Установку сделали профессионально и оперативно. Рекомендую всем, кому нужен профессиональный монтаж и качественный кондиционер. Все на высшем уровне. Мы с мужем остались на 100% довольным всем! Заказали еще у вас для родителей на лето!

We contacted this company in March through Instagram and, stupidly, we were lured by advertising, decided to purchase two at once and quickly stop by our apartment where repairs were planned after installation.
And to this day, we are trying to ensure that the company fulfills its obligations under the contract and fills out at least warranty cards and other agreements. The price for the installation has changed several times , and we achieved the installation only in the month of May. After installation , they did not give a single document to sign , so that we could be sure that we would have a guarantee . After numerous requests and correspondence with the manager (the manager began to threaten that they had an expensive lawyer and we would also pay the costs in the event of a trial)))) and for confidence blocked arguing that they had already spent a lot of time on us. They demanded to pay for the installation of air conditioners urgently. Without any documents for equipment and installation.
And as the cherry on the cake, a certain person arrived who is engaged in installation in our city and cooperates with this company and they have some kind of agreement and set his price for installation naturally in a big way and popularly explained that we were deceived to put it mildly
We had no choice but to contact the lawyers and make a claim.
At the moment, we have equipment at home without any warranty and other documents. In case of a breakdown, you can remove it and throw it away.
Unfortunately, it was only later after checking that they found out that the company had been registered since 08.21

The most terrible organization I've ever had to work with.
So, I'll start my story.
This organization came across on the Internet. In terms of offering an assortment and receiving installments for an air conditioner, everything was done promptly.They really like to receive money, but they do NOT fulfill their obligations! The agreement was concluded on March 21, the contract was signed, today is May 23 and we are being fed breakfast, sent to installers who are busy and will be released the devil knows when.that is, they don't even have information about their contractors, or they just send us away, sorry, fuck it. Then they came up with the idea that someone from the family had died at the installer and he would definitely install it at the beginning of the week.but now it's been another 2 weeks with no information. People, if you are reading this comment, do not contact them, your nerves will be safer and your money too.
