During the autumn holidays, we organized a school tour and contacted the Alex-tour travel agency in Svetlogorsk. Tatiana (the director) and I discussed the date, the number of children on the trip, and the price in advance, but at that time we did not know the time of departure for the tour and Tatiana promised to call me back to tell me the time. 3 days before the trip, I call Tatiana back, since no one called me, and find out that she took off our tour, since they do not have transport for 12 students. When I asked why I was not informed that our tour would not take place and was not even offered an alternative, I was faced with rudeness in the person of Tatiana. She talked to me in raised tones and was not shy in her expressions. Now I will advise my friends to avoid this travel agency.
