A great place for your money. Direct access to an almost private beach is about 150 meters to walk, which has a lot of free space and few people, unlike the same Calangute or Baga. The breakfasts are good: buffet + porridge and omelets are cooked + coffee is brewed. Our room had a wonderful cooling system: air conditioning + 2 ceiling fans. There is also an anti-mosquito in the room, which saves a lot from bloodsuckers. They were bitten once in a week. There is a swimming pool - small, but clean and deep enough. For those who are looking for a good 3-room apartment with access to the sea for a cheap price, my recommendation is.

There are no disadvantages, except that practically no one speaks Russian in this hotel. But, everyone somehow understood each other! Staying at this hotel is really great!!! Clean, calm, cozy, kind)). Next time- here again! I liked it, I recommend it!!!

A small cozy hotel. The territory is well maintained, flowers and lots of greenery are everywhere. There is a small swimming pool. They clean it constantly and without chlorine. The staff is friendly and sociable. The rooms are spacious and clean. Towels and bed linen are changed without a reminder every day. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. It takes 5-7 minutes by walking to the sea. Nearby there are shops, cafes, casinos

A cozy hotel, excellent breakfast, the beach is sparsely populated, friendly staff, there are many elderly British people in the hotel, friendly and positive. The territory is beautiful and clean, the pool is too small, it is not very convenient to walk to the center in the evening, because there is not a sidewalk everywhere, and traffic is active.

We weren't really in season, so there weren't many vacationers. The pool is always completely yours. As I heard from other vacationers, compared to our hotel, everything was much worse. I liked the hotel and it is located away from the center, respectively quiet and peaceful, good staff. Clean and cultured. But, I repeat, this is not in season, so when there are a lot of people, everything can change in a coordinated way.

An amazing hotel!
More than 3 stars for sure! Cleanliness is everywhere. Wi-Fi is free and catches everywhere!!! We did not take an additional payment for earlier check-in ! The beach is clean and not crowded in a 3-minute walk
