At first glance, a normal hotel. When we arrived to check in, creepy rooms were offered. In one room it was very dirty (stripped walls, very old furniture), in another room there was no kettle, no iron, the chairs on the balcony and the clothes dryer were broken. Finally we moved into a not bad room, where at first glance everything was fine. We paid for our stay in 10 days. Money was demanded all at once.
Our problems were not long in coming. We found that there were no towels. Then it turned out that the water supply was clogged, they called the hotel owner and the reception several times (they fixed it the next day). The water is turned off every day. Rather, they turn on only for a few hours a day. It is necessary to track the moment of the appearance of water in order to wash or wash the dishes. And that's not the worst part. After 2 days of stay, the electricity began to be turned off. They said that we spend a lot (only the air conditioner works). They turn it off for the whole day, and in the evening they come to the room and demand money for electricity. The room is not cleaned, the floors are washed themselves. The bed linen is not changed, we also wash and iron ourselves. Well, I've already written about towels, they just don't exist. There is no Internet either. There is no handle in the door either. In general, we go to the paid beach (the hotel has only a pool) to forget a little what a nightmare awaits us in the room, and what we will have to pay for today. We paid 3,400 rubles per day for a room per day (it was at a discount). I give 1 star, but even that's a lot. I REALLY DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GET INTO THIS HELL!!!
