A modern residential complex with interesting architecture.
Always friendly security, its own small territory, but very well maintained, there is also a playground and a swimming pool on the street (it did not work in April, apparently it is filled with water in May).
Also, a gym, a hammam and an indoor year-round swimming pool (open Tuesday/Thursday / VSK)
Went with pleasure.
Its own barbecue area is large, which is important when several families are cooking.
I found 1 jamb-rather, this is a problem of specific apartments-where there are no water accumulators, they put running water heaters and it's constant super cold water, then boiling water (changes within 15 seconds)
All the necessary infrastructure is nearby-shops, bakeries, large markets, 10 minutes to the sea-in short, a fairy tale)

Very nice complex, new , beautiful infrastructure , cascading shower pools on the street inside the house on the 1st floor hamam , sauna, steam room.Entertainment for children. Gym.Spacious apartments. I really liked it.

Interesting, LCD! I really liked the infrastructure, the cleanliness and the location is also good. But it's still not a hotel, but a residential complex.
