Spacious, fun, and relatively inexpensive. There is no cheaper place in Santiago. It can be noisy. I think it will be suitable only for pilgrims. The others won't understand the atmosphere. However, in general, an ordinary tourist will not feel or understand this city.

Just in case, I will explain that this is quite a hostel, in the usual sense, it is an Albergue hostel for pilgrims who come to the city from all over the world, so it closes from ~ 10 to 14 hours for cleaning, like all alberges in Spain, at this time you can not check in and stay inside. Inside there is a shop, a mini cafe and a laundry room. It is located in the seminary, on a hill with a beautiful view of the city.
