Great hotel, but expensive. We managed to catch a good discount . The water park is gorgeous. Can you roll all the slides in 11 days!? Walking distance to the "Old Town" excellent sea wherever you go.
I highly recommend it with the kids. Adult slides are also available, but here ... you need to be "not timid"

I must say right away that all the negative reviews about this hotel are TRUE.
My wife and I have never seen such a "hotel" anywhere, although we have traveled to 11 countries and in Egypt for the 9th or 10th time (I don't remember exactly) so there is something to compare it with.
I bribed the label of Picalbatros, although this "hotel" is related to a very good network of Albatrosses, only in name!
This "hotel" was bought by Albatross, just to take there to the beach, guests of 2 Albatrosses standing on the 2nd line, next door, Albatross Blue and Albatross Aquapark.
All the positive feedback about this "hotel" is either a hotel order or from people who have never traveled further than their village village.
The beach of this "hotel" is a narrow (about 15 meters), rocky, dirty strip, about 50 meters long, between the sea and the rocks, with an old, just trash-killed inventory, two "swill dispensers" (the tongue does not turn to call it a bar with drinks), this is any swill in 50 grams. plastic (including dilution of "beer"), by the way, is diluted in this "hotel", any and so very poor quality and alcohol, absolutely all so-called "drinks".
Food and the same drinks are a separate story, for people who lose weight hard (including trips to resorts), everything is possible and will suit or, again, there is nothing to compare it with. What is normally made meat in this "hotel" is not known at all, at best it will be stewed chicken, in 1-2 variations.
Also, everything that is on the territory, including furniture, plumbing, conduits, etc. in the rooms, inventory on the territory, plumbing, etc., should have been thrown into the trash, already 10-15 years ago, everything is dirty, killed, but it's all "repaired", "painted" and further exploited, or rather, further He's suffering.
The only way to stay in this "establishment" is a really beautiful view of the bay and the Old Town and a beautiful coral reef 400-500 meters to the left of the beach of this "hotel".
In no case, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SETTLE IN THIS DUMP!

I stayed at this hotel in May 2022.
The hotel is old, the rooms of the main building require renovation. Problems with air conditioning; problems with water.
The animation is weak, but still there. They sing live from time to time in the evenings, which I really liked. The food is good, as they say, you will not be hungry. At lunch and dinner, in addition to other grilled dishes, however, everything is overcooked. Meat, in any form, is not chewed. So, we ate chicken and fish (telapia). There are two types of soups for lunch. Side dish: potatoes (periodically semi-raw, which is interesting- in any form: fried, boiled, even mashed potatoes; pasta and rice. There were practically no fruits - it was not the season; there were dates, apples, oranges, bananas and melon was given several times. Yes, they brought strawberries once. There are pastries.
Now about the good stuff. The hotel is located on the first line. The view is simply gorgeous. Descent to the sea: either by elevator (there are two of them), or by stairs (someone went for sport, but I didn't even try). The entrance to the sea is sand (large). There are no hedgehogs, no slippers are needed. Closer to the buoys there are rocks where fish swim. You can also go to the "wild beach"- to the left along the shore (you need sneakers), there is coral and many different fish. The coastal area of the beach is designed for three hotels (buses bring two fives), so there were always enough sun beds. There are two bars on the beach and a place where you can have lunch (fast food). The staff on the beach was active: the cleaners were constantly cleaning something; the waiter from the bar to the left periodically walked between the sunbeds and offered drinks; the bars were quickly served. The location of the hotel is very good. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Old Town, if on the road, to the left of the hotel. You can walk along the shore, between the hotels, but I didn't go there. If to the left, and then right on the road, 15 minutes on foot, to the Mango market. I highly recommend it. A large selection of different products and good prices: cheaper than in other places. If you leave the hotel on the road and turn right, then 10 minutes and you will see a gas station on the other side, there is a local market nearby. The choice is large, the prices are good, but they only accept pounds.

The three of us had a rest in Albatross Charm from 15.11 to 06.12, the hotel is just super. And the first line, and everything is clean (even bothered with cleaning) they clean it so clean that it makes no sense every day. The food to choose from is totally awesome, especially sweets. The hotel itself is small, it is 100 times better than those that are huge nearby, you know where to go and where everything is, we came like many not to shy away from the hotel, but to the sea and see the sights of Charm. The receptionist Mohamed is generally cool, he met us, put us in a room better than we ordered and was always kind to us. The local on the beach was always chosen next to the lifeguards, special thanks to Mustafa the tall guy, he takes his job very seriously and more than once made remarks and jumped into the water to help the kids, whom the stupid parents left unattended. In general, the hotel has a solid 5, we will return here again. Thank you so much for the rest. There is a disadvantage that guests from the other two pass by our hotel to the sea, this is not a problem, let them pass, but for the guests of our hotel, they come to them for money, if they did so, then it was necessary that the payment was a one-time payment for the entire period of stay, and not for each visit. After all, the owner is alone, is it not enough for him????

There are several restaurants, but only the main one is fully operational for the period of coronavirus restrictions. The beach is below - it can be reached by elevator or stairs (the height feels like 9 floors). The view of the bay from the height is beautiful. Of the disadvantages, the beach is small, with several hotels. I'm a little late and I can't find a sunbed anymore (summer period). The entrance to the sea is sandy, with a shallow depth. We were forced to come here for a day. The hotel could be beautiful with this view and the first line. But... the rooms are dirty! Very dirty. The hotel is presented as a 4* on the Booking page, but the hotel itself is not aware of it. The manager at the bar said so, laughing, that how many stars in this hotel should be asked at the reception, maybe they know. The food is not very tasty! There is no variety. Many dishes are too salty. Instead of meat, scraps from it: veins, cartilage....
Condees don't all work. After being asked to clean the room, it didn't get much better. But there is a good cleaning issue for many hotels in Egypt
Positive: sea view, beach nearby, good animation (friendly and cheerful)

😅 In Egypt 1 time. A 10-day ticket for almost $ 3,000🙈 We have always vacationed in Turkey, probably anyone who understands the "comparison" will adequately understand the review.
1) rooms. In general, it is normal. Grandma's repair, everything seems to be working except for the oddities and noises of kondey. (Every hour is like a take-off)
Arrived: for $ 20, they settled us in the "best room", from which we escaped for the 5th day of vacation. In the heat of 40 + 4 floors without an elevator was very difficult!
2) the staff. Not intrusive. But even at the same time angry😅) They don't really strive to help, they snort, make crooked faces, but if you ask for a long time, the problems are solved.
3) food. Meat and alcohol are important to me on vacation! If you understand what I mean, YOU ARE NOT HERE))) There is a very small selection of food! Who says "you won't stay hungry"-that's right through the time!
Spoiling food like this-you still need to be able to! Thank you who cooks beef goulash😂 my diet is all 10 days!
4) alcohol. Beer comes in-xs who drinks the rest. Very nasty types work at bars. Occasionally commenting on "Oh Allah alcohol Haram"! Do not give more than 2 cups in 1 hand. The dishes are all plastic-0.2 are the largest.
5) organization. We only realized upon arrival that August is not the time for a vacation in Egypt at all! The jamb is ours, but!!!!
The Sutra is really comfortable at sea until 10 am. At the same time, the bar is open from 10🤣!
In the evening, it's hard not to get fucked up from the sun until 17 o'clock. But also a beach bar until 17😂👍🏼!
And from 17:00 everyone starts to "wash". I personally flew off the wet steps on the first day, which turned blue all over my back! Wet steps began to be blocked with a "ribbon" only when the tourist was taken to the hospital!
(The only question is, why wash at 17:00 when the sea "works until 18:00"?!?!)
They are kicked out of the sea at 18:00. Hedgehogs are allegedly crawling out.. Okay! And what about the bass player?Are you hedgehogs too?! (Pools are also open until 18:00)
And also, despite the fact that other bars in the hotel are announced until 24 hours, and later there should be a paid one around the clock, but after 23 there is nothing in the bar! Not for a fee. Not for free.
6) the sea. Well, fish. Well, there's a reef nearby. Well, it's cool, yes)))) But the promised sand is hardly a sand! In short, who is after the fish, I think he will say "WOW!!!!", who is after beach relaxation-alas.. the visits are decent, but not high! (I recommend carols)
7) more REPAIRS! They make roofs all over the hotel! That on the 4th floor we were woken up by the sound of a hammer, that after moving to the bungalow they threw cement at us (I'm not exaggerating! It's just that brickwork was laid over our veranda, and the Arabs absolutely don't care that all the cement is flying on your head, on things that are drying, and safety is not their story.)
8) Animation. It seems to be there. But it doesn't seem to be. If they call you to the club, DON'T!
Every evening there is a show program. But at 21:00 I don't want to go to it anymore (purely subjectively).
9) they are trying to fuck right everywhere! Be careful with the money! Everyone is here-guides, animators, left-wing tour dealers, shops, restaurants, and others😁 YOU should not LOSE YOUR VIGILANCE☺️!
10) excursions. Aggressive sales and three-storey promises do not meet expectations in any way! Complete disappointment from yachts, Cairo, divorce for diving surcharges (which has already been paid), and a fish restaurant.
In short, our vacation is like a good two! Despite the fact that we are not very moody, and were from fives to threes in other places! I really want to protect our compatriots from visiting this hole!
(P.S. The review is honest. Not bought. In his right mind, and a sober memory-since there is no "edible" alcohol here!)

The view, the panorama from the hotel to the sea is simply amazing! The hotel is like on a mountain, and the sea and the beach are below, you can see the whole bay). It is very convenient that there is an elevator on which we go down to the sea, to the beach. The beach is sand, clean, pleasant. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, and these are not rack-and-pinion plastic ones, but good soft sun beds with mattresses! Very comfortable! There is always ice cream, snacks, drinks, juices, beer, alcohol on the beach, everything is free, without additional charges. In the main restaurant, the food is delicious, always meat, pastries, fruits, strawberries. Especially here there is delicious beer and beef in different types. The heated swimming pool is very pleasing. In the afternoon we swim at the sea, and after three in the pool, it's cool, both for children and adults! The staff is friendly. A 10-minute walk to the mosque, the old town with the market. There you can buy sweets, oils, perfumes, etc. (always ask for exactly half of the initial cost of the product, they will give in!) We are very happy with our vacation! We are happy with everything we have seen! And we will definitely come again!

The staff were lazy and stayed, only a couple of waiters in the restaurant were smiling - the rest were angry and hated all vacationers, especially in the Club House bar
The impression that everyone is infuriating! Except for foreigners who were given drinks in glass for $ - Russians in plastic!

There is a Beach Bar on the beach, which, according to the concept, includes drinks, snacks and ice cream from 12:30 to 16:00!
At 14:00, the food and ice cream were running out!
I want to cancel - if you feed 3 hotels in this bar - then count on it to be enough for everyone and on time! And do not put 2 trays of ice cream, which is gone in an hour!
The animation in the hotel is super! I've never seen one like it. The rest is lame
