Hello. I am currently vacationing at this hotel, February 2023. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the animation is good. This is where all the advantages end. The rooms are very old, but in principle it is tolerable, because everything works. But the pool, which is claimed to be heated, is actually heated, but probably 2 degrees, because it is cold to swim in it, especially since it is in it. The water aerobics that they try to do there always takes place without a single person, because no one swims in the pool. The children's pool is similar, the water is cool. My appeal to the management did not help. They said it was 27 degrees and the wind was outside, so the water was cool. But for some reason, in neighboring hotels, the pool water is warm, already hot. As a result, they save on heating the pool and if you like warm water, then it is only in the room in the shower and you will not be able to swim in the pool at this hotel.

Very nice reef, behind the beach of the hotel! Don't be greedy with a couple of dollars, tip the bartender (at the pool, for example) and the employee will remember you! There will always be a lot of beer, any cocktails! And after saying a little rum, a full glass will be poured! A little material attention and you will be the best friend!!

A great average guy. Arriving here in December to sunbathe and swim for very little money, you can only get high.

A normal hotel for your money, but there is no desire to return.
I am writing a review directly from the hotel. We are resting here at the end of March 2023.
Positive:
✔️There is a wild beach with a beautiful reef nearby in a 3-minute walk, there is a place to swim with a mask.
✔️ They are fed normally.
Minuses:
They put us in a room with a view of the road, the locals play football here all night and shout VERY loudly. On the 3rd day, it starts to strain quite a lot.
Very bad pillows, it is impossible to sleep on them. I twisted something like a pillow out of a blanket, I sleep like this, my neck hurts. Bring your pillow.
A very strong nauseating smell of chemicals from bed linen, carpets. It's hard to sleep.
Bottom line: I won't come back here anymore, it's like small things, but significant, it's uncomfortable to sleep, no Egypt is needed for a week of shitty sleep.
By the way, as for the room, I personally was not confused by the old furniture and plumbing. I was not going to sit in the room. But the lack of an opportunity to sleep normally in silence and on a pillow is very frustrating.

The hotel is great!
Arriving at the hotel at 23:30, we were told at the reception that we urgently went to eat, the restaurant is open until 00, the documents will wait! The documents that returned from dinner were ready and we were immediately checked in!

The staff is nice and polite. The rooms are clean, the area is green. The beach entrance is good, there is a place to swim with a mask. The hotel itself is close to the Old Town, 15 minutes on foot.

We stayed at the hotel from 04/01/2023 to 04/08/2023. I will try to write in detail, I studied the reviews myself before the trip. I must say right away that if you are with young children, then you are definitely here!!! Everything in order:
1. NUMBER. We got the number 7225 - we were delighted! -2 balconies - both with sea view (one side)- my husband and I are on the same balcony, a child of 11 years old on another balcony and everyone had a private space, while the room was standard, but large. I was also pleased with the presence of a dressing room - it's such a thrill when the room is always clean, because suitcases and clothes are hidden from sight. A separate delight is the bathroom - a huge shower with four functions, excellent pressure, no problems with water. Daily replacement of shampoo and conditioner is of very good quality. The room was first cleaned by Hamada Gaber, we were very pleased (the waiting swans and elephants were gorgeous!)
2. FOOD. I must say right away that we are not picky about food in principle, but even we did not have enough variety. There seems to be a lot of food, but it's all kind of bland, or something, nothing unusual even in an Asian restaurant. BRUNCH- thanks for that- 5 restaurants for breakfast are open from 7-00 to 10-00 and SUNNY restaurant from 10-00 to 11-00. 5 restaurants and no hustle, there are always quiet places at any time. A LATE DINNER from 22-00 to 00-00, and a full meal is a real plus. The Ala Carte restaurant was pleased- the grilled seafood was very tasty - DO NOT forget to write it down right away, 2 days before the end of the vacation it will not work anymore. In general, 4 for food, they did not die of hunger and that's good.
3. THE SEA. POOLS. aqua park. The sea is our main disappointment!!! Only from the pier, the pier itself is 2x2 meters in size, there is a crowd on this patch, while the sea was not hot, I imagine that it will be in the heat, it will not break through there. It's great to take care of the kids, but adults have nothing to do. I understand why there are no problems with sun beds at sea, because there is no way to get to the sea. Pools- everything is fine, a nice large warm pool with animation and a bar, but here there is a problem with sun beds and it is better to occupy them until 10 am. I didn't like the water park, first of all, because I only sat at tables and no sun beds. There was a queue on the hill with cheesecakes, in general we stayed only 1 hour and did not go any more.
4. ANIMATION. Special thanks to NATASHA!!!- You're doing great! Thanks to the two Dashas, they always answered questions.From the animation of the aqua aerobics- well, for four, I don't like it when strangers touch me, and the second part is exactly the same with the game of fanta Cola (I left). In the afternoon, animation for an amateur (darts, yoga). I won't say about the nursery, we have a big child.
5. EVENING EVENTS. Right here is the trouble-frustration, if you are going to have a drink or hang out in the evening, then you will pass by this hotel, because the concept of the hotel is still a family one. At 21:00, the evening show begins (well, not so straight, I liked only the fire show), everything else is local at the village club level, even Mr. and miss of the hotel are direct one-on-one contests, both in Turkey and in Egypt, even the order of the contests is the same - no flight of fancy.It's all in the amphitheater and at 22:00 the finish line. You can go to the SKY bar, there's like live music for four. Somehow I didn't have enough gorgeous vocals, somehow everything is mediocre. at 22-30 the finish line is back, well, it's clear that people need to sleep, but there is a wonderful closed lobby bar and there the disco starts at 23-00, the question is why take a half-hour break between SKY and LOBBY bars??? I will answer- everything has been done to ensure that you go to bed. The disco is only for 1 hour, it makes sense to wait another half hour - the whole joyful evening fuse will pass. To be fair, I note that the hotel has a daily transfer to nightclubs at 23-00- the price is from 20 to 35 dollars + 1 cocktail as a gift, but we never got there - it's one thing to leave the hotel at any time and another thing to return no earlier than 3 nights. In general, in this regard, the hotel is a boarding house for parents and children or pensioners. We are not young people, but we just did not have enough of this kind of rest and we were not alone, we had to spontaneously organize karaoke with Russians and Kazakhs through our column, to the credit of the hotel we did not make comments, although we sang until 5 a.m., but I repeat the lobby is closed from the entire hotel, so of course we only disturbed visitors the lobby.
The conclusion is that the hotel is solid 4+, but if we don't find another sea in Egypt (we were there for the first time), then it's better to go to Turkey. The prosperity hotel, you can really see how people try, clean, wash, (but why are all the employees fixated, so that they get comments, and so from any employee, they say, put a comment - from the 5th person it became annoying and I basically did not specify anyone who asked to do it)
6. EXCURSIONS are full. We sailed on a pirate ship for the whole day. Recommend. And definitely OLD Market!!! The mosque is worth looking at and choosing shrimps and fish there, and they will cook it all for you. We took a taxi at the hotel for $ 30, and it took us away when we said, in general, you can take your time - there is no time limit. Of course, the main reason I went there was Egyptian medicines (I brought 2 bags with me)

I've never written reviews, but this time I will. We had a vacation with our daughter in March 2023. I am 250% satisfied!
I recommend this hotel for several reasons. A sandy beach! There is a great reef with live corals nearby-they bring money here from other hotels -this happiness is free for us! For the Albatross hotel chain, there is a free Neverlend show. It's live music, an Egyptian show, dinner.
The hotel is well served: the territory is washed, there is no garbage on the beach, dirty dishes are quickly cleaned in restaurants, drinks are brought! I was celebrating my birthday - the staff decorated our table, 6 people came out of the staff- sang me a song, handed me a cake! I am very grateful to them. The food is excellent- super fish, strawberries, shrimp, melon. We were given a two-room room, although the standard was supposed to be. The room stock is not great, but that was not the main thing for us. The sea is clean, we were absolutely delighted with the fish!

A hotel with an extremely good location, history and soul. The rooms are very tired (in our opinion, without a hint of the renovation allegedly carried out in 2021) and some of them overlook the road, you need to negotiate with the administrator to move to more successful options. The territory is small, but pretty and well-groomed, the beach with clear water and diverse fish is 1 line, sun beds with umbrellas have lived, but comfortable. My husband and I liked the food, we had no quirks and everything, to our taste, was fresh, tasty and varied. The staff is very polite and friendly, hardworking - we rested our souls in an atmosphere of acceptance and respect without excessive obsession. The comments are mainly on alcohol, which is impossible to drink (we tried to try something - everything turned out to be of terrible quality), but we didn't really need it, we are from the category of low drinkers. At the beach bar, drinks are offered in small 100-150ml cups, it doesn't matter to us, in principle, we drank tea from our thermos cups, but beer lovers had a hard time + what harm is it to the environment 😐(I was ashamed to look the fish in the eyes 😑 for the tons of plastic that we use them mercilessly killing). Total: there will be an opportunity, we will definitely return😊

Before this hotel, we were in a large hotel with slides, theaters, ten swimming pools and six restaurants, and the children (boys 9 and 4 years old) liked this hotel more because they found friends here and spent all the time with friends. The solid 4* hotel is located on the rock of the bay of Sharm el-Maya, the bay is considered one of the windless, 1 line, to the beach either by stairs or by elevator 9 floors. A beach with a sandy approach, there is no reef as such, but on the left there is a wild beach 800 meters away and there is a beautiful coral reef. The food at the hotel is solid 4 *, you will not starve and a variety of meat and vegetable dishes is present. There are 3 bars on the territory, there is also a bar on the beach where you can have an easy lunch and drink alcoholic beverages, eat ice cream (delicious). The staff is courteous, responds to any of your requests immediately and kindly, trying to solve your problem. The hotel is clean, there is a heated swimming pool. Arrived: for $ 20, they settled us in the "best room", from which we escaped for the 5th day of vacation. In the heat of 40 + 4 floors without an elevator was very difficult!
2) the staff. Not intrusive. But even at the same time angry😅) They don't really strive to help, they snort, make crooked faces, but if you ask for a long time, the problems are solved.
3) food. Meat and alcohol are important to me on vacation! If you understand what I mean, YOU ARE NOT HERE))) There is a very small selection of food! Who says "you won't stay hungry"-that's right through the time!
Spoiling food like that-you still need to be able to! Thank you who cooks beef goulash😂 my diet is all 10 days!
4) alcohol. Beer comes in-xs who drinks the rest. Very nasty types work at bars. Occasionally commenting on "Oh Allah alcohol Haram"! Do not give more than 2 cups in 1 hand. The dishes are all plastic-0.2 are the largest.
5) organization. We only realized upon arrival that August is not the time for a vacation in Egypt at all! The jamb is ours, but!!!!

And yet, despite the fact that other bars in the hotel are announced until 24 hours, and later there should be a paid one around the clock, but after 23 there is nothing in the bar! Not for a fee. Not for free.
6) the sea. Well, fish. Well, there's a reef nearby. Well, it's cool, yes)))) But the promised sand is hardly a sand! In short, who is after the fish, I think he will say "WOW!!!!", who is after beach relaxation-alas.. the visits are decent, but not high! (I recommend carols)
7) more REPAIRS! They make roofs all over the hotel! That on the 4th floor we were woken up by the sound of a hammer, that after moving to the bungalow they threw cement at us (I'm not exaggerating! It's just that brickwork was laid over our veranda, and the Arabs absolutely don't care that all the cement is flying on your head, on things that are drying, and safety is not their story.)
8) Animation. It seems to be there. But it doesn't seem to be. If they call you to the club, DON'T!
Every evening there is a show program. But at 21:00 I don't want to go to it anymore (purely subjectively).
9) they are trying to fuck right everywhere! Be careful with the money! Everyone is here-guides, animators, left-wing tour dealers, shops, restaurants, and others😁 YOU should not LOSE YOUR VIGILANCE☺️!
10) excursions. Aggressive sales and three-storey promises do not meet expectations in any way! Complete disappointment from yachts, Cairo, divorce for diving surcharges (which has already been paid), and a fish restaurant.
In short, our vacation is like a good two! Despite the fact that we are not very moody, and were from fives to threes in other places! I really want to protect our compatriots from visiting this hole!

We had a rest in the first half of February. The weather is so-so, the wind blows with sand, if you sit in the shade you freeze, you can swim in the water but it's invigorating. The rooms are of average quality, somewhere under tired, but normal, the pressure of hot water wants to be better. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is located on a cliff with very beautiful views. According to nutrition, there is what there is, but there are no excesses. There is no intense animation, i.e. there is no such thing that the speakers turn on from 10:00 to 22:00, usually the animation goes to the beach, all the fun is there. There is a child's room that does not work. Cocktails are made, but each time they taste different, either good or bad. They want to take money everywhere, but this is Egypt. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the city, you can walk on foot. Look at the Mango store on the map, go there and buy souvenirs.

I would like to say separately about the number and accessibility of toilets, they do not have to be searched.Swimming is allowed during daylight hours, as soon as sunset-swimming is prohibited.We had children of 7 and 3 years old, all the staff greets us with a smile and cordiality.
Among the disadvantages: an open bay, some days it was windy; the difficult terrain is like walking on hills.
Once again, we will not go to this hotel, as we are not sedentary travelers.We looked at several hotels in the area, maybe we will try next year, but we were not saddened for a SECOND by the rest at Sun and Fun.
