I stayed at this hotel not once before 2017, this year I sent my wife with a child and mother-in-law. The hotel is not bad, the bay, good access to the sea. Coral is nearby , beautiful . I paid for a bungalow with a sea view. Upon arrival, it turned out that all the bungalows were occupied, the person at the reception was communicating in style - you listen here, I'm telling you... So-so service, they brought us to some small room with a view of the pool, after a scandal and negotiations with the tour operator, they gave us a more or less normal room with a guarantee of relocation the next day to a bungalow. As a result, we arrived at 15-00 and instead of resting, we swore for 2 hours and searched for rooms. Tomorrow morning, instead of resting, there will be relocation again at 10:00 . Here is such a service. The bartender works with such a face that he seems ready to kill you, but he has to serve you. In general, so far the impression of Egypt is not very good. But even before, the only thing I liked there was the fish in the sea. I hope at least they didn't get any angrier.
The dinner is not bad, even varied. But in hotels of this level, the main thing is not the variety of food, but its safety. The glasses in the bar are not very clean, for example, lipstick is not washed.
The hotel was chosen because, firstly, there have already been, and secondly, recently there have been a lot of reviews from our Russian travelers. Now, for some reason, I want to go to places where there are fewer foreigners.
But the level of the hotel was low before, and now, by the efforts of the management team, it has fallen even lower.

Purely my observations and personal opinion.
In principle, the attitude towards tourists from Russia has always been worse than towards tourists from England, for example. Probably, many countries have this worship of the Anglo-Saxons in their blood, for me, ordinary people who pay the same money as you and me. Previously, I thought that there was simply little culture in our tourists (they do not know languages other than Russian, they are rude, noisy, drink a lot, etc.), but now everything has changed in the last 5 years, or maybe more. In my opinion, Russia has become a very cultured country. In fact, I now believe that tourists from Russia are certainly no worse than Europeans in terms of culture of behavior, and maybe even better in some ways. Therefore, it is entitled to demand, even if no special treatment from the hotel staff, but the fulfillment of their direct obligations for sure. I don't want hotel managers in general and this in particular to be able to even think that it would do for tourists from our country anyway. And it seems to me that these thoughts often visit them.

The hotel is good, I liked everything. Do not take a tour from the guide, not only is it expensive, it's still nonsense, we collected 2 hours in hotels.30min oil shop, expensive oils can be bought cheaper and for 15 minutes a church, a mosque not in the old town and a fish restaurant. And all this is $40. In short, nonsense. But let's talk about the hotel, the food is delicious and varied, we were not hungry. The alcohol is good, the area is clean, the room is clean, the linen was changed every day and towels, shampoo, balm, water were brought. There is a kettle, a safe, a hairdryer, and a TV in the room. The Internet is almost all over the territory, but on the beach it is bad. In short, the hotel is good, I liked everything.

We returned from the hotel in January 2023. Of the advantages of the hotel, only its location, proximity to the sea and convenient access to it. On the beach, they poured only beer, fast food, French fries, and baked pizza. On foot, you can quickly walk across the beach to the old town, where you can take beautiful photos in the evening and enjoy shopping in Arabic. There is one restaurant in the hotel, the food is all edible, quite decent for a 4-star hotel, but without frills. The fruits are all cut except tangerines, which I really didn't like. There is no good coffee. Apples were cut into slices , which were put in water so that they would not turn black. Alcohol is incomprehensible. The wine from the bottles in the bar at Christmas was excellent, after it was poured, something from under the floor, it was unpleasant to drink. The numbers were shocked, completely killed. There are no chairs in the room. The TV remote worked every other time, it was all taped up. The bathroom is in poor condition, the water was leaking badly, constant dampness on the floor. According to the photo, you can estimate ... there is no ventilation from the word at all. It's very cold, they tried to turn on the air conditioner, but a lot of dirt and dust flew from there. The only thing that pleased me was the snow-white linen on the beds. Cleaning as always, dust on furniture, mirror everywhere in a thick layer. I recommend taking slippers and bathrobes to keep warm after a shower. If you compare it with the hotel (aqua blue), which you also visited, then I recommend only there. There are whole fruits and varied food, the room stock is excellent, although the same four. It will be comfortable and fun for children! In general, for unassuming elderly couples, you can go with children, I do not recommend it- it's boring!

We rested from 04/16/2024. Standart room. The room is "tired", the pressure is barely in the shower. Underwear is outdated and needs to be replaced.
The food is so meager and monotonous (pancakes are raw, beef is tough). They took only fish in sauce. Croissants 2 pieces per hand. And, in general, a lot about the issue. The faces of the men giving out food are so evil that it's scary to look at. There is an elevator or stairs to the sea. There are very few sunbeds (I got up at 5:30 in the morning and went to borrow). At 9 a.m., there were no more people available (poor vacationers from other hotels). Entering the sea is a small pebble: corrals are definitely needed. The sea was cool and the wind was constant. Overall, it's not bad. But the employees of this hotel are clearly tired and exhausted...

It's the worst vacation I've had in the last few years. The service is zero - they require a chocolate bar for opening the safe, and money is required for repairing the toilet. The rooms and bungalows are just garbage cans. It's dirty, the furniture is 100 years old. Nutrition - pigs are better fed. They throw toothpicks on the table to you like an animal. The dishes are all paper and plastic. The plates and glasses are dirty. The contingent of vacationers is 50-70 years old. There are practically no young people. There is no animation as such. In general, there is nothing to do here from the word at all. All reviews of this hotel are purchased. The beach, as I understand it, is the only thing that is normal here. And objectively, if you don't want to spoil your vacation, don't come here. We flew here by the Fun Sun tour operator. On the fourth day, we ask you to take us out of this dump, with any additional payment - once a day they send information that this hotel that we have chosen is currently occupied. The helmet is another hotel - a day later they write that there are no places in it either. At our request to send information where we can be resettled so that we can choose from their list - they say they can't do that.. at the same time, vacationers of other tour operators get out of here every day. Therefore, Fan San is also responsible for organizing the rest.

The hotel meets the 4-star certification. We have been resting since August 22, 2023. A family of three. Upon check-in, they paid an additional $ 20 for the bungalow. I got the number 6002. Sea view. The room consists of one room divided into two. The room has air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle.
On the territory of Albatross Charm there are several bars, always water, chilled drinks, tea, coffee, cocktails. Ice cream by the clock.
Evening shows from 21-00 to 23-00.
Food: the same type every day, but delicious. You won't be hungry!
Chicken fish beef.
Vegetables, fruits.
And the usual fast food.
Beach:
You can take the elevator down or walk up the stairs.
A gorgeous sandy entrance, you can swim with children without coral slippers.
Fish are swimming.
If you want to see more diverse fish, stingrays, moray eels, then you need to swim further from the main entrance to the beach, to the left to the abandoned beach, wearing masks and coral slippers.
There are live corals and a lot of different animals.
Old Town:
Walk about 15 minutes. It is interesting to see the mosque and the bazaar where they sell various sea reptiles.
There is nothing else to see, the replica market) Gucci Prado and Chanel made in China.
Overall, the impression of the hotel, the staff, the beach and the sea is positive!
A relaxing family vacation!

The first disadvantage is checking into a room that shocks you, for a reward you can change it to a normal one. The second disadvantage is a very monotonous meal, beef and chicken are cooked the same way almost every day, fish is only pangasius, but always fresh vegetables and fruits. The staff is very polite. A great hotel for a family holiday. The staff is friendly, everyone knows Russian. We traveled in February 2023. There are three pools in the pool, one for children with warm water. The animation at the hotel and on the beach is great, fun, they always do something, so it's not boring.

We liked it, the food is super, we got a very good room, the staff is always smiling, solves all issues on time and is polite. Definitely a plus for the elevator to the sea, it's even cooler than with access to the beach from the hotel! The vacation was overshadowed only by the red Wing aviation company horror, not when do not fly this charter !!! The horror! They don 't feed you for 6 hours on the fly , you can 't beg for water , everything is dirty , broken , I couldn 't even imagine this, they usually swear at hotels on vacation, but here the airline ! Dirt, devastation, and how not to feed in 6 hours of summer at all, and drinks were offered once !

We rested from August 12 to August 21, 2023. Overall impressions are positive. It can be recommended to visit. Check-in at the hotel is only from 14.00, but the dollar decides everything. The room stock is very old. There's nothing to be surprised about. Even the disadvantages are difficult to attribute. The beach is nice and spacious. There are a lot of sun beds and umbrellas. I rested in the department in November 2023. The hotel exposes photos that do not correspond to reality. Reviews are written by order. The hotel rooms are in terrible condition. We changed the number 4 times! There is mold in the rooms, the smell of sewage, dead furniture and plumbing. There are a lot of mosquitoes on the territory (apparently there is no treatment). The staff is friendly, but they can't do anything, the owner doesn't repair. Of the advantages, only the hotel staff are friendly and try to help. I do not recommend it!

My wife and I have been vacationing at this hotel since 6 .11.2023. Coincidentally, a few days later we celebrated a Lavender wedding. And what was the surprise and delight when we saw beautiful white swans decorated with flowers in the bedroom. And after a while
they brought us a bowl of fruit.

Food: we were from 12 to 24 May 23 and dreamed of strawberries and watermelons, but the fruits were oranges, dates, melons and apples. We bought a watermelon at the market in the Old Town, they cut it for us at the restaurant and we enjoyed ourselves on the beach. And they bought strawberries - a lot for a dollar. I didn't like it, it wasn't sweet, it wasn't juicy. there were no special frills, but you could always choose what suits you. There was never a queue either. We enjoyed dining on the terrace overlooking the sunset and the sea, and noted the good coffee at the bar. Cognac was brought with you for dinner, although alcohol is unlimited in the bar and if you give the waiters a Russian chocolate bar, they will bring everything themselves.
Rooms: yes, not new, but spacious, everything worked, the linen was changed and we had a very beautiful view of the sea from the 4th floor.
The beach and the sea: large, many sun beds, elevator descent, but you can also take a ladder, the entrance to the water is convenient, but the coral reef, where there is something to see, is 200 m to the left, there is a wild beach and there is all the beauty! We have always been located closer to the wild, it is quieter there, fewer people and only two rows of sun beds, even in the heat the freshness from the sea. The beach is clean, there is a lot of annimation, beer is a river, lazy people made do with beach fast food.
Service: judge for yourself- we arrived at 6, around 7 we were already at the hotel and were going to sit and wait on the beach until 14. But they fed us breakfast, and they gave us the rooms to choose (they didn't ask for anything) and we thanked the guys ourselves. At 8 o'clock we had already unpacked our things in the rooms. It seems to me that he will respond as well as he will - no one has ever ignored our requests all the time, the staff is polite, smiling, Russian-speaking and with a sense of humor. But we saw how arrogant and arrogant some of our compatriots behaved and the staff was restrained, to put it mildly.
Animation: endless games and dancing on the beach, modestly in the evenings, more for kids, in my opinion. But the hotel is small and there are not too many people. We went for a walk to the Old Town. Oriental flavor, night bazaar, everything is shining,,, A very beautiful mosque and even women can go inside it, there is a room to the left of the entrance where you will be offered a dress and a scarf - change clothes and see what's inside. We really liked the Farest fish restaurant, be sure to try the seafood soup ($ 5)
Location: everything is nearby within walking distance. The Mosque and the Market are about 15-20 minutes on foot, it is better to go through the beach.
We bought a boat trip from our guide from Pegasus, he promised with three boxes, but everything was simpler. But the boat is new, clean, there are few tourists, it was convenient for everyone. But the food is not very good there. I drank tea from their thermos and I was sick and everything else - so take your water bottles from the hotel and don't drink anything there.But the corals were amazing and it's worth going on a boat trip for them ($50)
Albatross is an Egyptian hotel chain and we were taken to the Albatross Aquapark for an evening show with dinner - this is as a bonus. Beautiful hotel, beautiful show, we liked it very much.
We were satisfied with our stay!

The determining factor in choosing a hotel was its location. The bay is closed from the November winds, although small, but coral reefs, a great beach. Within walking distance of the Old Town with a wonderful atmosphere, a mosque, shops and cafes. We didn't make a wrong choice.
The territory of the hotel is green, well-planned, very well maintained and clean. Great bars, spa, restaurant. Friendly staff, high-quality room cleaning.

At first, there was a slight disappointment with the number: shabby, old condishn, the refrigerator is leaking, the doors are creaking everywhere... But all the little things were eliminated. And the heavenly place took over. The eye was blurred, and it became so wonderful that there is a shower, that everything works. The food adapted to Russian cuisine is better than in Turkey. The sea is super! The rest was wonderful. I want more!!!

Well, it's cool, there are even two water parks on the territory if with a neighboring hotel, which is allowed to enter. There are a lot of slides for children. I can't get it out. Freshly ground coffee is made and not only for free, which is rare. Children are given ice cream, popcorn, and milkshakes. Bottled beer (weak does not cling), wine from the boxes (but it seems even good) . There is enough food, variety: shish kebab, lula, chicken, shrimp, fish are different. This is if you take meat. The beach is 5 or 10 minutes away. The shallow sandy sea, there are not many carals, there are few waves, you can see the fish!

We rested from 05.10.2023 to 14.10.2023 at the 4* Albatross hotel on the first line with an elevator👍In principle, we liked it because our criteria by which we chose were met. The assortment in the main food block is not great, but we found that we didn't go hungry either)) there were also snacks on the beach for those who wanted to. I bought a massage for the whole rest at the SPA from the Egyptian Olya who works there and did not regret for a second👍💣💥in Moscow I would have to pay a lot of money for such a professional massage because sports + lymph drainage + chiropractor she is from God🙏👍I will describe her so that there is no setup☝️height 160 is no more, it seems a little plump at first glance because of the wide shoulders, if I get a photo, I will attach it.
We had a family room 3029 with a sea view and next to the elevator👍convenient location. We went to the old town through the beach for 10-15 minutes, and left the hotel for a walk. In the evenings, the concert happens every other day! From the negative, the singing of two singers with disgusting hearing was annoying
