We had a rest in March 2023. Overall, I really liked the hotel. Russian Russian is understood by the friendly staff, and the vacationers are mostly Russian. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.The territory is small, but there is a place to walk, we lived in a 4-storey building, the rooms are good, cleaned every day, water was put in the room.the beach is nearby, you can take the elevator down or take the stairs,the entrance to the sea from the shore, sand and stones.There are not many fish, but there are. We visited the paid Mince beach several times, there are corals there. The animation is good, all day long. There are excursions on the beach at good prices, we took a yacht and diving.There were oriental dances and a skirt.the food is not bad, there are early breakfasts and late dinners, snacks, lattes at the bar, juices from packages and cocktails on the menu. The only thing I didn't have enough variety in meat dishes, a lot of peppery and salty, the child was fed 1.5 years with food that was brought, they gave only fruits and vegetables. No one will be left hungry, there is something to choose from.pancakes, French fries, sea tongue, beef.the pastries are of the same type.the food is monotonous, the difference is mainly in the grill, each time something is different. There were shrimp once, strawberries for dinner several times. Several heated pools. There are several bars on site, in the dining room. They make delicious cappuccino. Bar and snack on the beach. The location of the hotel is good, the old town is 15 minutes away.We would definitely return to this hotel!

We had a rest from July 9 to July 21, 2022 .The territory is clean, well maintained with a very beautiful view of the sea, mountains and the old town. We lived in a room with a sea view near the restaurant. The room is large and spacious. The room has a large double and bunk beds. The furniture is not new, repairs in the bathroom would also be useful. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the range of dishes is not great, but the food trays are always full. For all the time that we were there, there was always meat, for lunch and dinner on the street we were given beef, lamb, turkey, once shrimp (by the way, very tasty).There are no complaints about the service at all, the staff is so polite that it's already not familiar. The beach is big and there have always been enough sun loungers for everyone, but the pool is shallow and small, more like a children's pool, there is definitely nothing to do there. There is always something going on in the evening, then dancing, then fakir, then snakes. If you wish, then after 23.00 for $ 20-25 you can go to the club with the animators. In general, I really liked the hotel, probably when the renovation of the territory and rooms is done, I most likely will no longer be able to afford it

Nice hotel. No frills, but very cozy. Green and clean. The staff is friendly. The food is all smooth, there was enough of everything. The main thing is quiet!!! There are very few children, there is no entertainment for them. I am satisfied, I recommend it.

I am currently in this hotel, it is stated in the package as 5*. There is no 3. The food is disgusting, on the third day you no longer want to go to the "restaurant". 90% of the local population who do not know how to behave. There is no water freely available! In Africa! There are no refrigerators with water!!!!! You need to go to bars for water, if you live in quieter rooms or sit on the beach - it's far away!! In the heat! There is only one place with ice cream in the whole huge hotel. You will not be able to swim because the whole "sea" is a knee-deep shoal, the depth is a square of 2 by 6 meters, where you can just go in and out. The rooms are so tired that you are afraid that there will be a pen in your hand when you take it. I do not advise anyone to consider this place. It's an incredible pity the 400 thousand given for the trip.

Have a nice day, everyone. We were at the hotel from May 20 to May 27, 2023. This is one of the great hotels. The staff is so friendly that sometimes it seemed that something was wrong. It doesn't happen that way. The food is varied, although not as much as many people are used to. The choice is different and does not bother. Sweets, fruits are enough. There is a wonderful ice cream in one place. Especially the mangoes and strawberries were amazing. The animation is just a bomb. You can play volleyball, football, basketball, tennis, billiards. Lunch snacks are better until you've seen it right full-fledged lunches. Drinking water is plentiful. And there was always water in the rooms. The room was cleaned every day. Everything was clean. Towels have been so different. The sea in the morning in May is not very warm, but from 12 o'clock to evening fresh milk. The fish are just wonderful everywhere. In the evening, entertainment up to 22 hours for both children and adults. Afterwards, you can sit at the bar and drink a cocktail. It was so delicious, but everyone brought their own alcohol if they needed a little more strength. In general, we recommend it. Moreover, there is something to do with children here. Thanks to the hotel for a wonderful stay.

The price-quality ratio. The hotel is not the best and not even nearby, but it has a place to be for your money. A big plus is that there are not very many rooms. The rooms are old and tired, but clean, and the cleaning is all right. Very good audibility, at 6 a.m. employees start walking and talking loudly. The staff is terrible and not friendly, it feels like you owe them. A good Russian-speaking manager, quickly solves issues with Arabs. The food is mediocre, perhaps they don't know how to cook everywhere in Egypt. For some reason, food is not salted, pancakes, pasta and omelet are bland. The proximity to the old town saved me, there are many good fish restaurants there. The drinks are local... we haven't tried them. We only drank beer, also local, it looks like a crown. Many people write that the hotel has a good reef-this is not true, if you want to look at the fish and corals, you will have to walk 5-7 minutes outside the hotel (along the beach). Not a bad adult animation.

The old town with shops and a large mosque is within walking distance. The rooms in the hotel are not new, but they are nice and clean. The staff is responsive and professional. Water, TV, kettle and hair dryer are working, but if it is important for you to have a very fresh renovation, then you need to think carefully. Otherwise, everything is fine and at 5+. From the kitchen to animations and evening shows, everything is great, diverse, colorful, and in sufficient volume. I, my wife and daughter had a rest for 13 years from 08.11.23 to 08.22.23! In general, the rest was a success in terms of nutrition, this is certainly not Turkey, but there is enough of everything, we have never been hungry! For entertainment, it will probably be boring for young people, but we wanted peace and quiet, and we got it all! Warning- do not use tap water even for brushing your teeth and do not drink cocktails with ice, my wife and I drank cocktails unsuccessfully and the diarrhea was terrible, we did not go to the doctor, there are pharmacies in it we bought a wonderful remedy antinal!!! We visited this hotel for the second time, the first time long ago in 2009, in my opinion the reef became a little worse, but we saw all the moray eels and stingrays, rabbit, stone fish, octopus, surgeon fish, parrot fish and many others!! It was a little hot, but in the afternoon after lunch and before 16 we had a siesta, the air conditioning in the room was two and new, worked well! We lived in the main building in room 1612 ! The decor is simple, the furniture is authentic, but everything works! The only remark is that the water does not drain well in the shower! The hotel staff works well, tips are not extorted!! We spent only 4 dollars, one porter at check-in, ordered cleaning twice for a dollar, the cleaner left Ali under the pillow (you can hang a red sign on the door so as not to disturb) so that they did not clean every day, and the cleaner understands that cleaning is not needed and was not offended that there is no tip!! In general, I would recommend this hotel for people who are positive and love a calm and measured rest!!

Prices are too high this year. The hotel is not worth the money. They feed exactly for 4. It's a long way to walk to the sea. It is inconvenient to travel according to the schedule. The breaks are too long. We need a transfer every 20 minutes. And not after 40-60 minutes. Slides get boring quickly. The evening animations were not impressed. And in general, the staff is focused on Arabs! They will cut off the crust from the watermelon with their own, and throw the white edges. And so it is in everything- meat, fish or other service. No offense, but it caught my eye. This behavior has only been seen in this hotel. I rested in 2 others, there was no such thing. The rooms were decent. Everything is clean and well cleaned. When I was there, a girl's cell phone was stolen from a restaurant, she forgot it on the table, returned 5 minutes later, and no one even looked for it. They said, well, it happens. I'm sure the staff at the restaurant stole it. Because no one has sat down at the table after that. In general, you can relax here for a reasonable amount of money. But no more.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The last time I was in Egypt was 14 years ago. I really liked the service!!! The boys wash everything all day, clean up, pour whatever you want, they'll bring it to the table!!! The view is simply unreal. Descent to the sea by elevator or stairs. We walked more often, we like to be active. The beach is just😍. The only thing that infuriated the incomprehensible people who occupied 6 sun beds for three ...😔 Or they will take up two sun beds and do not appear for half a day ... For me, this is the height of dibilism....The food is delicious, a lot, if it's over, they'll add it. But it's monotonous every day. We went to the old town every evening and had dinner in a cafe. The rooms are simple, without frills, but everything is in good order!
The location is perfect! We drove to the airport for 15 minutes😌 Actually, we really liked it!!!! I didn 't want to leave 😔

I did not like the entry into the sea (the steps). The coral is dead, but there are fish. For the first time, it will be interesting. You must buy a mask and corals. You can buy much cheaper at mango market. The hotel itself is not bad, but the entertainment is boring, I did not like the rooms in the main building, the bungalows are more cheerful, but the furniture is certainly ancient. Room cleaning every day, towels, water, shampoo, balm, hair dryer. If you go for 7-10 days, then the food is normal (beef, chicken, mostly meat).

A variety of food, you will not stay hungry. The birds are constantly trying to grab food and crackling on nearby tables (if you sit on a beautiful veranda). At 07.30 in the morning, the heat begins (we were in early October), we had breakfast early, and by 08.30-09.00 we tried to be on the beach, but already at that time the sunbeds are occupied with towels (the scheme is quite working, for a dollar or two, the staff will leave. I do not approve) and you need to look for a place in the sun. Russian mentality, there is nothing to do. The room stock may be better, but we had a bungalow with our own terrace. It sounds cool, but in fact the collective farm is complete. The linoleum is swollen and there are 2 beds...amenities 2/10. There is an extraneous odor. The bathroom is large and comfortable. When brushing your teeth with tap water, you could get poisoned, please be careful and do not let their water near you. The place to relax is pleasant - you leave the room and forget about these inconveniences. The beach is 5 minutes away - either by elevator or by stairs. The view is beautiful! The bay and reef are amazing!!! Mango for 1 dollar in the nearest shops, near a pharmacy. We came to see the most unforgettable and magical Red Sea - we saw and loved it. We will definitely return to Egypt. It does not apply to the hotel, but I will write anyway - during excursions on camels, bugs, jeeps, you are filmed by a videographer. Then you buy a CD for $100. Upon returning home, he practices the same scheme every time (Turkey) with another group or empty. This is some kind of sur. The cunning ones!!!!

Hi everybody.
They were brought from the airport to the hotel around 11 am, and immediately everyone was sent to a restaurant for breakfast. After breakfast, they almost immediately checked into the room, having previously shown several options. These two points made us very happy. Very friendly and helpful staff, just super.
The rooms are certainly not super (furniture, doors, plumbing, ventilation).
But I knew about it before the trip. And by and large I went there not to Enjoy the number, but the beauty of the red Sea and the city itself.
The hotel is located on the first line, in the bay, the descent to the beach is by elevator, but you can also take the stairs. Perfect.

We recommend it! Upon arrival, we paid $ 20 for the convenient location of the room. The furniture in the rooms is old. On the last night, a pipe burst in the bathroom, flooded.
The staff is responsive, they quickly solve problems that arise. Lots of waiters.
The food is not particularly tasty, but you can choose. There were shrimps once a week.
There are 2 swimming pools on the territory: 1 round shallow, the second - 170 or less.
Animation works great, you won't get bored.
There is a place to walk to see the city and go shopping (go down the elevator and to the right, or from the main entrance in both directions).
A beautiful reef to the left of the sandy approach.
Walking along the promenade and from the restaurant you can admire the magnificent view of the bay.

A good hotel, varied food, there is an Italian restaurant, coffee beans, bottled drinks. The Internet is working throughout the territory!!! The beach is nearby, there is a reef and fish, there are always places under the sun lounger, also near the pool. We lived in a bungalow, room 3011, the furniture is old but everything is in good condition. It was always clean on site, the staff was polite. I liked the SPA too. The old town is next to the hotel (1.5km). In principle, an excellent hotel for your money, in general, I liked the Albatross chain. I was in Hurghada earlier, the charm is definitely better. It was in May 2022.

We stayed at the hotel in October. Of the advantages, the beach is sandy, with a ladder, suitable for children, and there are corals a little to the side. And a beautiful view of the bay and the old town. Everything else is just creepy. The rooms are very, very old! Everything breaks in my hands. Especially in the central building. The food is modest, the same every day. Cheap alcohol, no cocktails. Glasses were often found with traces of lipstick and not washed at all… The staff is not very friendly. Sometimes it's even scary to approach. I especially want to pay attention to the reception staff: when checking in, they try to put absolutely everyone in creepy rooms in the central building, regardless of the paid room category! Next, the extortion of money for another number begins. All this is happening in a very rough way. As far as I understand, all managers are aware of such a business. Almost all hotel guests go through this. I think it is worth paying attention to the top management and those who are responsible for the hotel category.

We visited this hotel for the second time, the first time 9 years ago. The changes have been for the better. The food has improved, of course it suffers from diversity, but overall it's not bad. The room was given a two-room room for a small fee, cleaning every day is fine. The beach is good, there is access to the sea and sand and corals, and if you go further to the wild beach, then there is generally beauty, living untouched corals. In general, we liked everything, we rested for 11 days.

A shabby hotel with a cheap renovation (September 2022). Of the 4 declared stars, only the food corresponds. The beach is for children (empty, clean to swim), for snorkeling we went to the wild reef beach 5 minutes from the hotel, strictly south along the shore (27.854638, 34.298674). It was this reef that brightened up all the disadvantages of the hotel for us. The rooms in the bungalows are very worn, creaking laminate flooring (first encountered in Egyptian hotels), a barely alive refrigerator, unpainted painted walls, shabby doors, windows without a hint of sound insulation (the muezzin screaming at 3:45 in the morning will not let you lie). In addition, the administration started repairing the parapets, for 2 days they walked and rattled on the roof (goodbye quiet hour), dirty smudges went on the walls outside (seen in the photo), in front of the front door there were pieces of mortar that were removed only after the end of work at the end of the day. The pool is tiny and always packed, the reception is outrageously simple and always stuffy, the territory is clean, but, like the reception is simple, there is little greenery, everything is very ascetic. I will especially note the elevator to the beach, which just didn't work once at noon due to a power outage and had to go back up the stairs on the 6th photo (approximately 7 floors). The last hotel I would return to. I posted photos of laminate flooring with cracks, mold on the seams in the bathroom and broken doors, but Yandex rejected these photos, leaving only beautiful views and the only photo of the room. For objectivity!!!
