We vacationed with a family of 3 people from July 6-20, 2024. The room was originally with a view of the garden. But! When we saw him, we were shocked. In short, the air conditioner and TV did not work in it, and there is no balcony, respectively, there is nowhere to dry things. We asked to change the room (we were even ready to pay extra) but, they changed our room to a bungalow for free. This room was much better. It consisted of three small rooms, each room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, a bunch of towels, and a private exit to the terrace. Despite the fact that the hotel has old furniture, plumbing - everything worked. We were satisfied with this option and we settled in. The room is cleaned daily, even to the point that bed linen is changed every day. But we didn't need it, so they refused to clean it. The staff is very friendly, not annoying! There was always enough space in the dining room, on the pool and on the beach. The food is quite edible, there is always fish, chicken, beef, shrimp. Fruits and drinks also pleased me. It's not expensive, of course, like in 5 stars, but everything is at a decent level. There are no complaints about the hotel and the staff. But excursions from anex tour are something! There are a lot of questions and no answers from our individual guide. We took a tour of 7 wonders for 100 bucks per person. We had to go in the morning to the sands (canyon, quadriceps, camels), and after lunch a yacht with diving stops and the Egyptian Maldives. In fact, in the morning, while the weather was not very hot, we were taken on a yacht. There was a diving stop (those who wanted to dive). I'm not interested in this and I was waiting, like many girls, for the Maldives! But, the second stop was just for swimming in the sea. To the question to the guide who was with us on the tour, when will we get to the Maldives? He was at a loss, which Maldives? And I got out of it as best I could. I called our hotel guides, found out something, but we arrived at the port without seeing the Egyptian Maldives. They were upset. But the tour continued and we were taken on Bedouin jeeps to the sands to ride quadricycles. It was already a decent heat, 45-47 degrees for sure. It was possible to ride quadricycles only in pairs. One at a time for a fee, as they said on the spot. Children cannot sit on their own, and in front of an adult, only from the age of 16. My daughter was riding with her husband (she is 16 years old), but I did not get a pair. Therefore, I had to go with the owner of the quadric. But! he didn't let me steer, he put me back, and he was driving. What the hell do I need such rides for? I wanted to go for a ride myself, and I went on this tour confident that I would go for a ride. My driver explained to me That I could not and would not be able to drive, and I did not even have the opportunity to try. In short, the quadrics upset me too, as did the yacht. Camel riding took about 3 minutes. One small circle. Well, God be with them. As a result, according to what criteria the 7-hour tour was chosen, we did not get what we wanted. It was possible to save money. Take a yacht for 25 bucks and quadrics for 17 and that's it! There is nothing else to see on this tour. And this is not only my opinion, but the opinion of the whole group with whom we went on the tour. Back at the hotel, I wrote to the hotel guide about the discrepancy between his stories and the realities. But, he said that he would clarify why it happened to the guide who accompanied us on the tour. But I'm still waiting for an answer. In short, if it weren't for these unpleasant moments with the tour, everything would be great! And so, the sediment remained precisely because of the tour operator ANEX TOUR. I recommend the hotel, but I do not recommend excursions. Because it's not going to be the way the guide tells you anyway. We did not go to Cairo, because the road takes 6 hours in one direction, but in fact 9-10 hours in one direction. This was told to us by the vacationers on the yacht, who had already fucked up with the tour. Apparently, there is such a feature, do not finish the nuances, otherwise no one will take it. The food is varied, always fresh and in abundance. The service from reception to cleaning is excellent. The beach is clean. There are enough sun beds. The rooms are clean with good plumbing and quiet air conditioning. Convenient location of the hotel, walking distance to the old town. The territory is well maintained. Two pools. I definitely recommend it.

We arrived late (we had time for dinner), woke up in the morning and were surprised by the view, the view is gorgeous. Clean territory. The waiter boys are very good, in the restaurant, and by the pool.
The sea is gorgeous, warm, we've been swimming all day.

But the eyes were closed, but the attitude of some hotel employees (spoils the whole mood) , the food is the same, shrimp are given 4 pieces in hand (once a week, Tuesday), the room can be said not to be cleaned, swept clean, put water on, and put shampoo, everything else was sometimes asked. They forgot the machine at home, my husband asked at the reception, they told him (I have to go buy machines for my money), and in winter they gave you a machine. Then they brought the machine to the room. We could have bought it, but it was hot during the day, and we went to the pharmacy only in the evening. So we decided to ask . There are employees at bars, they are too arrogant, I don't drink alcohol, but my husband was not happy, as long as he says you don't tip them a dollar, only then they smile.

We had a rest in early August at this hotel. We flew from AlMasria, the flight to Egypt was delayed for 30 minutes, and back for 3 hours. Be sure to bring socks with you, you will have to take off your shoes and walk barefoot on the floor on the return flight. By the way, hand luggage at the airport in Egypt was inspected three times.
The hotel is a solid 4. The territory is small, well maintained. Very beautiful views of the Sinai Mountains, the sea, the Old Town, as the hotel is on a hill. The food is normal, typical of Egypt. Wi-Fi is best caught in the main restaurant and in the reception area. We took a SIM card from the local Orange operator at the airport.
As written, the furniture is old, but not critical. The air conditioner makes terrible noise, be sure to take earplugs if you sleep lightly. The air conditioner was constantly leaking, they called the master at the reception, but did not fix the problem. They did not change the number. We lived in bungalow #3038, there were 2 terraces with chairs and a clothes dryer. According to the location, this is a good room, it was very quiet, the neighbors are only on the side and there is an elevator to the beach next to it.
It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the Old Town on foot, bypassing, if you go through the beach, it's faster, but at night the passage through the beach is closed.
In the Old City, they went to the mosque, it's free, women need to wear a long dress with sleeves and a headscarf, everything is given out there for free. But there's not much to see there, you have to take off your shoes before entering the mosque.
We went to Naama Bay for $3 via the iDrive app. Ordinary taxi drivers want 5-7 dollars for the same trip.
There are retail outlets near the Albatros Aqua Blue Hotel within walking distance of the hotel. There is a Russian pharmacy and a Point Market supermarket, with normal prices. The Mango Market store is further away, there is no point in going there. We bought all souvenirs, tea, coffee in Naama Bay at the Fix Price store. Mangoes are there for a dollar per kilogram.
I liked the sea, it's clean, there are always free sun loungers on the beach. The beach to the left of the elevator is full of fish, but there are few of them. If you go further where the guard's booth is and persuade him to let you through, you will see a live reef with lots of fish. Keep in mind, there are no rescuers and buoys, all responsibility is on you. It is better to go there at 8-9 in the morning.
The beach to the right of the elevator is normal. Be sure to take corals with you, there may be rocks on the bottom anywhere on the beach. And the sand on the beach is unpleasant, hard, with pebbles.
What I didn't like was going from the beach to the sea! Basically, it's just a pile of wet stones, it's unclear why the administration won't make a normal descent.
The price of the tour includes
attending the Neverland show. It's quite watchable, beautiful costumes and dancing, you can go. The food is not very good during the show, everyone is served the same thing.
Tourists, take care of the reefs! Don't break them off! And be sure to use sunscreen on physical filters - titanium dioxide and zinc, because creams on chemical filters destroy the ecosystem of the sea.

A good hotel, although the rooms in the main building are old. Old furniture, a sloppy shower curtain. However, everything is compensated by the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness they create. Our room is cleaned by Mohammed, just a good guy! Quickly, without unnecessary movements, responds to all requests without delay. A nice bonus in the form of animal-shaped towels. Everyone in the restaurant is doing great too! Clean, tasty, polite! There is always enough of everything! The animation is active despite the heat. The beach is clean, there are always free sunbeds. And the most important thing is the fish in a small coral island. There are few corals, not very bright, but there are all kinds of fish here, so snorkeling is quite pleasant!

I highly do not recommend this hotel. Repairs are required literally everywhere. The territory is small. The food is tasteless. There are queues and uncomfortable tables in the dining room (you can't call it a restaurant). There are shells in the omelette and dirty plates. It is stuffy in the heat, since the air conditioners do not work almost, in the evening it is cold on the veranda because of the wind.
The only advantage of the hotel is a convenient, gentle entrance to the sea, for those who are afraid of the depth. However, the beach is shared with three other albatrosses on the second line, so at 9-10 o'clock there are no places at sea, there is practically no free sunbed.
There are many fish in the sea, including dangerous ones, we saw a stingray, a surgeon's fish right in the shallow water, and we also saw a huge two-meter moray eel.
It should be noted that nearby on the outskirts of the beach there are some pipes from which some liquid drains into the sea (I hope it wasn't a sewer after all)
The beach is quite close to the hotel, a staircase leads down (approximately 15th floor in terms of the number of steps) and an elevator with dirty windows.
Cleaning of rooms and on the beach for three. The rooms themselves are very tired and cramped, almost everything is broken in the shower (we lived in the main building overlooking the pool)
There are two swimming pools on the territory, the water is cool.
We didn't need animation, but there is practically none here, except for yoga on the beach in the morning and dancing in the pool after lunch. Sometimes there is an evening show, but at the amateur level of the younger kindergarten group.
We tried a little hard for Halloween and a foam party on the beach, but that's it.
And if you do not need a gentle entrance to the sea, I strongly advise you to choose another hotel. But there are also more interesting coves on the beach (coral Bay, naama Bay)

We had a rest at the end of March. The first 3 days were a little cool, then warmer every day, the water is clear, emerald, with colorful fish. We arrived at the hotel at about 9 am. The bus stops in front of the hotel entrance (there is no check-in). At the reception (they speak Russian well), they registered and put on bracelets. You can go straight to breakfast and use the bar, pool, beach. They promised to check in at 14:00. After breakfast, we were informed that it was possible to check in. They showed the room (GARDEN VIEW) - in fact, a small room with two beds pushed together with a small window on the courtyard with staff equipment. After asking to change the room, we were shown another one. On the fourth floor with a balcony and a view of the pool and the sea. They offered another one - a bungalow. But the location is not very without any kind. For $ 20, we were put in a room with a balcony. We offered 20 ourselves, as you agree. They gave me one card to enter the room and two cards to get beach towels (a $10 fine for losing the card). The room stock is old. Furniture from the moment the hotel was built. But very clean. The room cleaning is decent. There are five towels in the bathroom for two (two large, two small and one under the feet at the exit from the shower). The showers in different rooms are different - there may be a separate one with a glass door, Or there may be a corner with a small side separated by a curtain.
The room has a large bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, safe, refrigerator, TV (there are several Russian-language channels), a couple of tables. There is a table with chairs and a clothes dryer on the balcony.
The territory of the hotel is very clean, palm trees, bushes, and grass are constantly being cared for. There are two swimming pools (for children and adults). But there's nothing to do there. Simple round pools. The adult is 130 cm deep. Daily activities are carried out on it (water polo, aqua aerobics, etc.). But the animation is weak. There is a bar with drinks and ice cream by the pool. The children's pool is always without people.
There are three bars on site (one in the large hall and two on the street). Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are offered. There is a cocktail list, but bartenders do not know how to make cocktails. Even looking at the composition, they can pour anything.
Two restaurants are located one behind the other with a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast is standard - omelette, scrambled eggs, greens, cereals, cereals, tea/coffee, fruits, etc. For lunch there are two types of soups and many second courses. There is always meat, chicken/turkey, and fish. For dinner, they put a barbecue in front of the main restaurant and cook something new every evening - cutlets, grilled chicken, shrimp, fish, shawarma. There is a bar on the territory of the restaurants. Wine, cocktails, spirits, juices, soda.
At 20:30, the children's disco begins at the big screen. At 21:00 there is an evening show with invited guests. Indian dances, fakirs, light show, etc. But the technical component leaves much to be desired (sound, light, screen are poorly configured). At 23:00, everything goes quiet.
The hotel is within walking distance from the Old Town (Old Market) with a beautiful mosque and a square. You can go down to the beach and walk along the beach line. It takes longer to walk through the city. Merchants are annoying. But you can ignore it and just walk around. You can download the InDrive app (registration via a local SIM card), order a taxi to the hotel and go in the evening (at 8 o'clock) to the walking street of Soho. It will cost about 200 pounds (400 rubles). When a taxi arrives at the hotel, the guard writes down the number of the taxi and specifies where you are going. Soho has a lot of shops with clothes, souvenirs, cafes, everything glows, a dancing fountain every hour.
It is necessary to hand over the room before the 12th day. The extension is paid. Before 15:00 - $ 60, before 18:00 - $ 80. After 18 - the full cost per day. But there is no point in prolonging it. Suitcases are left at the reception, and something valuable (a backpack with a laptop) can be put in a separate room. Before leaving the hotel, you can safely enjoy all the benefits, and before leaving, the administrator gives you a room for showering and changing clothes.

Since the hotel is located at the top, you have to go down to the beach. You can go up the stairs (it lights up beautifully in the evening) or by elevator. The elevator is open until 18:30. The beach is clean and there are a lot of sunbeds. They are constantly being wiped and garbage is being removed. There are umbrellas and awnings. The beach is sandy with a good approach. There are several reefs that have many different fish. But there are also moray eels. If you don't anger them, don't climb into their hole, then they don't touch. Rescuers are constantly making sure that they do not swim behind the buoys. There is a bar on the beach, where pasta, pizza, and meat are cooked during lunch. There is a stage in the form of a ship, where there is activity (foam party, disco). There is a volleyball area. There are several kiosks on the beach with masks, fins, corals and perfume.
Excursions
There is no point in taking a quad bike tour. 30 dollars, but all quadric are "killed" and constantly go deaf. There is no organization.
The excursion on the Black Pearl is interesting. Going to sea, scuba diving, snorkeling, delicious chic lunch.

We rested at the hotel from 29.09-07.10.2023 room 1612 in the main building on the third floor. A hotel of its own price category. The rooms are very tired, furniture, plumbing, but everything is working, the mattress is comfortable, the bed is white. There is an opportunity to change the room for $ 20.
Food without frills, 1 time a week there were shrimp, every other day there were squid, beef, chicken, tilapia fish every day, fresh vegetables, stewed, pasta, potatoes, did not like the assortment of fruits, melon tasteless and the choice is not great, dates always, persimmon was 2 times, figs 3 times, and mostly sliced apples and bananas (whole), but there is an opportunity to buy mango almost opposite the hotel ($ 1 per kg). Animation is weak, there is a mini disco. There are few children in the hotel, mostly all Russian-speaking and 50+. Once a week they take you to a nearby hotel for the show Neverland (show + dinner with drinks) for free for hotel guests. The beach is very large, there is sand for children perfectly, there is an opportunity to go to the "wild beach" to the left of the main one, the sea world is more diverse there, although there are fish on the main beach. In general, the hotel of its price category, I may come back, solid 4. The staff constantly washes everything, even the street tiles with a mop. There were no problems with digestion and this is already good, everything is fresh and delicious, especially croissants! I wish the hotel to be updated and develop further, the location is very convenient! After reading the rave reviews and not noticing the negative ones, we took a ticket to this hotel. But what a disappointment it was when we arrived there. They brought us at night and at this place the good mood disappears. We were allocated, as they said, some of the best rooms that were available at the moment (photo attached). In the morning I complained about dirt and dust in the room, they promised to do a general cleaning, but this cleaning consisted in washing the refrigerator. No one touched the walls or the switches.
Of the disadvantages of the hotel:
- old furniture and appliances. It was unpleasant to put things in such a closet, the refrigerator was constantly rattling (I had to turn it off), but it was scary to turn on the air conditioner.
- the choice of food in the dining room is meager, most of the dishes presented are completely inedible. The enthusiastic reviews regarding the menu at the hotel are surprising...these people didn't eat anything sweeter than carrots, did they?!
- we had to occupy sun beds until 8 o'clock in the morning, because after that all the places were occupied, because in addition to our hotel, people were brought from two more.
Positive:
- the hotel is located in a beautiful location;
- convenient descent into the water;
- clean territory;
- pleasant staff;
- within walking distance of the old town with shops and a very beautiful mosque.
In general, by day 6 you stop noticing the cons of the hotel, start looking for the pros and try to enjoy what you have. Would I come to this hotel again? No!!! If only after work is done on the shortcomings in it (I think we will have to wait a long time).

After 9 years, we finally decided to take a vacation and fly on vacation. FOR the FIRST TIME, I was able to take my mom and send her on vacation. This vacation trip meant a lot to me.
We have been to this hotel 16 times! The last time was just 9 years ago in October. There was no choice of hotel at all. Mom said she wants to go there, so we're going there. I paid for 7 days of rest for three people 330.000₽.
Personally, I remember how 9 years ago, when I was 16, it was cool here! The key word was.
Let's start with the number of rooms. We chose a large room initially so that the young man and I could live in peace. Both rooms were paid for with a sea view! The result? He's funny!
We arrive, check in. They give out cards from number 12... (something there) NO WINDOWS! Are you serious?! For 330.000₽?!
My man goes back and explains that we will not live in such a room. OK! They give out cards with a normal number. With a sea view. They ask us to sign papers stating that we have no claims and so on. They ask you to give them a "tea", to thank them. I'm sorry to thank you for what?) For what was already paid for? It's funny!
Okay. Next is the restaurant. The food was passable. Let me remind you, it was better earlier. The fish and pasta were asleep. Vegetables and fruits leave much to be desired. Wine is the cheapest of the five in plastic… Whiskey is burnt. 37 degrees is declared. In fact, a maximum of 7%.

The beach is located at the foot of the territory, you can go down by elevator (8 floors) or by bridge. In general, it is necessary to see, feel, and feel this atmosphere. Good afternoon! I want to write a review about this hotel! To warn people not to be led to the Albatros grid. We returned yesterday and today was the first night out of 9 when we slept in silence. The rooms are dead, the air conditioning is old and very very noisy, so not only that, it also sparkled after 3-4 hours of operation, and so in many rooms the equipment is very old. But the highlight on the cake is the huge cockroaches in the room (of course they were poisoned and said that they accidentally got into the room through the sewer, but the fact is they are very big and unpleasant. There is no food, but you can say the usual. The bartenders are excellent, they don't extort, they pour and smile. The sea is warm, you have to go to the pipes on the reef, it's to the left when you get out of the elevator. I read the reviews they write that the sea covers all the shortcomings of the hotel, to be honest, there are no giant cockroaches and noisy condos at night it is not possible to block, a dead and old hotel. Recommended for a one-time trip there, we will definitely not return.

1. The rooms are old, but clean and everything is in working order, most importantly comfortable beds, new mattresses, good pillows and blankets. Unfortunately, there are rooms without balconies, but if there are free bungalows, they can move into them. The bungalow has good Wi-Fi.

My favorite hotel. A stunning beach, there is a sandy entry into the water for kids and a wild beach with a beautiful reef (just take special shoes). I have been to this hotel three times already: 2021, 2022 and 2023. I really like the staff, the food, the view of the Old Town and the area itself, and most importantly - the gorgeous sea!!! A long comfortable beach, sandy bottom, fish, corals, water entertainment and gorgeous animation (it was in 2023 that animation became really good thanks to the Mondi team!) I'm already a VIP guest, so they filled my mini-bar, brought a plate of fruit to the room, carried baklava and other goodies. Very pleasant. I love this hotel!
