We had a rest in July 2024, we are very satisfied! The territory is huge, beautiful, the view is amazing. The sea and the beach are super!!! Take the elevator down!!!! There are several swimming pools, bars and a restaurant, table tennis, a spa. We didn't go to the spa.
Meals: I was pleased that in addition to the basic meals there is an early breakfast, late lunch and late dinner (free of charge) + tea party with pastries, and you can also drink, eat and have a snack on the beach at the bar at a certain time. The food itself is of the same type, but delicious (with the exception of seafood-they don't know how to cook them here, but you can eat), the assortment is large, there are also a lot of sweets, as well as amazing dates, melon, grapes, bananas, apples. There is an "Italian restaurant", from this only the name and everything, of course, pasta and pizza are not close to the same, BUT everything is edible, children like it. I can note that in the morning this restaurant prepares an excellent omelet with vegetables and cheese, you can just glaze or as you wish. There are many types of cheeses. No one will stay hungry.
Animation: great!!!!!! From morning to evening for both adults and children! And on the beach and in the evening, and yoga, and concerts, and a disco, and a foam party, the guys are great fellows! And contests and just entertainment.
Drinks: I think everyone understands that "all inclusive" is not going to be a good thing, but you can find something to eat, depending on who has what preferences.
Cleaning and rooms: cleaning every day. There are also bath accessories, except for bathrobes and slippers. We ordered a standard room, arrived-offered a bungalow and it turned out to be better for us. The bungalow is like a one-storey townhouse. The rooms are stuffy, we have no balcony, and in the "bungalow" it was easier to breathe and more spacious. The furniture is old, not very good, but it did not scare us, we were few in the room. Safe,refrigerator, TV, hair dryer. One big disadvantage: the shower is VERY SMALL, CRAMPED, but you can live with it too.
The weather, of course, is very hot, but we had a great rest, the sea is gorgeous, we were satisfied with almost everything!!!! The rest turned out to be just GREAT!!!!

Nutrition : delicious, but monotonous! Meat is tough, seafood is rare and 2 pieces per hand.
Rooms: old, in need of renovation. The Internet is unstable. On the beach in general every other time.
Animation: light, there are activities on the beach : foam party, volleyball, zumba, yoga, exercise, aqua aerobics. By the pool: darts, water polo, yoga. There are simulators.

We are two elderly ladies, we liked the gentle, sandy entrance to the sea, helpful staff, the absence of a large number of children. We did not take toothbrushes with us and brought them to us at our request, although this is not provided at their hotel. We lived in a bungalow, close to the elevator, which is of great importance to us as there are problems with our legs. When we left, not only the receptionist Irina (I may be confusing the name, sorry), but also the owner of the hotel, who met with us himself and made every effort to sort out this misunderstanding, reacted very actively to our remark about some not very appropriate jokes of the young waiters. He invited us to come again) So after considering different options, we decided to return to this hotel again, they are not looking for good))) we hope that we will like everything, then I will share new impressions with you)) in general, who needs a relaxing holiday with good cuisine and attentive staff-you are here))), and you can read some comments on comfort in other reviews, it was not critical for us!

It is possible to walk. There is an observation deck on the way to the old town. Beautiful view of the old town and the bay at night. It's not that easy to find. We came in by chance, looking for a short way to the old town. You can take a minibus or taxi to shopping malls and Carrefour. There are fakes in shopping malls, there is a local good knitwear (lingerie). You can just take a walk, drink some dough, there is a chain of cafes with ice cream and sweets, very tasty, all this is cheap.

I'll deposit my 5 kopecks. WiFi is good on the territory, it does not catch on the beach. I had a rest from 12.07-19.07. The room is in the main building, two-room, apparently family. But I'm alone. What you like: the room has a split air conditioning system, instead of a ceiling extension as usual. A refrigerator with a built-in freezer, not a "dwarf" mini bar, subjectively comfortable beds. Beach: there are always free sun beds, clean.
The main restaurant: you won't die of hunger, that's probably all.
The restaurant is Italian, it is impossible to say that this is a separate restaurant, because eggs are fried in it in the morning, pizza at lunch and pasta seems to be for dinner. Tables with salads and cakes are duplicated. The rest of the assortment: tea, coffee, cocoa, fruits, bread in various forms, pastries, main dishes only in the main restaurant.
Tea bags, there is a small selection, but Lipton is ordinary black, in bags but without individual packaging. I.e., someone could hold this package in their hands, and you put it in your cup. This is OK at home, it is unacceptable in restaurants. So my narrative is gradually turning into cons. Coffee, I'm not a coffee lover, but an amateur. Honestly slop. I took it in a thermos, I took it from the ground in the bar, there is a professional coffee machine there, the taste is the same bad. The only thing was there was no tachycardia and that's a plus. Let me explain, 100% Arabica does not cause palpitations, but Robusta gives just such an effect. Therefore, if you are "stuck" after drinking coffee, it means that Robusta is part of it. Fruits: oranges, 2 varieties of melons, cut into pieces, but not peeled, grapefruit like oranges with peel, grapes like peas are poured into a bowl, not on twigs. Apples, fresh dates. There are also cutlery, forks, knives, but no teaspoons. Pour instant coffee, and stir, with a cheap, plastic, disposable spoon, namely a spoon about 8 cm in size. And there are no napkin holders. The appliances are on the same napkin, and if you still need them, ask the waiter. It's like a game. Apparently they save money as well as on spoons.
Main dishes: potatoes, pasta, rice, chicken, beef, stewed fish is not bad, it was also cooked entirely on the grill. There were shrimps, frankly they were spoiled, absolutely not an expressive dish turned out, it would be better to make them on the grill. Pancakes are made in the morning, but this is a classic, semi-raw dough. I don't understand why it's better not to bake until golden brown, it feels like they're doing it. On the plus side, I will add the preparation of an omelet with different fillers and fried eggs. Thanks a lot to the chef guy. He cooks very carefully and makes sure that the shell does not fall.
The beach bar has a problem with regular cold water, there is no regular soda. Water or sweet soda from a vending machine or from chilled plastic bottles. I took it from the room in bottles. I froze it until ice formed and while on the beach it was enough. It is neutral to beer and alcohol. I took alcoholic cocktails several times.
A "gym" on the street in Egypt, are you serious?! It's just a misunderstanding. You try to work out in the 40th heat. Therefore, it is purely for show.
I repeat, the number, my 1417, is in the main body : broken "cracks and missing pieces of wood" in the interior door frame, the counter bar, this is the plate where the lock tab goes, burst in the toilet and smeared with paint, the whole curve is in the room and screwed onto one screw. Another engineering solution incomprehensible to a European is the ceiling rail along which the shower curtain moves. This is not a single rounded guide, as for example in fitting rooms, but two pieces screwed perpendicular to each other. That is, you cannot completely move the curtain either to the left or to the right. It's just p*dec, Tajiks and Uzbeks, being drunk in the firewood, will not do that, but the Egyptians, please!
If there was a calculation to put me in such a room that I asked him to replace it for "bakhshish", I did not. I just came to the room to spend the night and left. But for a hotel positioning itself as a 4*, to keep the room stock in this form, in my opinion, is off the scale. Cons of the beach: there is no reef of its own, the rocky, almost dead bottom. But you will still be able to see different fish. On the left side of the beach, if you look at the sea, some pipes are brought into the water, and strange water is being discharged through them. The pipes are very clearly visible. So keep in mind. If you remove the "trick" in the form of a panoramic view of the bay and the mosque, which is in the old town, then an absolutely mediocre hotel.
The main plus for many is, of course, the sea, for which vacationers go. Have a good rest and good hotels.

We checked into the hotel on October 15, and after a couple of days we will leave.We were given a room in the main building, the second floor is 1607. The room is large, with a great view of the pool and the sea. The furniture is old, but solid. Snow-white linen and towels. Room cleaning is on top-there is not a speck of dust or a grain of sand anywhere.Water, tea station, shampoo, conditioner, body cream in the bathroom - everything is replenished in a timely manner.Of the cons, there was ice in the freezer.We called the reception, everything was quickly fixed. The territory is very well maintained, the tiles already shine from the fact that they are constantly being washed.I was very surprised when I saw how the fans were being wiped from the dust in the bar. The food is simple and delicious.Every time we found something delicious for ourselves. I really liked grilled fish, shrimp,kebab, beef. My love and favorite is walnut pie. Of the minuses-a couple of kilos, which I will bring with me))). The sea is gorgeous, the weather is comfortable in the evenings.The staff is friendly. I definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay.

Why 3 stars is because of the staff fucked up at the end (especially the waiters at the bar in the main restaurant). The Old Town is within walking distance, especially if you walk along the beach to the right and through the white gate, but it is open until 19.00, it takes longer to walk along the street.
From the hotel there is a free trip to the Neverland show, we liked it professionally, every season is different, according to those who have already been.
