We really liked the hotel. We had a vacation with a 3-year-old child in December. Beach: lots of shizlogs, plenty of room for everyone, sandy approach, not deep, great for kids!!! The pools are heated, the children's pool is just a miracle - knee-deep, the rebock did not leave there, and there were always enough shislongs. The staff is very nice and attentive, which is most importantly not intrusive (well, of course by Arab standards), but there was no such thing as their appearance or attitude to show that tips were needed.
