We spent a great weekend in St. Petersburg from 05/23/14 to 05/27.24 with the ALBA TOUR.
The tour is organized wonderfully! The whole program was done perfectly!!!
We got there very comfortably on a clean, tidy bus. The drivers are very tactful and polite. The air conditioner always maintained the right temperature.
During the tour, we managed to get acquainted with the sights that are the hallmark of the city on the Neva - St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Cathedral of the Savior on Spilled Blood, Kazan Cathedral, the famous cruiser Aurora, visited Oranienbaum and charming Peterhof.
The Chinese Palace in Oranienbaum left a lot of impressions, because only a few people manage to get there. We were among the lucky ones.
The house of playing cards simply did not leave anyone indifferent, but gave a lot of emotions and positivity.
In the evening, we visited the excursion "Lights of St. Petersburg at Night" from the bridge-building ceremonies.
We watched this ceremony from a boat on the Neva River. Emotions were just going through the roof and I didn't want to leave the boat, but to continue riding right until the morning.
We managed to visit the magnificent Petropavlovsk Aquatoria Museum. This is a great work of people, conveying an indelible impression.
After that, we visited the museum complex "Grand Layout of Russia" - the national show layout of Russia. It's just WOW!!!!
The head of the group, Lyudmila, not only coordinated our vacation, but also gave useful information about every place that we visited.
The bus drivers, despite their fatigue, tried to make our movements around the city as comfortable as possible, even in their free time.
In the in2it hotel where we lived, a cozy and clean room with the provision of necessary services: shower, hot water, TV, refrigerator and of course wi-fi, because there is no way without it.
A clear organization of the tour, a rich program, all points of which were fulfilled taking into account the wishes of tourists.
The excursion program was very rich and interesting. We would like to express special gratitude to the head of the group Lyudmila, she was very attentive to everyone. Thank you very much!

I would like to express my gratitude to Lyudmila Sergeevna for an excursion trip to Moscow. It was a very busy weekend, which we spent from 07/25.24 to 07/29.24 with Alba tour.
We visited the most historical places of the city, admired the beauty, culture, and architecture of Moscow. Olga, the guide, told us about the sights of the city in a fascinating and informative way. Zaryadye Park, Red Square, the Moscow Kremlin, the Cathedral of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, GUM, Vorobyovy Gory, Prechistenka, Bulgakov's apartment, the Bolshoi Theater building, Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow City, Vorobyovy Gory, VDNKH, the Moscow Zoo, Kolomenskoye, the Kremlin in Izmailovo and many other attractions we were able to visit. The moment of visiting the grandiose project - the Military-Patriotic Park of Culture and Recreation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation "Patriot" left an indelible impression. Thank you so much for organizing the trip, interesting educational excursions, and for the opportunity to visit the most beautiful locations of this amazing city. On May 9, tourists from the city of Kursk visited hospitable Belarus. The holidays were very eventful and informative! The excursion to Belarus left indelible impressions and emotions...Minsk, the Stalin Line, the Trostenets Memorial, the Khatyn Memorial and Museum, the crypt Museum, castles, cathedrals, temples of Grodno, an organ concert in a German church, Lida Castle - this is what we got to know in three days thanks to a wonderful and extremely responsive person - our guide Lyudmila Sergeevna. With a lot of knowledge and love for her country, Lyudmila Sergeevna made the most pleasant impressions on us: our whole group learned many interesting facts from the history of Belarus. An amazing journey and an unforgettable time!!! Thank you, Belarus, for the warm welcome!!! Thank you, Lyudmila Sergeevna, for your professionalism!!!

This is not the first time we have gone on a trip with your guide Lyudmila K. And every time the impressions are not the most pleasant. The tours are like history lessons, with notes of a pilgrimage trip, which makes them very tedious and uninteresting. The last time we went to Grodno with you, we are all adults and went on our day off, we had the right to talk, laugh and have fun on the trip, without interfering with other participants of the tour. Dear Lyudmila constantly made remarks to us, shouting into the microphone, not realizing that her story along the way was uninteresting and monotonous. Asking out loud who is interested in listening, only 4 out of 45 people raised their hands! All the objects along the way were "galloping through Europe", starting from the toilet at the gas station, where she gave 20 minutes for "all things" (and I remind you of 45 people), ending with the Old Castle, which she gave 30 minutes to (and there are 5 floors with panoramic views of the city, which we we had time to look in a hurry). He answers questions on the way of the tour reluctantly, or ignores them altogether!
Moreover, upon arrival, she called the trade union committee of our organization, humiliated our honor and dignity, saying that we were drinking black since 6 a.m. (please note that we had cleanliness on the bus, we did not bother anyone and visited all the facilities along the route of the tour) and set a condition if our company of 10 a person will go at least once more, she will not go with us! Why this slander? I recommend reading Article 188 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. So for a second, it's Us who pay Her for Her work, not her who pays us extra for listening to her hackneyed, bookish and uninteresting material!!! Let her take school trips with children, where they will sit still, listen to her and bring their parents a diary with a failure for behavior!
It's worth learning how to work with groups of adults and funny people! I do not recommend the above-mentioned guide!

We traveled with this travel agency to Moscow and Grodno. We were very satisfied. A very interesting and rich program both along the route and at the place of arrival of the sights. We learned a lot of interesting facts! I definitely recommend it! And we will definitely go on new routes again.

We went to Grodno with your guide Lyudmila, the organization of the trip on her part leaves much to be desired - there is little time for sanitary stops, historical sites of the city, etc.
He answers questions reluctantly, showing dislike. Overall, the impressions were negative! I do not recommend it!

As for the Guide and this guide, Lyudmila Sergeevna Kravtsova, as a person in relation to her, I can leave only positive feedback.
With regard to schoolchildren and adults, I can leave positive and vivid impressions and memories.
Although I think this trip was not the last.
As for the drivers, they showed restraint and restraint, both about the whole way, both to St. Petersburg and the way back, not everyone can withstand 16 hours on the road.
As for the Hotel, free time and visiting temples, everything was at an ideal level, better than foreign countries and 5 star hotels.
Thanks to this tour, there was an opportunity to meet kind and caring people, and even make friends with someone.

We were on a trip to St. Petersburg with a "travel agency" called alba tour and accompanying Lyudmila Kravtsova.
Departure from the city of Slutsk. There were 70% of high school students aged 14-15 on the bus (calm guys) and 30% of adults (ages 25 to 60).
The escort, Lyudmila Kravtsova, began the trip with the announcement that the road was difficult - be patient!!! Do not drink water (so that you do not want to go to the toilet!! Don't eat a lot, so as not to feel sick, because there will be few stops!! )) As if we won't make it to St. Petersburg in time...(This is the author's note) and it was voiced in a rude way!!
There is no Wi-Fi at all!!!
There was no music or any movie all the way!! We listened to the sound of the engine for 15 hours on the road (
We were driving around toll roads, and this naturally affects the quality of the road and, of course, the ride comfort for passengers.
I would not send my child here in any case. And this is taking into account the fact that the voucher is at full cost and, as it were, the service is paid, which implies a comfortable stay for everyone!! And the road, which occupies almost a third of the entire trip, should be comfortable and pleasant at most!! It seems that they were taking a group of vocational school students on a free trip!!!
Drivers:(surnames are unknown, the trip is from 16.06-20.06). A separate category! When asked to open the luggage, there was an inadequate question "why?"????. So reluctantly that it's like I'm going to his apartment. In my opinion, drivers also provide a service, a lot depends on them, I would just like adequate communication and spending time on the road.
Drivers always did not have enough Parking space, it is impossible there, it is bad here, there is always something wrong, all buses are near the group and ours leave (allegedly it is impossible) and then go to them,,, ended up in rain and hail(.
Accommodation: rooms with shower and toilet were announced - the result: shower and toilet are shared in the corridor (4 restrooms for 10 rooms).The Yunost hotel, 7 Paper Street (3 stars, (in fact 2 maximum) in my opinion, this hostel is cheap ,,,, there is nothing more to write about it because everyone has a different understanding about comfort).
Excursions: it is called "galloping through Europe" (in my opinion) everything is fast and unclear) the St. Petersburg guide is a woman historian - it seemed to me it would be interesting perhaps to older people, not schoolchildren. The paid tour is only one of all that was included in the price, so you could go wherever you want yourself, and not push around with a group of 50 people and be tied to these races in St. Petersburg and to the drivers.
All this time, our escort kept schoolchildren in her hands (whose parents gave money for this), let me remind you that the guys are all adequate!!
Check-in at the Lenta store on the way back : It's just a big store, like Corona, Green.
Stops on the road were promised for 3 hours - I will help at least 4.
On the way back, the bus broke down (again, no one announced what happened. We stopped a couple of times - the drivers were fixing it.
It seemed to me that there was absolutely no respect for children.
