Alatyr: Cozy houses, good location. It's as quiet as a village. Friendly hosts. Comfortable mattresses. Clear. There is everything: refrigerator, air conditioning, chandelier fan. One of the disadvantages is full-length windows, you don't look naked at home, residents of other houses and owners will set fire to it. Another plus is that there are no televisions, so that people can take a break from the propaganda from the zombies, but put themselves in the hands of wild nature.
Abkhazia: wild, unsanitary conditions are almost everywhere, almost everyone gets infected with Rotavirus (it greatly spoils the rest, I had an acute 4 days). The attitude of half of those who work for tourists is obscene: they just want money without offering the appropriate service. It's just dishonesty. They were put in their place (if possible).

This is the best place to relax. It took a very long time to choose among the holiday homes, but my heart chose to go here. It was very cozy to spend a week in your house, there is a wonderful kitchen with a barbecue, a gas stove and everything you need, a refrigerator in the house.
The houses are further from the road, so peace and quiet are provided for you, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, along the way there is a grocery store where you can pay with a card.
In my opinion, the best hosts, Mikhail and his family are very sociable nice people, they will always tell you where to go and what to do

And they also have cute dogs and cats on their territory, who are not indifferent to them - you will be delighted
And there is also an incredibly beautiful lake in Pitsunda, I have never seen such clear water, even during a small storm

The most wonderful place! We had a vacation this year in August and my 3-year-old daughter is still asking when we will return there))
Alatyr is a sincere hotel with very comfortable conditions and, most importantly, with very good hosts! Mikhail and Sabina, thank you so much for your hospitality and care. Special thanks to your daughters, the children were always delighted with communication and did not even want to go anywhere outside the territory, everything is so friendly and calm, like in the courtyard of their cottage.
The sea is close enough, dolphins were watched on the beach almost every day. There is beautiful nature around and, most importantly, remoteness from the road and the hustle and bustle.
It was a real VACATION for us! Thank you very much for the health and prosperity of your wonderful family! I hope we will definitely meet again! ❤️💋

Wonderful houses in a quiet location far from the bustling resort center. What you need when you want to take a break from the noise and people. Clean, cozy, everything is done with great love. The house has everything you need, a lot of convenient shelves, hooks. Excellent outdoor kitchen with barbecue, large sinks. The sea is very close, the beach turns out to be also away from the central noisy places. There is a good grocery store along the way, very convenient. Just a wonderful hotel, just checked out)
Very cool location, 5-7 minutes to the sea, and the houses themselves with mountain views. The hotel is located in the center of Pitsunda, 1-2 minutes to the bus stop, there are shops nearby. Despite the fact that the hotel is in the center, there was a feeling that we were very far from civilization, because the place is very successful, quiet, calm, for a deep rest.
The hotel is ideal for family living, because they are separate, wooden, very cozy, new, smell of wood)
there are swings at the houses, a table and chairs on the terrace! There are all amenities, kettle, water, iron, ironing board, dryer, air conditioning)
The family that owns the hotel is just incredible)
Each of them seems to glow from the inside, all very welcoming, hardworking, like bees) Getting to know such people is a real miracle! By their presence, they create an atmosphere of care, love, and careful presence!

We stayed at the Alatyr Hotel this summer." Pitsunda. These are very cozy houses, with beautiful furniture and access to the courtyard. The owners are wonderful, very caring and hardworking people. The rooms are clean. The bed and towels were changed every 2 days. Cleaning accordingly as needed. Washing clothes was included in the price, which was extremely pleasant. There is a separate kitchen, where everything is available from the necessary. The beach is 10 minutes away, close to cafes and shops.
But the most important thing is the wonderful mountain view from the room and the excellent hosts who made our stay unforgettable! Thank them very much 🤝🥰 We will be happy to come back again.....))

A gorgeous place😍
What can I say, we just recently left, it's very sad.
The owners are very good and kind people.
In the evening, you could come and play various games all together.
The houses are very nice, comfortable, they have everything you need, and a very beautiful view of the mountains, and in general the area nearby is super.
We walked to the sea (argo beach) at a regular pace of 5-7 minutes, so it's generally close.
There is a good shop and a dining room nearby, also a 5-minute walk, but if you want to cook yourself, then Alatyr has a gorgeous summer kitchen, everything you need is there, and if you don't have enough, they can give you.
The result is that you definitely want to return there, if you go on vacation again, I advise everyone.

A great place, we were very satisfied. The house is clean, cozy, tidy, and even has a hygienic shower🙏🏻 The hosts themselves are friendly, friendly - it was as if we were visiting relatives. Dogs and kitties are a separate bonus. The children of the owners are very friendly - the children were in a hurry to go home to play with them. Another important advantage was that during the disaster (we were in the days of the flood on July 9) our territory was not flooded, we did not immediately realize at all that something had happened until we saw how the others left their houses and stood in a knee-deep puddle - nothing touched us. We had a vacation with three children in August. It is very comfortable, calm, there is not a large crowd of people. The children were delighted with the animals on the territory of the hotel and walking nearby - they played with all the cats, stroked all the dogs, horses and cows were examined up close :) The daughters of the owners gather all the children in the evenings for joint games - all the children really liked it :)
During the 12 days of rest, there were several power outages - this, of course, can significantly spoil the rest, even the walls of the houses heat up in the heat and you can't survive without a working air conditioner :) But, as we understood, Mikhail (the owner) plans to install solar panels, then the hotel will not depend on any natural disasters and blackouts :)

We stayed at this hotel on the weekend from August 11 to 13, 2023. Very nice. Sincere hosts. Quietly, calmly. Fenced area. Animation is arranged for children (I was pleasantly surprised and pleased). Wonderful dogs and cats live with the owners, communicate with the guests, they are very affectionate and friendly, the children are delighted. In a straight line to the sea there is a mine 7. The beach is gorgeous, there are few people, the sea is clean. Relict pines smell delicious, it's nice to walk. The house is clean, has air conditioning, and all necessary accessories. We are going to visit them again.

An ideal place to relax with children. Neat clean houses, fresh beds, changing towels every day. If necessary, your clothes are washed on request for free. They clean the house every day. The owners of the place are a wonderful family. Just like that, from the bottom of our hearts, our children cooked porridge for breakfast, cheesecakes and freshly brewed coffee for us. And everything is insanely delicious and homemade. On the territory there is a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and also the kindest dogs, cats, whom everyone loves very much. Our children became friends and left with tears in their eyes. I recommend the place to people for whom all this is important.

We had a great week. The business is family–run - the owners are friendly and positive, which distinguishes them from the majority of the population of this picturesque country. The location is very convenient – only the sounds of nature can be heard at night, it is not far to any place of activity – 10 minutes to the main street, 5-7 minutes to the sea. We have been resting in this beautiful place for 6 days already.
Accommodation for 100 points, in silence, the sounds of cafes and roads are not heard, only the sounds of nature and a gorgeous view of the mountains!
The owners Sabina, Mikhail and their eldest daughter Melody keep the entire territory clean and tidy, help with any question, there is a children's animation in the form of younger daughters Sofia and Anastasia, our daughter was accepted into their team and we did not see her from morning to evening😀
On the territory there is a large communal kitchen with all necessary utensils, there is a barbecue, you can cook on the fire. Each house has a table with chairs.
The sea is a 7-minute walk away, shops and a market are also within walking distance.
Animal lovers are also lucky, there are several cats and three dogs living here, all as contact and good-natured as possible.

We rested in the second half of August.
Overall, good.Away from the hustle and bustle, beautiful view, spacious houses.But there were also disadvantages:
- when settling in, we were immediately advised not to eat fish, meat and seafood anywhere, as everyone is poisoned and children are taken to hospitals...But they say don't buy water, you can drink it from the tap, it's clean. Of course, thank you for the recommendation, but it's not clear what it's based on, we held on for the first few days, but then we decided to take a chance - we ate in different establishments, took food with us.They were never poisoned, of course, hygiene was observed, they tried to choose catering places carefully.They did not drink tap water.I think that these tips were not needed, as they are not justified.
- on the first day of arrival, they asked for an iron, they did not wait for it.I think the fact is that the children of the owners are still small and could forget, not take the request seriously.The next day, too, the iron did not wait.And only when on the 5th day they saw the hostess for the first time, then they gave the iron and cleaned the house for the first time.
- since the day of arrival, the lighting on the terrace has not worked.More precisely, the light bulb shone very weakly, in comparison with the rest of the houses, it was noticeable.And I wonder why it was necessary to wait until I asked her to replace it.It is clear that it is dark, it was possible to replace it without asking.
- on the 3rd or 4th day, the base of the bed collapsed, it's good that it wasn't at night.Fixed it right away.As the owner himself said, the screws were too short and the athletes who raged on these beds rested before us.Well, guys, not seriously.If you yourself know that the screws are short, that the bed was loosened earlier, why not fix everything in a timely manner?I was lucky that I didn't hurt myself and then, if it hadn't happened during the day, but at night, where would I have been looking for someone and how should I have slept?
- there was not enough lighting when approaching the hotel.A deserted path leads from the main street, there are a lot of stones, after 19:00 it is completely dark.I had to light up the phone every time when we returned from walks.

A great place to relax! The hosts are very helpful and friendly!!! The location of the houses is slightly away from the road and because of this it is very clean and quiet. The road to the sea runs through a pine forest belt and takes no more than 10 minutes at an easy pace. There are shops and cafes along the way.

Very contradictory feelings were caused by this hotel. Everything seems to be beautiful, but this is only an external picture. Because of the large number of cats and dogs in the hotel, they constantly walked around the territory like a minefield, so as not to get into dog trouble, the workers - the children of the hostess, cleaned it reluctantly when the guests asked them. The kitchen is poorly equipped, there are only 2 cooking pots, one of which practically did not work. In the kitchen, the garbage cans are always overflowing and cats and dogs have been dragging garbage all over the kitchen. The animals were constantly hungry and begged for food, which had to be carefully monitored. One day they didn't keep track and the dog stole her husband's entire dinner from the table: two huge pieces of barbecue meat. Shoes had to be brought into the house in the evening, and clothes too. The neighbors' dogs
tore their daughter's jacket, left on the veranda, and my beloved beauty was dragged away in the morning, fortunately it turned out to be intact. The children constantly had to be watched so as not to be bitten, as cats and dogs were always begging for food nearby. Twice a one-year-old son was bitten by dogs and once a five-year-old was scratched by a cat. Children are children, they always climb to animals, but it is difficult to constantly circle over them by helicopter. But all these shortcomings are not as upset as the attitude of the owners to the guests. One evening, the hostess of the hotel arrived, hit one of the guests' cars and disappeared from the scene of the accident. My husband saw it, and since we talked to the owners of this car, he told them about it. Not only did the owner of the hotel underestimate the cost of the damage and tried to pay three times less, but the attitude towards our family changed after that. When the days we paid for ended, they demanded that we leave at 9 am. Although all sites indicate the estimated time: before 12.00. And we were told about early departure the day before at 21.30 pm, when I went to bed with the children. Of course, we did not have time to get ready in the morning and asked to extend our stay for a day, for which we were overcharged, saying that before that we had discounts, and now we are not entitled to discounts. They did not argue, they moved to another place, but the sediment remained.

It was difficult to choose a hotel, because we did it on the eve of departure... We are lucky! It was important that the house was new! It smells like wood! The owners are good people! A pleasant place.
Good cultured and polite hosts.
On the one hand, the complex is located on the outskirts (you can not hear the noise), on the other - 7 minutes walk to the sea / shops - some advantages.
The kitchen is shared, in a separate building (+ there are several more refrigerators there)
What we also liked (because we were with a child) is the variety of pets on the territory: cats and kittens, dogs and puppies - for some it may be a minus.
Also, on request, curtains are hung on the veranda - thus creating privacy (they are closed from the eyes of neighbors)
For maximum privacy, I recommend taking the house that is the farthest from the entrance to the territory
Of the minuses, this is the road leading from the highway - it is not fully illuminated and after rains it is covered in puddles and cow cakes - there is a serious risk of getting rich)

This is a very warm, comfortable, well-located place to relax. We were two families, the children have something to do on the territory. View of the mountain ranges. The houses have air conditioning, shower, toilet, everything is working, the repair is fresh. A separate summer kitchen with everything you need on site. Wild beach is a 7-minute walk away. There is also a market, the center is 15 minutes away. The shop is 10 minutes away. It is cozy and quiet, the music of the center is almost inaudible. I recommend it!

An ideal place to relax with children!
My husband and I are introverts, we prefer "emotionless" hotels instead of warm guest houses. But this time it was as if we were with good friends or relatives) the owners of the guest courtyard are Sabina and Mikhail, people who are ready to help with any issue from ordering a taxi to "babysit"))) they are helped by three charming assistant daughters))) our children really enjoyed communicating with their pets: dogs, cats and kittens))) and children from neighboring houses are happy to play with each other in front of their parents)))
There is a tennis table on the territory, and next year, Mikhail shared with us, they plan to install a large swimming pool)
The houses are fresh, comfortable, the "room stock" is replenished annually) guests are offered free three meals a day at home)
As for the sea, it is really nearby) shops, a pharmacy are also within walking distance.
In general, I recommend the Byzantine settlement for recreation to everyone by 1000%!!!
