They settled ahead of time. The rooms require renovation. There's one big towel and that's it. There was shampoo, liquid soap, toilet paper and slippers. There are no glasses in the room, but they arrived on the bell. The hair dryer wasn't working. The lock on the door was difficult to close.
The food is delicious and the portions are large.

The staff is very helpful, hospitable and friendly. The room is quite clean and tidy. The breakfasts are pretty good. Nearby there are exchangers and a bank for currency exchange.
