A weak 4-star hotel, although it is marked with 5 stars. The food is simple, the choice is not big. The interior is very beautiful, the rooms are new, cleaned on the 5th floor. The beds, pillows are all new. A big plus is that the hotel is new. Cool slides for adults-a water park in hotels, for this a solid 5. The sea is clean, warm, we were in late September-October. It is better to swim in corals, because pebbles are pebbles. I recommend it because of the price. But you won't go a second time.

We stayed at the Alarcha Hotel in early June 2024.
Our family was satisfied with their stay at this hotel.
We had an overnight flight and arrived at the hotel at three o'clock in the morning.
The receptionist asked us to wait until 8 a.m. and promised to help with early check-in.
He told us about the concept of the hotel, explained where the 24-hour bar is located (in this pool bar, even at 3 a.m., you can drink coffee or other drinks) and invited us to go to a restaurant that also works, put bracelets on us and sent us to an early breakfast.
We went to explore the hotel grounds and our vacation began.
I'm always surprised by the people who are waiting to check into the hotel on the sofas at the reception. We don't waste any time and start exploring the hotel grounds. We left our suitcases in the baggage room.
After morning coffee at the pool bar, we changed our clothes and went to the sea.
At 8 o'clock after breakfast, we returned to the reception and were offered early check-in for 60 euros, while we were offered a room with a side sea view (we booked the usual standard, and this is a view of the neighboring hotel or the road).
As a result, for 60 euros we checked into a room with a view of the river and the sea early in the morning. Our floor was not high, we appreciated this later, when we did not have to wait for the elevator, but quickly descended or ascended the stairs.
The room is clean and beautiful, but there are very few clothes hangers in the closet.
The mini bar with cola, fanta, Efes beer, and mineral water was replenished daily.
The hotel has a wonderful pastry shop, which opens at 10.30. Here the barista makes delicious coffee (real grain coffee), you can also make frappe with ice cream. And only in this pastry shop there are very tasty cheesecakes and other cakes, macaroons and other sweets.
In general, we were satisfied with the food at the hotel, the waiters in the restaurant work well, and the drinks are brought. The only thing that was not convenient was the lack of the opportunity to pour yourself tea or coffee in the hot tub. The coffee machine and kettles are located in the bar, where one employee works (it's not convenient for me).
My son really liked the mini club, he went there with pleasure.
The territory of the hotel is compact and beautiful.
A pleasant terrace where you can go out with a drink from the lobby bar. Drinks in the lobby make good, delicious milkshakes for kids.
Viennese waffles and Turkish gozleme tortillas are baked on site on the way to the sea.
You can grab ice cream or a snack at the snack bar by the pool.
I really liked the beach bar - it's a beautiful and atmospheric place, especially at sunset.
But going into the sea is not very comfortable, we did not use aquashoos, although the stones are quite large. Because of the river that flows into the sea, the water here is colder.
The evening shows on the hotel stage are interesting.
Across the street from the hotel there is a pharmacy and shops where you can buy souvenirs, clothes, shoes at an inflated price of course.

The hotel is 3 years old, as indicated, but in many rooms a lot of things do not work, where the laminate is swollen where the toilet door does not close. Be prepared for the fact that the room has a window to the bedroom directly from the shower, which is not very convenient for many. The food is fine, delicious. The staff is not very friendly, especially the unpleasant little guy with an earring and a sleek haircut. Who will immediately try to charge you for anything.The big disadvantage of this hotel is that it is located near a small river that flows into the sea there, which makes the warm sea water constantly cold. So keep in mind!! The beach is not clear whether it is pebbles, or just stones, in general, it is also not very comfortable. In the evenings, there are concert programs for pensioners and a disco with Turkish music. In general, I would not like to go there for a second vacation.

Positive : beautiful and fresh renovation , that 's probably all .
Cons: The cleaning in the rooms is disgusting, the animation does not even give 2 points, it either does not exist at all , or it is not interesting from the word at all . During the 7 days of arrival, there was never a single show.
The local presenter speaks only Turkish and a little English.
Discos are rotten, they always include only Turkish music.
Cocktails every other time , then they will do it normally , then it 's not possible to drink straight , you make a remark or ask to change the bartender starts to get nervous and on his own , that she speaks out loud .

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are large and stylish. In general, the interior itself is modern and designer. There is a chic coffee shop. Alcohol is good, with food - you've seen it tastier, but you definitely won't stay hungry. Across the street from the hotel there is a Mall with Turkish goods, a pharmacy, a tour desk. I really liked the bar with sunset views on the beach. The beach is pebbly, not very pleasant for the feet. Of the minuses, there are a lot of people, but they were in the middle of the season. By the pool, a sunbed is beyond the realm of fantasy. There are few Russian speakers, but this is understandable this season with such prices. The animators are active, there was a foam party, and so the evening shows are nothing special.

We were at this hotel from 16.09-22.09.24.
The hotel is beautiful. There is a Russian-speaking staff. The mini-bar in the room was replenished every day. The towels in the room were changed every day, but as such there was no cleaning. The food was delicious. there was only watermelon never, only seafood: mussels, squid. There were no shrimps. The staff is smiling and friendly. The animation was different every day. There are water slides on the territory, they shouted and laughed heartily. The hotel has its own beach. It's not far to go. The beach is equipped with everything you need. The territory itself is beautiful, there is a place to walk, take a walk. There is a sauna and a steam room. Indoor pool, outdoor pool on the street, but it's better to take a sunbed there in advance. There are no places. There is a fitness room. In general, the hotel is cool, we really liked it. It was not for nothing that we chose this particular hotel.

A wonderful hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. The animation is at a very high level. Evening discos, live music. Daytime shows, foam party. Steep slides. Delicious, varied food. Various drinks. Ice cream is free and take as much as you want. Between breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can eat outside, they cook pizzas, shawarma, burgers and something Turkish, I don't remember the name, everything is very tasty. There are a lot of places on the beach, there are a lot of rods, we also had no problems with this.
The cool thing was: to the left of the hotel there is a river that flows into the sea, we swam there too, very cool. We had a rest with my daughter, we really liked it!

The lifeguard on the beach was very unhappy if someone came to the sea, he showed with all his appearance how much he was fucked up to sit and watch. At 16.45 it was never there (it should be before 17.00, so it says in the sign)
The steps of the water park are in the sand, where it came from is unclear since there is no sand nearby on the territory. Also, there was someone's vomited/spat out lilac ice cream on the steps all week, the staff did not mind

The hotel is not the same as it used to be. I've never written, but the situation here is simply out of the ordinary! From the doorstep at the reception, you will get money for a good room of 20 dollars / day!The suitcases were waiting for 1.5 hours, eventually they were picked up by themselves. The staff is not friendly, they won't do anything without money! The food is monotonous, sour, poisoned-3 days of diarrhea! Cleaning is only in the bathroom, shampoos will not be replenished without a reminder. The most unpleasant moment was that money was stolen from the bedside table in the room, since the skif did not work! No one will help solve the issue, not even the guide (representative of the tour operator), referring to the fact that the money was not in the safe! The hotel left a disgusting impression, I don't RECOMMEND it to anyone else! One thing pleased me was the clean warm sea! There is no animation, sluggish animators, boring audience. Russian Russians don't exist at all, so Russians-choose another hotel!

It is difficult to assess if it was the first time in Turkey . But for the first time, as the other guys said, this is a very good hotel. The food is good, alcohol doesn't seem to be Turkish Redic, Vodka is a small cocktail card of four or five types. Near the sea, within walking distance, a mountain river feeds into the sea, so let's say two paths, look clear. The hotel is located not far from the airport , which is important for those who are in the subject , it takes an hour and a half to go . A sauna spa and a pool with a slide for children were animators and concerts are not bad. Near the market, you can buy some souvenirs for small things there and excursions are cheaper than at the hotel.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Alarcha Hotel!!! We rested from 04.09.2023 to 11.09.2023
1. The food is NOT DELICIOUS, the assortment is the same all 7 days. What the guests did not eat for breakfast is processed, the meat is seasoned with another sauce or boiled meat is fried or made into soup and served for lunch or dinner and so on in a circle. The products used are of low quality and the cheapest. The fish was only fried and the cheapest (mackerel, pollock), there was no salted fish. Of the fruits, there were only watermelon, melon, plum, apples, grapes and banana without delicious. The cuisine is Turkish, despite the fact that the bulk of the guests are Europeans and it is impossible to eat this cuisine every day, and it is also tasteless cooked. For some reason, there were soups for breakfast instead of porridges, pancakes, pancakes, etc. The
child, as it turned out, had nothing to eat at all.
Desserts are a terrible horror, full of chemistry.
Why tea is bitter, the juices are diluted with water, even without hiding it, despite the fact that the juices are already of poor quality. Alcohol is cheap, NOT imported, there is an imported one in the window, but it is poured from other bottles.
2. The hotel is very poorly cleaned everywhere from the rooms to the common areas (elevators, corridors, bars, restaurants, toilets, beach, pools, etc.), everything is patched up, sloppy, garbage on the floor.
Separately, it is also worth noting the dishes, they have always been, as if they were not washed with some kind of plaque or patched.
3. The territory is bald and very small, there is no place to walk. From the greenery, a couple of palm trees , bushes and that's it.
4. Intrusive staff. In the spa area, the administrator was arrogant and boorish. The staff can stand and eat at the food distribution.
5. The hotel has only three elevators on 8 floors and these elevators are also used by the staff and thus you just can't wait for an elevator.
6. Air conditioners do not work in the common corridors, apparently they save electricity.
7. At the aquagorks, the staff did not monitor safety. Everyone was allowed to ride in a row, I would even say they stick with these slides, despite the fact that you say no it's scary and dangerous (n-r the child is small), but they don't see a problem in this. You go down the slide, and people swim in the pool, it's good if you managed to dodge them and didn't get hurt, i.e. no one expels swimmers from the pool where the slides are.
8. On the beach, I've only seen a lifeguard chatting and watching videos on the phone a few times. The beach is not well maintained.
9. Cigarettes are smoked everywhere, even in shops and pharmacies.
10. The hotel is located next to the road and the noise from cars can be heard even with the windows closed.
11. Side didn't like it either, they expected a beautiful place with beautiful nature, but alas, the expectations were not fulfilled.
12. Very far from the airport. And as it turned out, there is nothing in the Side, everything is kind of old, shabby, it seems that it turned out to be in the late 90s and early 2000s, but at the same time the prices are not justified, they are very overpriced, the quality is not the best, to put it mildly. We went to Manavgat, where it is the same as in Side, except for a small shopping center with a small selection of shops and prices that are many times too high. There were no restaurants or cafes with good cuisine nearby.

It feels like the appearance, surroundings and cleaning are 5 stars, food, service and the beach are 4. There are a lot of people on weekends, there are almost no places in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. There are a lot of dishes, but I almost don't want to take any supplements. Many dishes are duplicated, that is, the same dish is modified and served under a different name. Desserts are delicious, especially jelly ones, you can eat a lot of them, but cakes and biscuits are quite greasy. There are only three elevators on 9 floors, waiting on average 2-3 minutes. It often happens that all elevators leave for one floor or pass by, and the one that comes is crowded and you have to skip it. Unpleasant odors appear in some places on the street. Some of the hotel staff speak Russian, but mostly English. Some vacationers complained about the lack of towels, bathrobes, drinks in the minibar, hangers in the closet and hooks in the bathroom. Our room had a narrow closet and almost no shelves. The TV shows three Russian channels: Euronews, TBN (with religious themes) and 8 (movies). The amphitheater hosts a children's disco at 20:45, a show program at 21:30, but they are not available on Saturdays, there is also live music or a DJ around the pool at 22:30.
There are a lot of broken umbrellas on the beach and by the pool, you have to insert sticks to keep them

A weak five with a fresh renovation and modern design.
Rooms. The room itself is nice, BUT all senior sea view overlook the disco, so choose either a beautiful view or a restful sleep. The air conditioner was not working in the room, it took two days to get it fixed. The staff was extremely unfriendly about solving the problem and tried to choose the "come tomorrow" method in the main way. There is a problem with the air conditioning system in principle - even after fixing the air conditioner at 16 degrees and maximum power, it cooled slightly. Bonus - the air conditioner will turn off spontaneously after a couple of hours of operation. If you can't stand the stuffiness, get ready to get up every night and turn it on.
The audibility in the rooms is excellent, the walls are cardboard, you can talk to your neighbors without leaving your room.
Food. The usual Turkish all incl., without frills and seafood, in the main restaurant the menu for lunch and dinner almost does not change, but you will not stay hungry-meat, chicken, fish, vegetables are eaten daily. But eating by the sea and the pool is problematic - just fryers (potatoes, onion rings) and burgers. Modest, even for four stars. The dishes are all cheap disposable.
Beach. The sea is clean, the beach is pebbly, there are enough sun beds BUT not enough umbrellas, some of them are broken and torn. There is NO toilet on the beach.
By the pool, as usual, there are no sun beds for breakfast, everything is occupied by prudent people.
Drinks. The usual Turkish alcohol, there is sparkling wine, cocktails are made well, the bartenders in the main building are great. There is only beer and wine by the sea, go to the hotel from the beach for the rest.
In general, the hotel is for the mood - we came to the sea and we don't need anything else. The level of service and comfort is a stretch for four stars. We're definitely not going back.

I was at the hotel from October 5th to 15th. The hotel struck with its modern interior, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very cool design... The rooms are large with a terrace. The furniture and interior items are all designer. Very stylish...wi-fi is everywhere, you can watch movies on the beach. It is better to take coral slippers to the beach. There is both sand and pebbles. The food is very tasty and varied... Her pitch is surprising at times... People work diligently... The staff throughout the hotel is very attentive and helpful. the massage took 5 sessions. Fatih is a massage therapist with magic hands! I've worked through all my problem areas.. In a complex with a beautiful salty sea and the sun, I improved my health... I am sure that next year the hotel will be even better and I think it will be more expensive.. He's just cool! I recommend 100%

In Turkey for 8 times, we rested at the hotel from 09/25/2022 to 10/03/2022. I must say right away that the hotel is not designed for families with children. I didn'T like the hotel more than I liked it. Pools with ice water. the absence of children's animation, the playground where the children's swing is located is a lawn that is constantly watered both day and evening. After the evening program, they returned to the room with wet sneakers, if they wore socks under sandals, they were also all wet and dirty, however, as well as shorts (( there are holes with mud where the feet fell and had to go to the room.
The beach (if you can call it that) is just terrible. It is impossible to swim without special shoes, we endured for three days, but then gave up and still bought sneakers for everyone. sudden entry into the sea, which is very dangerous with children. The sun beds are 200 meters from the sea. During the 9 days of rest, there was never a calm, constant waves. A river flows nearby and a wave throws up so many stones that the river cannot flow out and, accordingly, begins to fill and stink, and if there is still wind towards the hotel, then it feels like there is a duck farm nearby. Then a tractor arrives and begins to shovel these stones with a bucket, the picture turns out like this - you are swimming, and next to it the tractor rumbles, smokes, cleans the duct, stinking stagnant cold water begins to flow out. In general, the Beach is a complete disappointment.
I agree that one of the advantages is the new building, the entourage, the waiters who tried to please and keep up as much as possible. The kitchen is also very good, my fastidious child was pleased with the food. There were not enough porridges for breakfast and broths for lunch, otherwise everything is very much in excess (fish, kebabs, sausages, liver, beef and various vegetables - all this is grilled). I liked that all the food was cooked in the kitchen, without evening smoke screens on the street, as was usually done in other hotels. Very decent wine and other alcoholic beverages. There is a market on site where you can buy anything at sooo reasonable prices. I liked that food was cooked on the beach and by the pool (pizza, burgers, fries) upon order, that is, everything is fresh.
Bottom line: it feels like the owner of the hotel didn't have enough money to bring it to mind))).

We had a vacation with friends in the middle of September. A modern designer hotel, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The electrical wiring in the rooms was especially striking. The territory is not large, but it is close to the sea. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sauna and hammam are all modern. We took 5 massages with a friend. Not cheap, but the quality is worth it. I would like to say THANK YOU to Ali's massage therapist. His hands and energy do wonders. And I know a lot about massage, I have to go through a lot of things. The cuisine is diverse, you can always choose something for yourself. About the cons: - a river flows into the sea, mixing gives cold changes in currents. Swimming is not comfortable. On the way to the beach, the smells of sewage. They say that these are plums from neighboring hotels that were built earlier. I also want to say about animation, which is not here. There are just fitness activities, such as aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, etc., but this is not animation. Discos in the evening and live music every other day. The blonde girl sings cool and incendiary. They would have a more diverse repertoire, they would not have had a price.

There were 9 days of May at this hotel. Everything is super, starting with the friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness throughout the territory, daily conscientious cleaning and linen change in the room, abundance and variety of food, food and drinks. By the way, SPA treatments here are really 5. but the advantages almost end there. Check-in immediately upon arrival, regardless of the time. This is also a +.The food for the first two days was varied. (The hotel closes on October 28 or 29) and there has been half as much food lately, it feels like they are being kicked out. The umbrellas by the pool and by the sea are broken. There is no feeling that the hotel is new. The sea is cold because of the river, it is simply not possible to walk without slippers. The bar by the sea is also closed. Slides for children are not included, because for them 3-4 children is not enough. Saving on everything. Children's animation is trash. They're just watching cartoons. And the evening disco, I don't even know what to call it. Yesterday, the animator turned on the music, the children did not come up to her, and that was the end of the disco. Considering that her parents even argued with her and asked her to turn on the music. To which the animator said that she had no time and went to drink at the bar. In general, the vacation was "a success." I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!

We rested here with our family at the end of October, at the end of the season, our arrival was the penultimate. The hotel is new, everything is clean and tidy.
The most important thing is that the staff is very polite, friendly, especially the restaurant staff: chefs, waiters, everyone tries hard even at the end of the season, they work from the heart. A buffet with a great selection, very tasty, the cuisine changes a little every day, although there are also regular dishes.
We arrived at 7 a.m., we were sent for breakfast and checked in immediately after. It turned out a little strange with departure: the day before departure, we were told that we could stay in the room until 16 o'clock, without additional charges and without fines, the next day the staff from another shift had already made their adjustments: it was necessary to leave at 14 o'clock or pay extra for every hour. But this is nothing compared to the overall impression of the holiday.
The biggest advantage of this hotel compared to the neighboring ones is the proximity to the river, so half of the rooms have gorgeous views: both to meet the dawn and to see off the sunset, the other half of the rooms look at the neighboring hotel. Absolutely all other hotels have rooms located on the side facades facing the neighbors at a distance of 8-10 meters.
We got a super room, with a view of the river-sea-mountains.
So far, the hotel does not have a sports area, because they did not have time to complete it, but sports group events were still held every day.

There were 14 days. In general, I liked everything.
Positive.
1. Children's animators the girls did well, the children were running to them by the time the room was opened.
2. Many thanks to the Russian-speaking hotel manager for solving any questions that arose.
3. New rooms. We lived in the room immediately after the renovation, the feeling of a new mattress, furniture and interior of the room is unforgettable.
4. Every day in the evenings there are music shows for children, and later for adults. Animators should also be noted here. 👍
5. The first coastline to the sea is 3 minutes

We stayed at this hotel in July. The hotel is new, modern concept, friendly staff, delicious food, excellent evening programs. Wi-Fi is free everywhere on the territory, it flies simply, the safe in the room is free, the cleaning is decent. I didn't notice any disadvantages. Yes, not all rooms are ready yet, but there are few people. The Turks do everything very quickly, next year it will be one of the best hotels in Side. I would like to thank waiter Ibrahim for his humor, animator Karina and all the hotel staff for their hospitality, friendliness and professionalism when working with tourists. I didn't like the hotel. There is a sharp smell of sewage in the rooms. We were in September 2022, and then we met many other tourists who complained about the smell, some even about ants in the room. Pros:
1) Beautiful interior
2) there are a lot of Russian-speaking staff, there will be no problems with communication
3) WiFi on the hotel grounds and on the beach (my wife worked poorly, I'm fine, so the pros :))
Cons:
1) dirt is everywhere, there is a lot of glass in the hotel, everything is stained. The tables in the bars are not wiped. The room is cleaned very poorly, tips do not greatly correct the picture. The pool is cleaned a little in the morning, a maximum of a dirty rag is carried around the tables and large debris is removed.
2) in the morning, the room stank of sewage
3) a small pool, sun beds are very close to each other, at 8 am they are already occupied. The tiles under the sun beds are not even swept, they are dirty.
4) Loud music by the pool
5) the sea is dirty and cold from the river, the river stinks of sewage. The entrance is pebbles and large stones.

Positive:
- The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, there is no construction site anymore, so everything is clean.
- The room has a mini-bar, which is constantly replenished, white soft bathrobes and slippers. The mattress is gorgeous.

- There is good animation and all kinds of outdoor games in the daytime.
- I also liked the spa treatments.
Minuses:
- Very, very, very fatty food, which caused my whole face to be covered with pimples, and my friend had a stomach ache for a long time right in the middle of the vacation. I'm sorry, but the oil/fat from the food was spreading all over the plate. All the photos of their restik are not true. Perhaps lobsters, photos of which are available on the Internet, are served for a fee (there is a mention of a restock in the elevator for 15 euros per person), but we did not see this at all at a regular dinner. The food was as simple as possible. In another, cheaper hotel, the dishes were many times tastier, and the choice was more interesting.
- The pool is terribly cold. The music sometimes screams so much that it becomes simply impossible to be near the pool. Four-poster beds - 40 euros for several hours.
- There are no slides at all, although they are announced on several websites. Our tour operator said that they are now closed because they are under construction. But they just don't exist. The slides that are in the photos belong to another hotel. There is only a small island for preschool children.
- Because of the river nearby, the sea is very cold. Periodically, you can feel the water warmed up from the sun, and then a sharp cold current from the river. There are a lot of pebbles, it hurts to enter the water, there are no facilities planned for this. The depth starts very abruptly.
- The room itself is cleaned very poorly: toilet paper was requested for two days, although the cleaner could have noticed its absence herself. The bed linen is not changed, only the beds are cleaned (and in the usual way, without all these additional pillows that just lie in the corner) and the towel is changed.
- Ultra is not ultra. Alcohol is only local. If you want it better, pay. Cocktails are very weak, and you can only get them in the evening before 00:00 on the 1st floor. In other places (beach bar/pool bar) – standard whiskey + Cola, beer or wine. It was the same at the all inclusive in another hotel.
- Sauna by appointment for 15 minutes, if more – also for a fee.
- The indoor pool is almost always closed, as is the Jacuzzi. You can still get there only by appointment, and other tourists said that the water there is also very cold.

My review about this hotel: 1. The manager is a Russian-speaking smart girl, always ready to help. 2. Check-in from 14:00, not earlier and then the campaign is strictly. We were checked in at 14:30. They are being cleaned very slowly. 3. The room cleaning is terrible, the floors are not swept or washed. As soon as you put the money in, they will immediately clean up and change the linen, and not just build a bed for you. 4. Breakfast is a horror (for me). Porridge is cold, there is no choice from the word at all. 5. Lunch / dinner is not bad, there is a choice. 6. Alcohol is most likely not the original. Local spill! 7. Audibility in the rooms -when there are discos and or in the evening, you will not fall asleep!!!! Take rooms to another hotel! 8. The staff, most of it, none. Especially on the beach and by the pool. 9. Ultra all inclusive- NOT all ultra inclusive! For example, in the Dominican Republic, Ultra is all inclusive, so it's Ultra. And in food, and in service, etc. 10. The beach is my own, but for me the pebbles are a minus. There is a river nearby, cold drops are felt at times. 11. Positive: food (mostly), lack of music at sea, internet.
Cons: everything else.
We did not choose this hotel, we were given it to replace it. Alas, that's how the circumstances turned out.
Food: monotonous, a lot of chemistry, in some 4 it was tastier and more diverse. Sugar is stuck on the tables, toothpicks are only on the reception desk. Once there were spoiled melons, peppers and often completely unpeeled pastries. After someone from the hotel management had dinner (everyone was dancing around him, it was hard not to notice), everything changed dramatically for the better. All drinks are chemicals. In the bars by the beach and pool, all drinks are also diluted. Plates, cups, and appliances also need to be looked at carefully - they are often dirty. The waiter came up only once and offered drinks. So we walked by ourselves, stood in line. Queues are very large everywhere in the evening, for everything. It was an interesting Turkish night - the waiters just put on T-shirts with a flag and turned on the soundtrack of Turkish songs. That's it! No installations, no live music, no interesting dishes, no subsequent performance with national dances. What was a plus for me was the unobtrusive jazz playing in the restaurant. It created a peaceful atmosphere.
Rooms and cleaning: we had 2 rooms paid for. They were given on the ground floor. The view from the room is attached. You can imagine the noise, smell and other pleasures in the form of flies and mosquitoes for yourself. We are very tolerant and do not know how to make a row. Unfortunately. Therefore, we decided to ask for at least one number to be changed. We got a lot of negativity! The numbers were given twice. One is worse than the other. We had one request- a quiet room, away from animation and ventilation. But they threw us a map with the phrase: "This is the last option!" The room is large, the sea view is beautiful. The air conditioner does not blow at all on the bed. But! For the animation itself! She hammered from a nearby hotel during the day and until 12 at night so that the closed windows shook! They cleaned only on request and constantly forgot something. We went to ask every day to replenish the bar, then return towels, then bathrobes, then change the linen at least once in 2 weeks…Requests were fulfilled, but not always and not immediately. All questions at the reception were answered with reluctance and even irritation. They wiped the middle of the room and rubbed it a little in the bathroom. All. I pushed the bedside table away somehow, there were layers of dust, you could draw dusty patterns on the paintings with your finger. Towels, linen, stained curtains. No gels or shampoos. For the first time in all my travels, I had to go and buy all this at the pharmacy!
Another interesting thing is the design solution of all rooms - glass between the bedroom and the toilet. If someone goes to the toilet at night and turns on the light there, the whole room shines.
Disinfection and security: there are no disinfection devices on site. Only at the elevator in the lobby and at the restaurant. There is no pool or beach bar. Perhaps rotavirus is everywhere from here. Moreover, it is heavy! The daughter of 11 years was brought out of severe intoxication only with injections. Okay, I took some medicine with me. The whole family was ill with a high fever and all the symptoms of rotavirus. Two days of torment, then another recovery. From the neighboring rooms, it was heard that people were also suffering. Where rotavirus comes from- there are many versions. Many wrote that it was from the pool, but we did not swim there. I suppose it's from dirty dishes or a river nearby (it's not for nothing that the sewer stinks). There is no security. One appearance. There are no bracelets. During all this time, we were asked for maps 1 time at the entrance to the hotel and 1 time by the sea. There's a construction site and a passageway nearby.
There is no clock anywhere else. It's not convenient. They could have attached a clock on the top floor of the hotel so that the time could be seen from the sea and from the territory.
The sea: the approach is hard, there are constantly cold currents from the river, the hotel guide warned that there are dangerous whirlpools, it is better to swim as far away from the river as possible.
Animation: I've never seen this before! We searched for animators and often did not find them) Everyone is tired, annoyed, feeling that they already hate tourists in their hearts. It has never been so boring. The schedule of darts and bochie is changed, then they don't do anything at all. It's the same with the evening shows. They say one thing, but the result is completely different. The shows are monotonous every day - only some low-grade groups dance. There were visitors 3 times. Only the Cubans were pleased. It is clear that the hotel saves a lot on this, too. We went over the fence to watch a show at a nearby hotel.
And finally, be careful in everything - on the minibus, ask for the cost upon boarding, the amounts are called different and the real price is only after swearing. The car can only be taken in the area of no more than 50 km. Otherwise, the prices are completely different, they are called after signing the contract (they tried to take a car from the hotel).
And also-it takes more than 2 hours to get to the hotel from the airport.

The hotel opened on July 3rd, keep this in mind. Some aspects have not been worked out yet. Everything is new, beautiful, luhari, so to speak. At the moment, 250 rooms out of 500 are ready, 200 are occupied. No crowds of people is also a plus. At the reception, most of them speak Russian. We changed the room 2 times, they always found something for us and quietly moved us. If you ask for extra towels, etc. - no problem, they will do everything. View of the sea and the river super). There is a playground, a stage, a large swimming pool, a pool for children, many places to sit. From about 9 to 11 p.m. karaoke/disco/show. In the evening there is a mini disco for children.
The food is delicious, a lot, always a lot of greens and vegetables, grilled fish and meat, Turkish tea. The staff puts it on a plate. There is a bar on the beach where pizza, khachapuri and other pastries are served right from the oven, salads, French fries before lunch. Wine is poured everywhere, white and red. There are various imported alcohol. Hammam and spa on the ground floor.
The rooms are slightly different depending on the location. Each room has a mini bar, kettle, slippers, shower gels, etc., hairdryer. There is no need to insert a card in the room to turn on the electricity, we did not pay any fees, we did not leave a deposit for towels.
Wi-fi is free, it works perfectly throughout the territory, except for the beach.

To begin with, the hotel is located on the highway. Without delving into nature , as in other hotels , but right stupidly on the highway . The territory of the hotel is just tiny for such a scale. The pool is like a hotel for 50 people. Sunbeds on each other's heads , you lie next to each other. The area is dirty . Toilet - ONE , one , Carl to the beach and pool , now you understand where people go , given that there are two booths and there is never a queue . The reception staff is irritated, boorish, you don 't have to ask for help, everyone doesn't care about you anyway. Fortunately, the waiters and bartenders are more friendly , for which I thank them . The rooms are cleaned with one dry cloth. Filth is everywhere - in the rooms , by the pool. The food is fat as hell , the children don 't have much to eat , because everything they can , including rice , floats in oil . The plates and utensils are dirty . I am attaching a photo . There are plenty of them . Half of the hotel has rotavirus! Management doesn't care! They don 't care about anything at all ! We stayed at this hotel in July 2021. Apart from the beautiful design of the main building and the pools, there is nothing else good. Everything is working at 30 percent so far. There is no animation for children or adults. The rooms are terribly dirty after renovation. They begged to be removed, it's useless... yes, yes... sorry... and that's it! The restaurant is more or less. As usual in Turkey. The territory is bald. There is a lot of construction debris. You can't go to the beach with a stroller. Not a single track. There is only water in the beach bar. The TV remote was requested for 2 days. Then there's the same amount of battery in it. In general, I do not recommend it.

Yes, a new hotel, beautiful, pompous, with a touch of chic... But that's where it ends. This is definitely not 5 stars or even 4. A reception employee who allows you to disparagingly tell customers that they chose an economy room, not a standard one (I personally heard)... well, I don't know, what kind of service can we talk about then?! There is no cleaning in the rooms at all, it does not matter with or without tips, changing towels and throwing garbage out of the bins, that's it! Yes, and this is only when the cleaning button is turned on. The mini-bar is replenished according to the desire and mood of the staff, apparently, and not every day. They are allowed to enter the restaurant in wet swimsuits, although the chairs, I note, are made of fabric and naturally get wet. And in general, all the furniture of the hotel with fabric trim, in six months it will be all stained, streaked and scuffed.
All the flaws that now seem like cute construction flaws, I think no one will fix over the winter, which means that unwashed windows, facades, walls in rooms, etc. will remain in the remnants of concrete, paint and lime. All these nails, screws and props that are now sticking out in all possible and impossible places throughout the hotel, holding and leveling the level of panels, jambs, etc. this will be the case next season, I think.
And the elevators are located at the beginning of the building, taking into account that all exits to the beach and pool are in the opposite direction, hence the wet footprints all over the marble floor and the possibility of slipping.
You can argue about the food, since you certainly won't stay hungry, but there is no menu for the week, for example, as there are no separate fish days or grill. Every day there is chicken, turkey, beef, fish, and I can assure you that every time the same dish will be cooked in different ways, not necessarily delicious.
I won't say anything about animation. I saw their photos on the information board and a couple of times some of them before dinner at the entrance to the restaurant.
The apotheosis of everything was that on October 1, most of the staff disappeared, and this was a surprise not only for us, but even more for the management of the hotel. There was no one to cook in the restaurant, set and clean the tables, work in bars. The rest of the staff, who had a heavy workload, became aggressive and dissatisfied, not hesitating to demonstrate this. It is understandable, they are unlikely to be paid more for working for three people. But it seems to me that this is not a problem for vacationers, why should I watch all this.
And so the staff is quite tolerable, not for 5 stars, of course, but given the opening in July, there could not be others.
Let's go back to the numbers. There are photos in other reviews, there is no point in repeating yourself, you are looking either at the river and construction debris, or at the neighboring hotel at a distance of 2 meters and air conditioners, and garbage cans below. The option with the sea is a super luxury. There is a safe, and there is also a switchboard in the closet, a very strange sight, I'll tell you.
Another oddity is the internal heating of the bathroom mirror when the light is turned on, which begins to crackle and you think how it would not burst in your face when you wash your face. The door that opens in the bathroom so that it can break the glass partition of the shower, and the tilt made in the opposite direction from the drain in the shower... a holder under the sink that is not attached, but simply put on pins. The surface of the countertop has a strange coating, stains remain from any touch. Scratchy cushions and cushions made of drape. The audibility in the rooms is such that you can just listen to the radio, for example.
And the territory that simply does not exist is a path laid around the water slides of the neighboring hotel to the beach, the beach and the pool. All. It is clear that when filling the hotel by 1/3, there were enough sun beds and terraces with beautiful armchairs for everyone or almost everyone, but there will not be enough places in the season - this is a fact.
The stated ultra all inclusive is nonsense, of course, starting with the opening hours of any of the bars and restaurants, just by studying them, you realize that they do not overlap each other, which means that very often you have nowhere to eat or get drinks. The same applies to alcohol. Even ice cream is three types of packaged not the most expensive brands from the supermarket.
Even just an iron was not at the reception, but only according to the price list for the provision of ironing services.
I note that all this did not spoil our vacation, our priorities are set correctly and we did not come to play in the revision, but I heard twice from tourists that everything is so terrible that I want to cry ...
For that now there is experience, what is new does not mean good ...)) and next time we will choose the proven ones time hotels, as they did before!

We rest from August 12 to 20, the hotel was recommended by a familiar tour operator. In the beginning, after reading bad reviews, we wanted to refuse, but the tour operator insisted that we still stay at this hotel, as a result, we are very grateful to her! The hotel is new, it's nice to move into a room where no one has lived before you.... But this is not the most important thing. The entire staff of Alarch is friendly, always greets with a smile, responds to any request. We have daily room cleaning, I don't know about the others... I would like to thank the chefs and employees of the restaurant, they cook very tasty, a large selection of meat dishes, it is clear that they are trying very hard, thank you.
