A nice, beautiful, pleasant hotel with a modern design of unusual shape, similar to a ship with cabins around the perimeter. It's nice to have Russian-speaking staff at the reception. I enjoyed my vacation here. Clean, cozy, friendly. The food is delicious and varied. No extra drinks.of course, there is champagne in the bars. Saunas are available for free if you only want to warm up. There are outdoor and indoor pools, there are slides at the outdoor and a children's area with slides separately. The spa has excellent massage therapists. Osteopath Gokhan (15 years of experience) restored my lightness and freedom of movement in 3 sessions. I recommend it! There are also 3 shops, a photo salon and a hairdresser/tattoo parlor on site. The Alar Bazar shopping center is located opposite the hotel, from pharmacies to fur coats (shoes, bags, home textiles, souvenirs, clothes, etc.). I will be glad to return! ;)
Overall, it's a good hotel, but there are disadvantages, namely the lack of a fence on the territory towards the road and the river. The children's area and playground are unsafe. Good alcohol and good food. But on May 15, there was still no normal evening animation, it started on May 17. They are cleaned every day. The reception is quite responsive, they helped to solve the problems when they mixed up the suitcases during the transfer.
Good afternoon! We are having a rest at this hotel now! The hotel is not bad! The sea is beautiful! Relaxing with the kids! The worst part is the food!!!!! There is no children's menu for children, there are no dairy products, normal porridge, soups, cutlets!!!! We have to look for mockups in the district to buy yogurt and kefir for the child!!! The staff does not respond to our comments!!! Those traveling with children have nothing to do here. And this is a five-star hotel!!! In the height of summer, there are no strawberries, watermelons, or cherries!!! In general, the food leaves much to be desired!!! Very monotonous!!!
