The modern administrative building, located on the first coastline from the Mediterranean Sea, organically fits into a well-groomed park environment (also, by the way, located in the department of the city authorities), where cicadas chirp during the summer, and bats dive at night, where a carpet of tulips spreads from the end of February to April, and in other seasons the flowers bloom nonstop some flowers, then others, are skillfully and carefully cared for by gardeners, caretakers and janitors working in turquoise uniforms with the inscription "Alanya Beledeyesi" ("Alanya City Hall"). It is very easy to find a municipality: it can be seen from everywhere. Our compatriots also apply here for various services, especially those related to the registration of documents for real estate purchased in Alanya, to pay some state duties, etc., they also apply here to apply for participation in various city events (fairs, festivals, competitions, etc.). There is a registry office department. Most offices are open from 8:30 to 17:30 with a lunch break (12:30-13:30) and two weekends. The Mayor's office has been headed since 2014 by Adem Murat Yudzhel, a young (born in 1975), effective leader. Public, cultural and sports events are often held near the municipal building. It is the center of the city's life and activity.
