The doctor examined the child without a bathrobe, gloves, without treating his hands, listened with a phonendascope in a supine position and only from the front. The impressions are the most disgusting, try not to get into this institution.

After a 4-hour stay, a full lunch was provided. The hospital is clean and comfortable. The insurance provided a free shuttle service from the hotel to the hospital. There is a pharmacy nearby.

It so happened that at the end of my vacation, I had Quincke's edema, in a matter of minutes my face, hands, genitals swelled, my larynx swelled, it became difficult to breathe, a cough appeared, plus very severe urticaria all over my body. We saw that Anatoly's hospital is the closest to us, which is also suitable for insurance. We arrived there by taxi, explained the situation, and listened to us... Nothing. I sat in the hallway for two hours. Periodically, an employee who worked with us passed by, offered to go with him, went somewhere, said sit here, and nothing happened. It would be fine if they were loaded, it could still be understood, although a person with Quincke's edema should be helped immediately. But the staff just walked around with mugs, chatted, laughed, went out for a smoke. Then it started to rain and everyone poured out into the street to admire the rain. As the same employee explained, they had not had rain for 8 months, how could they miss such an opportunity! I started to tremble so much that my teeth were clanking, the itching was unbearable, it was hard to breathe - and no one cared. To our questions, how long to wait, is it possible to put at least an injection as soon as possible - no reaction, sit down, wait. As a result, they gave me an adrenaline shot and asked if I wanted to stay in the hospital. I refused at first, but then decided it was better to observe. As a result, this employee simply disappeared in an unknown direction, we waited for him for another hour. It was one o'clock in the morning, we were tired and cold from the air conditioner, so we spat and went to the hotel. I asked for a prescription for medicines, by the way, they didn't give it to me, saying that I had to donate blood first, but it would be on Monday (I applied on Saturday). The next day, in the evening, there was a relapse (there was no treatment as such), we went back to this hospital and again according to the rolled-out scenario - sit here, sit there. This time there was no reaction for three hours. One employee, whom we literally caught by the sleeve, seemed to get into the idea that I should at least be examined, approached our employee, but he did not agree. In general, they were stalling for time so that we would just leave them. To be honest, I am shocked by such blatant unprofessionalism, such an inhumane attitude towards patients. What if I had died in their hospital? It seems that they don't care what happens to the person who turned to them for help. And who did not receive this help. We looked at where else we could go, it turned out to be a hospital in Mahmutlar. We contacted the insurance company, waited for the transfer and went there. They were already waiting for us there, they filled out the documents in advance, so they immediately examined me, put me on a drip, then wrote out a prescription with drugs, explained in detail how to take it. Here is a huge thank you to them, these are real doctors, professionals, and just wonderful people! And I do not recommend Anatoly's hospital from the word at all, to bend twice two with them.

A good hospital treated the child after prolonged diarrhea and vomiting. They immediately took all the tests, determined the cause , prescribed treatment and the next morning they were discharged with home appointments. Both the baby and the mother were well fed. The room has a bath, toilet,TV, a bed for the ballroom and a sofa for the attendant. The Russian-speaking girls at the reception are very attentive and have a good attitude towards patients

После выписки меня попросили оплатить услугу невошедшую в страховку - нахождение с ребенком старше 12 лет. Я без вопросов оплатила,а чек не выдают! Переводчик,который занимается оформлением документов рускоязычных сказала, что как будет готов выдаст. В итоге пока стояла за чеком на ресепшине пропустила трасфер до отеля. Чек ожидаю 2 часа, на любые вопросы ответ один - сядьте посидите сделаю. Пропуск своего трансфера это дополнительные 2 часа в коридоре приемного покоя. Возможно будет платным.

Попали в госпиталь по страховой с ребенком с ротавирусом. Отзывчивый заботливый персонал, для похода к врачу при первом осмотре сопровождает русскоговорящий сотрудник, отличное питание, быстрый осмотр врача и мгновенное назначение лечения, очень комфортные, чистые и симпатичные палаты. В одноместной детской палате удобный диван для взрослого, на ТВ есть турецкие каналы с мультиками и один русский канал (ТНТ), часто заходит проверить медсестра, регулярная уборка. Из окна видно горы.
Для меня это было что-то страшное. Отдыхала в отеле сенза ресорт. Поднимаясь по лестнице, запнулась, сломала руку. Рецепшн зачем то сам вызвал скорую, зная что у нас у всех есть страховка. По приезду ко мне долго не подходили. Была русскоговорящая дама. Объяснив мне, что сейчас наложат гипс, а утром операция, у меня возник вопрос: а для начала может рентген сделаем? Сделали рентген, озвучили сумму 😡😭- за гипс 650 $ , а за утреннюю операцию, от которой я отказалась, 3500 $ . Платно, что был алкоголь. Не столько много его и было. С их промилями я должна была 33 раза умереть. Всё это делается СПЕЦИАЛЬНО! ДЕНЕЖКИ! По приезду домой, мне объявили что вам была привязана просто палка, в сравнении. И заново ломали руку,т.к была оказана непрофессионально помощь. И за что я платила такие деньжищи?

Very good hospital! We got there the first time with a broken nose, the second time with severe SARS. In the first case, an operation was performed, and all the procedures were carried out under insurance and professional assistance was provided, the nose is fine 👍🏻in the second case, we were dug and until we were convinced that the child was in perfect order, they did not let us go, there is a cafe at the hospital where you can have a snack and drink tea/coffee, as well they have translators, so communication was completely easy! In general, I advise👍🏻❤️
В выходные дни специалистов нет, только скорая по этому не ждите нормального обслуживания, я для того что б ребёнку сделать анализ крови больше 4х часов отождал. Отношение к туристам нулевое, типа ваши проблемы. А в будний день все достаточно комфортно и быстро.
Все отлично, если бы не попытки больницы надурить струховую выписывая лишние анализы и исследования, не предупреждая пациента. Потом страховая отказывает, а вам прелагают самим оплатить.
Потрясающий прием у доктора Firat 🔥🤍 и координатор Татьяна, очень доброжелательны улыбчивы и заинтересованы 🙏🏼🫶🏼 не страшно, даже получить травму 🙏🏼 Спасибо большое ☺️

В августе 2022 года попала в этот госпиталь. Состояние бвло ужасное плюс незнание языка. Ситуацию спасла Флюра это человек ангел в одном лице. Она успевает везде и успокоить пациента и наладит всю работу по диагностике и лечению .
Очень понравился доктор , профессиональный подход к лечению. Надеюсь что руководство госпиталя по достоинству оценит работу Флюры, ведь это бесценный персонал в ее лице.
К сожалению не запомнила имени мужчины с черными волосами на рецепшине, он очень агрессивный и грубый, орет так что слюна брыжет у него изо рта. Таким людям нельзя работать с больными.

Была на приеме у врача по беременности, врач сделала мне только узи сказала срок и отпустила домой. Даже не посмотрев на меня, не назначила анализы и все что нужно было. Заплатила за приём не малые деньги, при том что ещё переводчик женщина которая там работает , попросила дать ей дань за перевод пару слов , не в восторге осталась !
Выражаю своё признание и благодарность в лечении и уходе за моей женой доктору Erdoganu Gultekin и специалисту по работе с иностранцами с ресепшен Sirin Cinatoglu. Здоровья. Процветания и благополучия вам.
Обратилась в больницу по страховке. На 8й неделе беременности с жалобами.
В регистратуре нам помогла Сирин. Она же сопроводила в кабинет к врачу и помогла в общении с врачом (выступила переводчиком).
Врач Мухаммет сразу опросил, сделал УЗИ, выписал рекомендации и лечение.
Персонал очень отзывчивый.
Обратились с ребёнком, температура 39, болит живот. Взяли кровь, осмотрел врач. На все это у нас ушло 5 часов и 6000 лир (на данный момент 20400 р). Врач сказал, что помощь нам не нужна, а при температуре пейте Нурофен. Худшая больница, куда мы обращались.
