A complex with the most convenient location, absolutely everything for a comfortable human life. Great room, restaurant with really good cuisine. The evening view is beautiful within walking distance, a walk near the Palace of schoolchildren 5 minutes on foot triathlon Park. The complex has a clinic with 7 floors of MRI CT, X-ray, ultrasound, check the stomach. A full-fledged medical center with wards where you can check up, take tests, dig in, and I think this is not the limit because there is also an operating unit with multiple awards from professors and surgeons. Clean, neat and tasteful. He will settle down for work, check the body and spend time without wasting time searching for the right one.

Positive:
- cleanliness in the hotel and in the rooms;
- polite hotel staff;
- convenient location;
Minuses:
- a very modest set of dishes for breakfast;
- breakfast dishes run out fast enough and they are not replenished;
- there are no coolers on the floors (although there are kettles and tea in the rooms);
- they refused to provide additional water to the room (only for a fee).

We really liked the hotel. The room has everything you need, including a safe. Excellent breakfast: 3-4 hot dishes, including porridge! Which is important at our age. Cottage cheese, honey, jam, fruits, cheeses, juices and much more - an extremely rich and varied table. Cakes, cookies, cakes... Friendly staff will tell you what you can watch, call a taxi, hold things after check-out if the plane is in the evening. It is conveniently located near the intersection of two avenues. Near a shopping center, banks, an exchange office, an inexpensive but very good dining room (it seems, "Yulka has pies"?), I write about it on purpose, a good choice. The city is modern, shiny and elegant. It is being actively landscaped, unlike in Moscow, where trees and lawns have disappeared on many streets. There are also pyramidal poplars and tall hedges of shrubs. This is both shade and protection from exhaust fumes, and from strong wind, which is often here in winter. People are responsive, even paying for us on the bus, because we didn't have a card.

The staff is polite. The 2-bed junior suite has a set for one person. The breakfasts are average, the juice is diluted with water, the variety is so-so, in hotels of a lower class, it can be much better. I do not recommend a sauna, a room with an electric fork.

Этой гостинице я поставлю пятёрочку.
Номера всегда чистые ,уютные. Персонал очень вежливый , документы всегда вовремя. Завтрак-очень хороший, вкусно и ешь все что хочешь. В общем, если хотите отдохнуть, то это туда ,нет шума, и не понятных звуков)))) Да, и самое главное не лазиют в личных вещах.

При выборе отеля в Астане выбор был сделан именно в пользу «Аланда».
Местоположение - очень удобное.
Персонал - отзывчивый. Все просьбы удовлетворялись молниеносно. Очень приветливые официанты. К сожалению не запомнил как их зовут, но им отдельное спасибо.
Комната очень чистая. Очень хорошая звукоизоляция. Отличная теплоизоляция окон. За окном было - минус 20, а, даже при закрытых вентилях на батареях, в комнате было очень тепло.
Сантехника поддерживается в исключительной чистоте, спасибо горничным.
Очень комфортное проживание!

Отличная гостиница. Очень чисто, номера в классическом оформлении - что-то вроде англосаксонского стиля - картины, резная мебель с гнутыми ножками, камин, хрусталь:). Вкусная еда и персонал внимательный. Менеджмент на 10/10, а обслуживающий 7/10, но тоже неплохо. Расположение удачное, вид из окна шикарный

Вежливый персонал, индивидуальное обслуживание, завтрак вкусный, разнообразный, сытный. В номере было чисто и чувствовался запах дезинфекции, но выветрился быстро. Расположение рядом с Дворцом школьников, АстанаМолл (Магнум)

Добрый день.
Проживание в отеле понравилось. Заселили быстро,приятный персонал на стойке регистрации.
Необходимо оплатить туристический сбор( не дорого)
От аэропорта ехать буквально 30 минут.
Номера чистые просторные есть все необходимое.
Минибар с демократическими ценами. Смарт ТВ. Все туалетные принадлежности.
Достойный завтрак.
Напротив отеля есть торговый центр.
Мне все понравилось.

Disgusting breakfast. It ends at 10 a.m., but there is no food at 9. Fancy cold fried sausages and everything in that spirit. The Internet does not work even at the reception. The sockets are hidden behind the bedside tables, there are no sockets in the public domain at all.
Of the advantages: a large room, clean enough, the reception desk is round the clock.

I stayed at Alanda again, I didn't choose it, it just happened. The room is an improved standard, it seems clean, BUT the bed linen is washed, the soap and soap are of disgusting quality, the breakfast is sooo meager, noisy. In general, nothing has changed in a few years. I don't recommend it, there are better hotels for this money!!!!

Комфорт на 3, персонал хороший, уборка номеров в этом отеле на высшем уровне, по "шведскому столу" на завтраке, он на 3 из-за заветренных овощей и малого выбора, номера комфортные.

Был в командировке с 09 по 13 октября в Астане и останавливался в Аланде. Чисто, убирали каждый день. В номере тепло, это радовало, потому что коллеги мерзли в другой гостинице в городе. Завтраки нормальные, без особого разнообразия правда. Перед выездом ранним утром попросили с собой ланч-бокс, но нам даже горячий ранний завтрак приготовили и доставили в номер. Было очень приятно.
