A good Hotel for your money.

Personally, our room was good. They settled in quickly. they are also cleaned normally, not general cleaning of course, but the floors are clean. They cleaned every day.
The beach is small when it's stormy – a lot of rocks wash up. Behind the breakwater, on the right, there is a great sandy beach. There were no problems with sun beds during the entire rest period, there were free ones at any time.
The sun beds by the pool were more difficult. Other vacationers occupied them in the morning And could not come all day, but the sunbeds were "occupied".
Very tasty tortillas are made in the water park area, be sure to try it.

The hotel is in a good location in Alanya! In general, everything is great! Cleanliness reigns in all corners of the hotel itself, the rooms are very good, the kitchen is not super at all, the staff is very polite and helpful, the territory is very huge and has a good architectural location inside the hotel itself.
Of the cons, this is of course my opinion that regarding the 24/7 kitchen, the same thing is provided to hotel guests. The hotel beach is a little far away.

I give a five to the hotel exclusively at the expense of the receptionist Hamida! He is a very friendly, sensitive, polite and attentive person to our requests. We have been to Turkey 10 times. We rest exclusively in the top five, but we rarely meet such a warm attitude towards vacationers upon check-in. She exclusively helped us resolve all issues during check-in and further stay at the hotel. This is very important for us!
The hotel itself is beautiful both inside and out, with a huge swimming pool. But in such an area of the pool, there are very few stairs to descend and ascend to the pool! The restaurant is not designed for such a large number of vacationers! We constantly have to look for and wait for tables. Napkins are not changed. At best, they will simply be shaken off with a rag and turned over. This has not been seen anywhere else! There are few waiters in the restaurant, they do not have time just physically! If you find a table, then you need to run to look for forks! It doesn't always end in success! Once we had dinner with spoons. Having found the table and forks, that's it, the end of dinner (lunch). They turn off the lights and take everything away with cosmic speed! Even tea!!! This shouldn't be happening! Dirt on the floor in a restaurant, in a hotel, a five is something!!! You have to constantly look at your feet in order not to fall.
The food quality is great! Most of the dishes are very tasty! But if you don't get to the beginning, you just won't appreciate them. Delicious dishes are not replenished.
A huge request to the management: with such large resources and good food quality, to fix and eliminate these shortcomings! Spoils the whole attitude towards the hotel! Make the duration of lunch and dinner longer.
The fruits are delicious, but there are few of them and by the end of the dinner there are not enough for everyone! Once, there weren't even enough watermelons.
The beach needs to be equipped! !! The sea is magnificent, the buoys are far away, so for me personally it was a huge plus! It was possible to swim far. Therefore, the beach was almost not used, we swam in the sea for hours. The cafe on the beach is spacious, there were always free tables where you can have a snack.
A tractor with a trailer goes to the sea every 15 minutes. Walks regularly, there are places to sit, even interesting, unusual. In neighboring hotels, such scheduled flights are much less frequent.
The music was somewhat annoying, which used to play until 1 a.m.
Overall, the rest turned out to be quite good. The view of the hotel has always pleased the eye, the corridor along which you go to the restaurant is pleasant and spacious. Shops with reasonable prices. We bought shoes for all vacationers.
The water park is big. The ice cream is varied, delicious, and in a large assortment.
It is convenient that you can have a snack on the beach. We often didn't even go to lunch.
Only beer was tasted from alcohol. Beer is normal. When these shortcomings are eliminated, people will return.
The hotel has a very beautiful lobby, a large reception. There were practically no queues at check-in.
The room was spacious, large in size, and comfortable.
When there were problems with the safe, then a call to the reception, the specialist arrived immediately, within one minute and immediately resolved all issues. There was no need to sit and wait.

We have been to Turkey 10 times, given the experience, the hotel is ambiguous. There are serious pros and equally serious cons. The water park is excellent, there are several different towns, children's slides, but it only works for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours after lunch. The food in the restaurant is basically normal, but!!! Dirty dishes!!! It is very unpleasant to stand and choose a cleaner plate. The rooms are not small, but again dirt, dust on the floor, table. They are cleaned every other day. We were with the children, the children somehow wanted to eat at 21 o'clock, went around the whole hotel - nothing. The main restaurant is closed until 23.30, and there are only drinks in the lobby. The noise insulation in the rooms is very poor, you can hear the neighbors talking behind the wall, it's good if the neighbors are calm, and if they are noisy, then a sleepless night is provided. By the way, when flying with Azimuth airlines, they do not feed, they also suffered, since 10 hours have passed since leaving home before checking into the hotel, it is better to take food with you at this time. We also went on a sightseeing tour of Alanya from the tour operator Sun &fan, a complete disappointment: time and money were spent. I do not recommend excursions from fun&sun. We will not go to this hotel anymore either.

We are not picky tourists and we always do not pay attention to minor flaws so as not to spoil our mood, but for some such things can be an unpleasant surprise. The hotel is a very budget five, locally produced alcohol, there is no free import. It takes 10-15 minutes on foot to the beach or 5 minutes by tractor. Moreover, it really carries a diesel tractor, to which a cart is attached. Tractors are also driven from nearby hotels. To get to the beach, you need to go down and walk through the underpass. The beach is small, there are few sun beds, it is better to go in shoes. The food is standard for the budget five, without any special frills. One of the advantages is the presence of a water park, which you need to go through an underground passage to get to. The water park is super, with slides for different ages. There is a mini-club, they are engaged with children, but again without much enthusiasm. Nothing has hooked this hotel, there is no special desire to return to this hotel. We had a rest in June 2022.

The pool is very large, but cold, 20 degrees.
The water park is large, it consists of two parts - completely icy and just cold, for whom it is important.
We were at the end of the season - there were few people, it's good, because in summer they say there are large crowds. The room is a large rectangular studio of 30 meters with a double bed, a single bed and two sofas. Sea view with a terrace, but it doesn't do much good and music plays until morning in neighboring hotels, which is especially insulting.
They are cleaned very often, but it is not entirely clear where to press the call button. As a result, they hung up a sign for us when we had too much fun)
Cats are scurrying everywhere, it's not pleasant to sit at the end tables, because cats have a toilet there. As in the colors in the hotel.
The beach is small, pebbly, it is better to go a little further from the beach of the Sensa hotel. The beds are dead. We could have found better places in October, but in summer I can't imagine this beach)
The food is very decent, red fish, lamb cutlets were very much liked, the puree would also be moved from breakfast to lunch / dinner, because for breakfast there is mainly an omelet without everything and pancakes, which sometimes still need to be found where they are baked. Salads, cheeses, dry rations are also available. There were few or no yogurts at all. Red and lentil soup is mainly for lunch, dinner and overnight dinner until 3 a.m., by the way, you can also have dinner at night in addition to soup.
Sweets are not very good, but the chocolate baklava has gone very far. There are melon, pomegranate, grapefruit, plum, apple.
The hotel is family-run, it was very boring, the animation is extremely weak in October, alcohol is so non-alcoholic that even drivers drink beer. You can get drunk if only with pure vodka. Cocktails are not tasty, especially those that are already mixed in containers.
It is necessary to weigh the suitcase, because now they gave everyone only 10 kg, and for each, the advantage cost 3,000 rubles.
Prices on the market, taking into account the closing of the season, are 2 times higher than in our World Bank, but you can find a backpack for 10 bucks in case of an advantage. Both a handbag and a backpack were allowed in hand luggage, but it depends on the airline. They didn't feed me during the flight, just a glass of water. It was also impossible to buy food on the plane.
The tractor is the funniest attraction, we rolled from the heart) on foot is also close.
Interesting excursions on the beach, 30 dollars for the whole day with lunch - chic and fun. If you go by bus, you will be offered a gun for 1-2 dollars and two barrels of water, if you go by jeeps, the buses will water you)

All additional restaurants were paid ($12 per fish per person) and no one went there. Ice cream is free at the water park, and it is also paid. More fun than Sensa and Pasha, Alan Hafira is still a family format, i.e. the hotel is not to blame that many unhappy people chose a family hotel for entertainment.
It's boring globally, but the emotions are pleasant.

It is 5 minutes by train to the sea, there is its own territory from the hotel, there is where to eat, but the food there is the same as at the pools: hamburgers with different fillings to your taste. The territory by the sea is not very good, the deck chairs are old, torn in places, everything works until 18.00, then even the water is turned off so that you can rinse after the sea. Wi-Fi is paid on site, except for the lobby there for free. For 7 days, the price is $ 12. From entertainment: aqua aerobics, water volleyball, various water games. Let's start in order, when you check in, you will definitely be shaken out of money for room improvements, otherwise you will be settled in the most terrible rooms. Further, the hotel itself is very very dirty, bottles are lying everywhere (and they were lying a year ago), dust is everywhere, the rooms are the same, there are almost cockroaches under the beds, the balconies do not wash at all, cleaning the room is to change towels and wipe with a rag in the middle of the room-that's all. There were no accessories or soap, let alone bathrobes. What are the 5 stars??? The children's complex on the territory of the water park does not wash, it is dirty right in the ground, children ride down the slide and everything is dirty!!!They complained - it was useless. The bar in the room is all inclusive, refilled 1 time with 2 juices and 4 sodas 0.33 and that's it. The food, although fresh, is very narrow and monotonous. There are very few drinks in the bar, all juices and sodas are crushed by water to the point of impossibility. There is practically no animation, in the evening, every other day at most, and that's it. The birthday boy was with us, there was not the slightest congratulations from the hotel, if you bring fruit to the room, it will be nice! But no! To set the table for you with terrible napkins for € 15, a terrible cake for € 35, and of course everything is at your expense, well, then you also go to yourself for food. The horror is utter. We had a rest from June 2 to June 10, 2024.I liked the hotel as a whole, minus the hordes of ants in the room, in the toilet, on the balcony. We lived on the 6th floor, room 226. Pool and sea views. I will insert 5 stars, I was in Turkey with children for the first time. The hotel is big. The food is varied, there is a large swimming pool, there are always sun beds.We visited the water park once, but we liked it there, we searched for a long time how to get there, it turns out there is a passage in the hotel.They give out free ice cream. We liked going to the hammam, we were there once.. The hotel is on the second coastline, but every 15 minutes there is a transport service to the beach (takes 5 minutes). There are bazaars nearby. We visited this hotel for the 3rd time, from 07.10 to 16.10, a family of 2 adults and 2 children.
All I can say is that I see improvements every time, especially in nutrition, animation, maintenance, and everything else. Of course, the hotel needs renovation in the rooms, it has been asking for a long time, but otherwise everything was very good, my whole family liked it.

You can't even give this hotel one star. A very dirty, cheap hotel. There is a smell and dirt in the rooms, hair in the showers, the toilet, sorry, it smells like it. There is NOTHING in the room, not even a glass for brushes, bring pasta,a brush, slippers, a bathrobe....and it is declared 5 stars. The towels are old, always in some kind of hair. We checked in earlier than expected, for free. The rooms are not small. There is a lot of food everywhere and on the beach too. The territory itself is huge, several swimming pools and its own water park. Bars are everywhere. There are a lot of people in the lobby in the evening because of the free Wi-Fi. A small life hack, if you don't want to stand in line, then for a small fee, the waiters will bring drinks themselves all evening. The quality of the drinks is not bad. The in-room safe is free of charge. There are a lot of staff. It is possible to go to the sea on foot, it is about 15 at a leisurely pace or on a blue tractor with a trailer, walks every 10-15 minutes. It's not a big beach, but I always found places. If you don't find fault with the little things, then it's not bad. Anyone looking for luxury will be disappointed. In the evenings, you can shop in the neighboring bazaars, the prices are reasonable. A terrible hotel, dirt everywhere, rooms are not cleaned at all, the rooms stink of sewage, mold everywhere in the bathroom.
The food is monotonous, the dishes are poorly washed, sticky. Alcoholic beverages are all diluted with water, even beer.
There are cobwebs and dust everywhere in the rooms.
I was vacationing with a friend, she ate mushrooms and poisoned herself, 4 days after we arrived home she is still suffering from stomach problems, can't eat anything.
In general, I do not recommend this shabby hotel, the beach is dirty, I had to order a taxi and go to Alanya to Cleopatra beach, it's cool and the water is clean and much more beautiful there.

The sea is dirty, the coastline is small, there is no pier. As a result, we sunbathed and swam on a wild beach, there was the purest water. The food is poor, but I am glad that there were fruits, including melon - every day for lunch and dinner. The territory of the hotel is large, well-maintained, the pool is large, there are enough places. It can be seen that there is a shortage of working staff in this hotel, as it is clear that the staff cannot cope (there is a long queue at the bar, they clean the tables for a long time after eating).
