This is the best hotel in Abkhazia. Comfortable and spacious rooms with everything you need. There is always hot water in the shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, even on the beach.
The territory is very beautiful and refined. Safe, secure parking and cameras. Due to the remoteness from the main embankment, there are no strangers and stray dogs on the territory of the hotel, which is a huge plus. The room has direct access to the sea, an unrealistically beautiful and clean beach with sun beds provided for each room. The sea is clear. There are not many people in general, a feeling of solitude is created.
In the evening it is also quiet, you can take a bottle of wine with khachapuri and sit on the beach under the starry sky. No one bothers anyone. Perfect.
The staff is friendly and helpful, they will orient you, they will always prompt and help you. The room cleaning is also thorough, the maids try their best.
Special thanks to Hazarat, attentive and interested in the guests, which is very pleasant. I got my bearings in Gudauta and the surrounding areas.
I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

The place is very worthy for recreation. The location is the most successful: here is the sea 30 meters away, here is the Gudauta embankment. We lived in a villa with all the amenities and a beautiful view. The house has everything you need for living. The beach is pebbly, so it's better to take swimming slippers, or buy them there, since there are many shops and grocery stores nearby, and with all sorts of little things, and there are also plenty of cafes within walking distance.
The only thing I would like to draw attention to is that the threshold at the entrance to the villa must be made wider or removed, we stumbled over it several times unpleasantly, the spouse even fell at the exit ... well, this is as a wish…

We rented a separate cottage for 20k in early September. The parking is closed, the cottage itself is super comfortable, two air conditioners, everything is clean and convenient. The terrace is comfortably equipped, you can relax with the whole family looking at the sea. The house has comfortable mattresses, high-quality bed linen, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, everything you need. You can wash it in the main building for free. The owner treated me to wine - for which special thanks. The sea is warm, the Pebbles set, there were two waves out of 3 days, it was difficult to swim with children. I recommend.

Alamys is definitely the best hotel in Abkhazia on the entire coast, without exaggeration. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. The territory of the hotel was simply amazing) exceeded all expectations (photo in the attachment) there were many places around the world- there is something to compare 🙂
Excellent service, the staff is always ready to help and respond to any request. Cleaning is done efficiently and daily. Cozy rooms with everything you need. Its beautiful, and most importantly, clean beach, there are always free lounge sofas. I came out and it 's not the sea anymore )
There is a private parking lot for those who arrive by car. There is a small cafe "Finik" next to the hotel, they cook delicious, a large menu for different tastes.

The third week has begun since my friend and I returned from this beautiful place. It feels like in childhood, when you return from a camp where you have made friends with wonderful people in a few days. I would like to write the most wonderful and kind words of gratitude for the cordiality, hospitality, creation and maintenance of comfort, but here everything is already written in other reviews and it is difficult to find even better. I absolutely agree with all the excellent words and join them. Cleanliness in the room and on the beach, comfort in the room and on the territory, a tent on the beach for each room, a guarded closed parking lot - this is all for relaxing our head and body. But I would like to mention even more the people who work in this wonderful place. Hospitality, care, unobtrusive attention to every vacationer, assistance in solving any issues that arise is beyond praise! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! I definitely recommend it! Alamys is my great love, the best vacation was here. Thank you for your hospitality and help in everything to Hazarat. Very quiet, empty beach, clean, the sea is generally excellent. In the evenings it is quiet, you can spend time alone even on the street, drink wine under khachapur and Date kebab.

I was vacationing with my children in early August , we lived in a two - storey house . Panoramic Windows overlooking the sea , the house is brand new , equipped with everything you need , very stylish and modern renovation!!! Clean, very polite and helpful staff, pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel! We are resting at the hotel for the fourth time and with each arrival it is getting better and better, more comfortable for the rest of its guests! Once again, we do not have a question where to go on vacation in Abkhazia - only to Alamys! The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. High-quality daily cleaning and towel change. A cozy courtyard with lots of seating areas. A feeling of complete security (we never locked it when leaving the room). I would like to put five stars separately for the sun beds on the beach! It's a cool hotel. We walked along the embankments and came to the conclusion that the best hotel is ours - Alamys.
The rooms are clean, the air conditioners work without interruption, there is hot water. Yes, the Date is so-so, but there are other good places.
A separate thrill is a bungalow on the beach, very convenient.
Hazarat, a sincere administrator, will prompt and tell you everything, and his humor is a separate kind of art.
There is only one conclusion, he wants to return to this place again!

Two-storey houses with several rooms, on the beach!
Pros: clean sea, comfortable sun beds, few people on the beach.
Cons: small rooms for a family of 3-4 people, you need to take 2 rooms, mattresses and an additional one. The beds are old, it is not possible to sleep. The air conditioner does not work all the time, it is stuffy, and the water is also intermittent. The cafe nearby is below average, all the neighbors around, in turn, and our child had rotavirus, either food or water. There is no kitchen. There is a railway nearby. There are a lot of stray dogs on the beach. If you are traveling for a couple of days, then the norms are no more. Boring! The price does not match the quality!

A great place for a family holiday. Convenient location near the city of Gudauta. Clean sea, relatively free beach, comfortable sun beds. The beach is pebbles, there are pebbles in the water.

There seemed to be problems with food in the nearest neighborhood. There is a cafe 25 meters from the hotel, but the food is not for everyone. There is a draft Sukhumi - this is a plus.

- cleanliness and order on the territory of the private beach and the hotel;
- the presence of its own electrical substation (with frequent power outages everywhere in Abkhazia, this is very important: the air conditioner will always work, nothing will spoil in the refrigerator);
- attentive service;
- proximity to cafes and shops.
We rested in August 2019 and August 2023 - we did not find a decent alternative for ourselves, only in Alamys

We stayed at this hotel in July. The ideal location is right on the beach! The water is clean, there are few people. For those staying at the hotel right on the shore, wooden sheds are bungalows with soft mattresses and the opportunity to hide from the sun (included in the price). The living conditions are significantly different from most of what is offered around: spacious, bright rooms with amenities, air conditioning, refrigerator. Daily cleaning service. The hotel has very pleasant, friendly people who are ready to help with any request. At our request, a transfer from / to the airport was organized (special thanks to Batal, he drove quickly, suggested how to get better and faster at the border and generally a very pleasant person to communicate with), as well as an individual excursion to New Athos and Lykhny.
Within walking distance from the hotel there are several cafes and shops offering food and products for every taste.
I would like to say a special thank you to the owners: you managed to organize a perfect vacation, a very pleasant, friendly atmosphere, your whole team is just wonderful. We will definitely come to you again!!!

It was the first time in Abkhazia, but now it is 100% not the last. I found the pearl in the form of the Alamys hotel on my own, the kind uncle Yandex gave out appearances and passwords, went in and looked and immediately fell in love. When I found out about the location, I fell in love for the second time, this is what I was looking for... a place of silence, solitude and merging with the infinite/eternal nature in a compartment with a stylish and at the same time such a homely design of the hotel itself. Already when I was in place, all expectations were confirmed, even I would say exceeded. We rested in Alamys for 10 days at the end of June together with my daughter, we got almost the most central room on the second floor with a view of the endless sea, for which many thanks to the hotel administrator Hazarat. In general, any request or wishes are solved with lightning speed. The restaurant at the Finik hotel pleased with a variety of dishes and an equally impressive view of the sea. There were four-poster beds on the beach in the style of Bounty ads with white fabric fluttering in the wind, it's a pity I didn't have to enjoy them to the fullest, since I had to control the splashing child all the time, but in those rare moments when I managed to lie on them they were amazing. The beach has always been almost deserted, which is like a balm to the heart. In general, for me it was one of the important criteria....fewer people and he was fully justified. On both sides of the beach, to the left and to the right, you can walk and enjoy the sea alone.
The room had everything you needed: a comfortable and wide double bed, a table with two wicker chairs, a TV, a wardrobe with a mirror, blackout curtains, central lighting and a separate bathroom, the only thing that was probably missing was some kind of stationary dump or night light so as not to turn on the common lamp, for example, at night.
The hotel cooperates with a company that offers an extensive list of sightseeing destinations in Abkhazia. We went with my daughter to Chernihiv, Sukhum, Athos, Athos cave, village.Lykhny, Ritsu, everything was organized wonderfully, and how many emotions I received from these excursions simply cannot be described in words.
I would also like to add regarding some prejudices that it is scary to go to Abkhazia and the like... I was there alone with a small child of 7 years old and apart from the kindness, help and smiles from the locals I did not see anything else, I think how you treat the world, so it treats you. In general, summarizing all of the above, Abkhazia is really a country of the soul, you know, such a kind, bright grandmother as from childhood, in general, everything I saw there reminded me of the happiest childhood years, definitely next year I will return again and again to Alamys, since my soul remained in Abkhazia. In general, I left with tears in my eyes, usually 10 days was enough for me everywhere behind my eyes, but I was in many places: Greece, Maldives, Egypt, Turkey, Bali, Dominican Republic, but Abkhazia definitely took a central place in my heart.

Pros: the rooms are spacious, I would put bunk beds for children so that the family could move into one room. Great sea, great view from the window if the room is on the 2nd floor. Cleaning every day. (The girls clean up perfectly!). The linen and towels are fresh. Towels are changed after 3 days. There is a washing machine, do not forget your powder.
Cons: there is not even soap in the rooms, the air conditioners do not work during the day!!! There is no entertainment for children. You can't really walk outside the territory either, but there is a supermarket. There is no kitchen and barbecue area, there is no way to cook yourself, which is inconvenient with children. The highway and the railway are 30 meters from the hotel. Dogs.
If you choose this hotel, then it is for families without children who love a "seal" vacation.

We had a vacation with my wife and daughter in July 2024. Excellent hotel, fully corresponds to the description on the website. The ideal location is a couple of steps and you are by the sea. The sea is clean, warm, and affectionate. Not a single ship on the horizon. The beach is your own, there are pebbles under your feet and in the water. You can't do without special shoes. The highlight of the beach is sun beds and swings! The hotel itself, the territory - everything is very thoughtful, harmonious, well-groomed! The rooms are not very large, but they have everything you need - a wardrobe, a large bed, an extra bed, a table, two chairs, a small refrigerator and a shared toilet with a shower cabin. Everything is clean and fresh everywhere. Cleaning every day. The view from the window is right on the sea. Our room was on the second floor. For this, thank you very much to the owner of the hotel Hazarat! A minute from the hotel is the Date Cafe. We ate only there. It is very tasty and democratic.

A pleasant place for a relaxing beach holiday. Very nice interior of the rooms, large area, clean, stylish and fresh textiles (set of towels and bed linen).
One of the main advantages of the hotel is the walking distance to the beach, equipped with comfortable cabins with a shaded area and soft mattresses.
This accommodation option is ideal if the purpose of your vacation is to lie on the beach, sunbathe and swim.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. He is able to solve problems of varying degrees of complexity. Demonstrates good customer orientation. They checked in an hour later than the scheduled time, but on the day of departure they were allowed to stay on the beach as much as they liked, and presented with a bottle of really delicious homemade wine.
We took the accommodation option with breakfast included. The food complex is a cafe "Finik", located two minutes' walk away. Food was offered in abundance, but the quality is average.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and thank the hotel staff for their hospitality and warm welcome.

A sparsely populated beach and a beautiful view from the window are the main advantages of this place.There is a Date cafe nearby, shops are within walking distance.Now the hotel is expanding, new houses are being built.The disadvantages include constant problems with electricity, it's sooo hot in August and the air conditioners are not taken out, in the evening it's very stuffy in the room until 23-24, you can't sleep before midnight.

It's a great place. The territory is very cozy and well-groomed, there is a place to sit in the sun and hide from the rain. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the mattresses are great, we slept like the dead 😂 It's great that each room has a clothes dryer, and there is a washing machine in common access. An ironing board is also available at any time.
From what we did not know, but it will be useful to others: you need to have beach towels with you (they are sold in the nearest store), laundry powder, if you wash.
The food at the Finik cafe is delicious, the prices are affordable. Be sure to try the cakes, they are wonderful. And at the reception of the hotel they sell delicious homemade wine.
In general, of course, the hotel fully met our requirements: We were looking for privacy, silence, and we got it. Children lived on the territory during our stay, but even they did not disturb the peace.

We had a rest in September 2021. The rooms are large, it seemed even larger than the declared area, a nice large wardrobe, panarama Windows overlooking the sea, the hotel is right by the sea, very comfortable bungalows on the beach. Clean rooms, well-groomed territory, frequent change of linen and towels, friendly receptionist. I really liked that there is a lookout for the beach and does not let strangers into the bungalow. Also a big plus is the shower on the beach. Of the minuses: the cafe is nearby, they constantly twisted something with prices, worked on different schedules, you won't guess, there is no pool when the sea is stormy, there is not enough of it, but we knew where we were going, the dogs...but this is not the fault of the hotel, but the problem of the whole of Abkhazia, the hotel administration is fighting as best it can, although the dogs are not all evil, friendly, there were no problems. And it was a little overshadowed by the fact that at the end of September, when there were still vacationers, the curtains were removed from many bungalows and the mattresses were removed, the construction of the canopy also began (

Everything is fine with room service: the food was good and cleaned daily. The sea is a minute away from the room, which allows you to swim even for days on end.
But children interfered with a quiet rest: there is no children's corner, so they run right along the catwalks of the second floor, which makes the whole hotel shake.
Breakfasts start too late for a hotel by the sea. People get up at 6-7-8 o'clock, and breakfast is from 9 to 10!!! Of course, by the beginning of breakfast there is a queue of hungry and angry families, and even not everyone has enough space at the tables, of which there are much fewer than the rooms.
And, of course, it really spoiled the impression when you arrived at razvilovo for money. We booked at the booking office, it says that the hotel has parking. We were driving our car, we were happy about it and took the funds only to pay for the room. Upon arrival, under the threat of damage to the car at another parking place, we were obligatorily charged more money for, as it turned out, paid parking, although it was not indicated anywhere that it was paid...

The service at the hotel is wonderful: daily cleaning, change of towels, toiletries. The host and staff are very helpful, they will help if you have any questions. Of the cons, this is a problem with food, when we arrived the cafe next to the hotel was closed. Nearby is the Golden Lion dining room. Well, this generally applies to the rest in Gudauta, a huge number of stray dogs.
