The territory is very beautiful and refined. Safe, secure parking and cameras. Due to the remoteness from the main embankment, there are no strangers and stray dogs on the territory of the hotel, which is a huge plus. The room has direct access to the sea, an unrealistically beautiful and clean beach with sun beds provided for each room. The sea is clear. There are not many people in general, a feeling of solitude is created. In the evening it is also quiet, you can take a bottle of wine with khachapuri and sit on the beach under the starry sky. No one bothers anyone. Perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful, they will orient you, they will always prompt and help you. The room cleaning is also thorough, the maids try their best. Special thanks to Hazarat, attentive and interested in the guests, which is very pleasant. I got my bearings in Gudauta and the surrounding areas. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

We lived in a villa with all the amenities and a beautiful view. The house has everything you need for living. The beach is pebbly, so it's better to take swimming slippers, or buy them there, since there are many shops and grocery stores nearby, and with all sorts of little things, and there are also plenty of cafes within walking distance. The only thing I would like to draw attention to is that the threshold at the entrance to the villa must be made wider or removed, we stumbled over it several times unpleasantly, the spouse even fell at the exit ... well, this is as a wish…

We rented a separate cottage for 20k in early September. The parking is closed, the cottage itself is super comfortable, two air conditioners, everything is clean and convenient. The terrace is comfortably equipped, you can relax with the whole family looking at the sea. The house has comfortable mattresses, high-quality bed linen, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, everything you need. You can wash it in the main building for free. The owner treated me to wine - for which special thanks. The sea is warm, the Pebbles set, there were two waves out of 3 days, it was difficult to swim with children. I recommend.
