A good base. Everything is new. I especially liked the house "Mayorsky", all made of natural wood. The staff is responsive and tries to make your stay comfortable. Everything is very clean, for this a separate respect! In the restaurant, the price level is high, Almaty, the quality is at the level. I would like more affordable prices for food and drinks. Then it will be beyond praise!

Excellent boarding house, good cuisine, Except for the lake there is a swimming pool.The rooms are clean and everything is fine.Great disco every night.We had a rest with the company, everyone liked everything.We just got these boats for rental.They drive too close to the swimmers along the shore.And no one ordered them.

We returned from vacation today. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. I asked in advance if there were umbrellas on the beach, and they answered that everything was there. It's important to me because I have vitiligo. Upon arrival, it turned out that there are umbrellas on the beach, but there are not enough of them for everyone. The receptionist urgently began to look for a free place on the beach, just putting away the things of the vacationers who have now gone to the room. The next day, the neighbors taught us that it was necessary to occupy sun beds early in the morning, the issue was resolved with an umbrella, they just gave it to us under responsibility (in case of breakdown, payment for it) and we installed / cleaned it ourselves. The beach is very clean and the water is cool. But the cafe requires special attention, the prices are too high.when I made a reservation, they dropped the menu to me, but in fact the prices turned out to be even higher. Breakfast for 3 comes out on average 10,000 and for some reason everyone brings cold, dinner 20,000; A portion of 12 dumplings worth 2,200 tenge was carried for an hour. First, you wave your hands at the waiter for 10 minutes to bring the menu, then you wave to take the order and at best in half an hour they will bring something from the food. For 2 days there was no ice in the cafe and in the heat lemonade was simply brought cool ((( there are a lot of waiters, but they are all in no hurry to work, but they do not forget to throw their 10%. Beautiful and stylish design. Entertainment is at the highest level, there is always something interesting going on, the animators are super. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the territory of the base. The food is of high quality and varied, I recommend it to everyone.

Good afternoon! The rest turned out to be so-so. The first two days are generally in the trash, the rest are fine. This applies to both the food and the Lieutenant's room. First, about the room. The mattress is old, the springs are sticking out, towels, bed linen are synthetic, there is no refrigerator, holes in the mesh on the windows, mosquitoes. There is none in the room. On the first day, breakfast was waited for an hour, while several.once we approached the administrator, then until we shouted and got to the point, so to speak, then we got breakfast.
Then, with an additional payment, we moved to the Captain's room. There is also no refrigerator. The mattress is normal)). Conclusion, take the rooms above the class.
Food- well, I also had to fight, porridge was 2 times in a week, the first time on water, the second time on milk. The oil is synthetic at first, then normal. Also on food. First it's disgusting, then it's better. And this is "cooked" so that everyone understands not to eat! Everything was left untouched on the table. It's me, about the first two days! Then it got better and tastier! The lakes are great, be sure to take aquashouses, as the stones are sharp!

This summer we had a rest at this base, we liked everything very much, the food was delicious, there was no need to walk two steps to the shore along a dusty road, animators worked with the children, they were such good fellows, the children were busy all day. In the evenings, different parties, we got to a beer party, it was fun. In general, I liked everything. We are planning for next year again.

The houses got into my heart 😻😻😻
Everything is very clean, the staff is very polite and attentive.
I removed one star because the kitchen is so-so. What was cooked for lunch, dinner and breakfast is delicious, but everything on the menu is not tasty in general, they managed to spoil the snacks)
And another disadvantage is that the admin says the sauna is open until 12 at night, and the staff at 23:00 insists that we leave)
And so mostly pleasant impressions remained. 😘

The administration is very friendly and courteous. The houses and the 1st line were very pleased. The fat minus that definitely decided that the rest was in this base for one time is the kitchen! It's not expensive, it's not tasty and it's sooo long.

The worst place in terms of price and quality. Rude administrator. Only the waiters try, but it doesn't help with their food, they themselves are ashamed of what they bring. We had 3 meals a day. It was not possible to eat anything from this food. Once they made pilaf and then when the owners gathered at the base. The cabin was the captain's, there is no closet or refrigerator. The pool is very dirty for its entire volume there are two filters that can not cope with cleaning. All the locals swim in it without bracelets. When I asked the receptionist, she just said that it was mandatory to wear a bracelet, it was not clear why if everyone was swimming. The vacation was completely ruined and the money was thrown away. Positive reviews are purchased. If you don't believe it, check it out for yourself! The water that was supposed to be in the room was brought on the 3rd day after 20 reminders. Sun beds without mattresses are not possible to lie on them. The umbrellas are good.
