A great hotel for a family holiday! Free WiFi catches throughout and on the beach perfectly! the chefs are well done, the food is delicious, at the reception they will always tell you and help you with any questions! Special thanks to the animation team Yunus, Milih,Ali,Hatija, Chilam, Derim you are the best, very positive, funny and energetic. I don't want to leave! Well, I decided to add my review a month later, I returned to this hotel from 4.07-15.07 rested again, the animation team expanded, new girls and boys appeared, all great professionals are doing their best in such a heat! Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately settled in and given a large comfortable 2-room room. It was very nice that some of the staff remembered us! After all , they have such a turnover of people . Even in the middle of the season, when the hotel is completely crowded, everything is worked out clearly , for example, there are always clean dishes in the restaurant, you do not have to wait, the tables are cleaned immediately, the food is replenished without waiting , the food is very tasty .

We vacationed with our family at this hotel in July 2024. We were satisfied with the hotel itself and the service. The kitchen is quite decent. There is a very large selection and a lot of everything in the restaurant. There are also areas for full-fledged snacks during the day - which was very important for the spouse and son) the rooms are quite comfortable. There was a slight smell when checking in the bathroom - sewer. But the husband did something with the word himself and the smell disappeared) there was most likely stagnation of water.
Animations take place every day, it's quite interesting.
I read before the trip that many people are not satisfied with the beach area. Yes, it is quite narrow, but I did not consider it an important disadvantage. It is quite possible to find a place for everyone. The entry into the sea is excellent. Drinks are served near the beach, a fruit cart and a small snack are brought at lunch. Which is very nice)
There are many shops in the hotel itself and nearby. There is something like a market near the hotel - a lot of shops with clothes, etc. A good pharmacy is also nearby.
There are slides for children in the pool - that's where the disadvantage is that there is nowhere to sit when children ride aquagorks and the sun is open everywhere. I had to take a high chair from the next bar )
Through the underpass you can go to the water park belonging to the hotel. There are several slides and a swimming pool. There is also a food court area)
We visited the Ala Kart restaurant once - there were three to choose from. According to the menu, it was probably tastier for us in the main restaurant, but for a change it is possible) we were in Chinese. Sushi is not very good at cooking yet) but you can choose something else)
In general, we were very satisfied with the hotel!!!

The hotel is excellent, not a small area, the staff is polite, the food is varied, I did not get tired of it in 14 days.
But, like everywhere else, there are disadvantages:
- very small beach line;
- there is sand with small stones on the volleyball court, all players who have landed on their knees at least once walk with their skin torn off. Because of this, I had to go to a nearby hotel to play;
- it takes a long time to get from the airport.

Hello everyone, in general, we spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The hotel is quite large in terms of territory and internal area, there are several bars, three restaurants and a common food area (buffet), several places with snacks and snacks - in general, you will definitely not stay hungry, there is plenty of food, the choice is very large and varied. The hotel has several swimming pools, slides on site and a second small area through the subway where there are also pools and slides, recreation areas and sports entertainment. The hotel also has a tattoo center, a hairdresser, a SPA area (with a Turkish bath, a Finnish sauna, and a hammam, massages, wraps and everything you want). Play areas for children and slot machines.
The hotel is clean, pleasant, it is clear that repairs were made not so long ago. the hotel staff is very polite, ready to help and solve almost any problem. I would like to express special thanks to Victoria (she will meet you at the entrance to the hotel), explain everything in detail, prompt, tell, help in any way she can. And I just want to express my huge gratitude to Rishat (an employee of the SPA complex), this employee is just a Human being with a capital letter, it is clear that the person is good in himself and not because the work forces. He helped us more than once and not only in his area of responsibility.
In general, we were satisfied with the hotel, we had a great rest. By the way, the beach, although not so big, is quite clean, pleasant, sandy. The order is constantly maintained.
Separately, on the trip, I want to express my great gratitude to Alik (Excursions and tours at Alik's), without this person, a vacation in Turkey simply cannot do. I advise everyone to find him immediately in VK before the trip, take his phone number, answers Whatsapp quickly, speaks Russian well, is able to solve almost any problem. He organized a transfer from the airport to the hotel and later back, with which you can pay with a transfer with our wooden ones, helped with a tour to Lend of LEGEND, without his help this time we probably would not have got there, the currency ran out - Alik decided everything! I had a vacation in July 2024 with a child, lived in building 7, it is remote from the rest and closer to the beach, probably the quietest of all with the same less noisy pool nearby. The hotel is aimed at Europeans and Turks, there are few Russians. The staff is very friendly and helpful, everything worked in the room, the cleaning is average at the level of dusting, it does not depend on tips, towels were changed when left on the floor, the mini-bar was replenished regularly. You can always find something to eat, but do not expect delicacies, it corresponds to the level of the budget five of Turkey, there was turkey, chicken, beef, lamb, trout and mackerel from fish, once again there was some red baked in salt, but we did not try.. on Thursdays there are mussels, squid, shrimp in salads. Fruits are seasonal, the choice is normal, both sweets and ice cream, in balloons only in the water park by the hour, there is also a lot of fast food on site. I haven't had any problems with my stomachs in 10 days. In the evening, there are a lot of people in the restaurant, it was not always possible to immediately find a table, the staff cleans everything promptly. We were not in the water park, but people liked it, there is an underground passage across the street, including a children's one, there are not territories for adults. Animation for adults saw aqua, darts, some kind of team game in the pool, for some reason it did not coincide with the schedule for children, they did not have time for the one they were interested in, they tried very hard to attract T-shirts (25 euros) to coloring, they were handed over in the evening to a mini disco, after which there is a show or a party. The beach is very narrow, the sun beds are right next to each other, so you will hear the neighbors talking and sniff tobacco smoke if they smoke. Sun beds without mattresses, with a fabric core, are whole, like umbrellas, an employee monitors the beach. We really have to take up space, which is annoying, but we also tried to sit in the shade of trees, in addition to an umbrella, they were just free with an umbrella at any time, towels are given out at the spa on the territory by cards. There is a very small number of stones when entering, otherwise the approach is perfect: gentle, sandy, clear water, good with the kids, walked along the beach, there is further from the edge of the bay and the wave is higher, here we swam constantly, because if there are waves, they are insignificant. In general, the price-quality ratio is quite good by current standards, there are shortcomings, but nothing critical, I think that the rest was a success.

We had a vacation with a friend in October from October 16 to October 27. I have something to compare it with. This was my 25th trip to Turkey. I had a wonderful feeling that I was a dear guest, that all my problems were being solved. The hotel is small in size, perfectly located in relation to retail outlets. The area is clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly. Everyone is diligently doing their job. They always helped at the reception, they always found a Russian-speaking friend. The interior of the hotel is decent, the food is excellent. In short, the vacation was a success. The minus, of course, is a small beach. But lovers of swimming here have a place to turn around. The beach is located almost in the middle of Avsallar Bay. Thanks to the staff of this hotel for the excellent service, for the smiles, for the excellent organization of leisure and evening animation. I really want to come back here.

We had a rest in October 2023. Nice small cozy hotel. Clean rooms. The food is excellent, a variety of dishes, polite staff. We had a double standard with a view of the city. The mini bar was replenished daily with water with and without gas and natural juice. There is a mosque nearby, so we woke up at 5-6 in the morning. But it didn't hurt, on the contrary. We went to a Chinese restaurant at the hotel, it's okay, you can sit quietly, but I'd rather still in a shared restaurant. On-site swimming pools, bar, spa. We went to the hamam on the first day. There is a small market near the hotel. The only negative is the beach. Very small, the sun beds are right next to each other.

We arrived on the first of June in the morning, waited a little and the girl at the reception gave us the keys to the family room, although we took the standard, the room is an excellent two-room, everything you need for a stay. The beach is sandy if you go into the sea closer to Lonesera, then there are no stones at the entrance, the sea was already warm , they went out not because it was cold but to rest . The sun beds were occupied on the first line at about 6:30 a.m. it didn't bother us, but the rest day was long because there were only ten of them. The food is delicious, there are no queues, although the hotel was full of tourists. The mini disco is fun, the child did not miss more than one day, she really liked it there, the staff is excellent, cleaning every day and the bar is always replenished. We have been to Turkey ten times and this hotel is one of the best hotels for families with children!

Great hotel! Delicious food, friendly staff, well-maintained territory. We had a rest in early June, everything was fine. We arrived early in the morning, the hotel administration checked in ahead of schedule and gave us a bigger and better room (we upgraded from a standard one to a two-room family room). The rooms are well cleaned. WiFi, as already mentioned here, catches almost the entire territory. In general, I liked everything. We decided that we would come here again.

A great hotel for a family holiday. Good access to the sea, sand. The sea is the purest. The territory of the hotel is small, neat, clean. Large main restaurant, varied food, grill every day, Turkish food, lots of desserts, diet food, pastries, etc. Free ice cream. There are bars and fast food outlets in various places on the territory of the hotel. There is a great pool in the center of the hotel, there is also another small one a little further away. There are two water parks, one of which is across the street (via an underground passage), there are slides for kids and adults and another pool. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. In principle, there are no problems with communication. The rest is mainly Germans, Poles and Russians. The attitude towards everyone is the same, good. Everyone is friendly. There are many families with children. In the evening, it is noisy until 23:30, then silence. The cleaning is mediocre, including with tips.
There is a mini bar in the room, replenished every day with mineral water, water, juices, tea, coffee. The rooms are nice, clean, and the beds are good. There is a Waikiki market in front of the hotel. We liked the hotel. We recommend it.

We spent a vacation together with our son for 10 years. In the period from 6 to 14 May 24.
The weather was cool for the first few days.
The hotel itself can be rated at 4. The cleaning in the rooms was superficial and after cleaning the long hair of the cleaners remained. In the first days, only 2 of the 6 towels remained, because they were taken away by the cleaners.
The water in all the pools was cold, without heating, which is not particularly comfortable.
The food is monotonous for a buffet, everything is quite tasty. Respect to the cook.
The biggest disadvantage is that this hotel, like all the others, is located near the main road along which people drive day and night. Although our windows looked into the interior of the territory, it was very noisy through the old windows installed in the rooms (1st building, 6th floor).

The beach is nice, but small, at the end of May it's still nothing, but what will happen in July is unclear to me. And on the beach there is only beer in the bar, this is the case in all hotels, but you can usually walk 50 meters to another bar, and here another bar is far away, since the second line is from the sea.
Cleaning is daily, but they really don't do anything, for example, they have never changed the linen in 10 days. The sink was clogged, the plumbers were trampled, so no one washed after them, they had to do it themselves.
The star was shot for the terrible Internet. Confidently catches only in the lobby and the water park, there is no one on the beach at all. And in the room it is stated that it should be, but it really was for three days, then disappeared, turned to the IT specialist, he fixed it for half an hour and disappeared again. In my presence, a woman from another building also complained at the reception about the lack of Internet. And judging by the number of people with tablets in the lobby, this is a widespread problem. It's not something that doesn't catch, it crashes out of the account and won't let you back in. Even on the days when he worked, I had to enter it 10 times, I now remember the passport number by heart :)

Currently I live with my granddaughters in a hotel. Wonderful staff at the reception, in the restaurant. The room is cleaned perfectly.
The sea is beautiful, the sand is flat, the coast is very convenient with children or if you swim badly.

The granddaughter collected the shells and put them on the table by the chaise longues, they were thrown out by a beach worker and it's in a family hotel!!!
The towel was left on the chaise longue, the beach worker put it in his room, where he collects garbage on a dirty canister or with gasoline, whether with kerasin.
I tried to find out why this attitude. The head of the beach service, a certain Nadezhda, told me, among other things, that guests should take care of themselves.
I did not expect such an attitude from the host country of Turkey.
I am already an elderly man and this is probably my last visit to Turkey, the attitude of this Hope to the guests has really spoiled the impression.
I appeal to the management of the hotel, if such people work for you, then it is clear why you have a mess on the beach!!!!!

The hotel is great.
We lived in the main building on the 5th floor (there are two elevators)the room has a split one large bed and one 1.5+ small armchair, a table with two bedside tables, a table with a TV mirror (there were no Russian channels upon arrival, but I informed the guide about it and on the same day I connected 5 channels)large balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The bathroom was clean and the plumbing was working.cleaning every day + change of towels. This was my 5th visit to Turkey and it is the worst hotel of all five. The only thing here at 5 is the beach. Although it is not big, the sand is perfect, the entrance to the sea is ideal, for children it is just what you need.

Rooms /service - the rooms themselves are fresh, good, but the service is 3. When we stopped by the baseboard in an open place for the eyes, that is, it was not under the bed or bedside table, but just in an open place there was a cookie straw, a stick that. So my wife and I didn't touch it on purpose, and we followed the fate of this wand)) She didn 't budge for 11 nights , that 's all the service . Also air conditioners, it's just a horror movie)) do not look into the interior of the air conditioners. There's just a layer of mold, terrible mold, sometimes it even seems to move))) we tried very hard not to turn it on because the smell of mold is just a nightmare.
The staff in the bars are rude, lying and not friendly. I ask, is there any rum? Yes. He pours , I try . The taste is just disgusting . I take the bottle just unceremoniously from under the bar , and this is flavored vodka . It's exactly the same story with tequila and whiskey, as well as vodka with flavor additives.
Territory. I am not a direct connoisseur of the beauty of bushes, trees, etc. but in the last hotel I have a feeling of wow from what surrounded me, it's just here.... WE RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
I'll start with the fact that we were in Turkey for the first time, before that we rested in other countries (Egypt, Tunisia, Thailand), and our family liked the hotel. I will not describe the territory of the hotel, there are in previous reviews.
We arrived at the hotel at about 10 am, we were put on bracelets, we went to breakfast, to the beach (at about 11-12 and there were free sunbeds!), at 14h they gave us a room. We were lucky - they gave us a two-room standard in the 4th building (we did not pay extra for accommodation). The room is clean, the safe is free, wi-fi works fine, but only for messengers and Instagram, it is almost impossible to enter the VK. In the future, garbage was cleaned daily in the room, the mini-bar was replenished (water, sprite, cola, juice), towels were changed every 3 days, bed linen was never cleaned, the floors were wiped a couple of times.
The food is great, for every taste, the meat is very tasty, even our baby ate, and she is very selective.
Of the minuses that all the tables were occupied at dinner, dirty unwashed appliances and beer glasses came across.
They drank beer, cocktails (though sweet), whiskey from alcoholic beverages, but they didn't like rose wine terribly.
I really liked the water park, there are not many people, there is a snack bar, slides for both children and adults, for fun.
And we liked the beach, we had time everywhere) The beach is sand, the sea is clean, but only one day we saw some stains, a really narrow strip of beach, there are no free sunbeds at 10 am, but you can approach a beach guard or an employee - they help to find or put a sunbed, after lunch it is much easier to find a sunbed. At the entrance to the sea there is sand, stones are farther away, but you quickly pass them and again the sand.
For children, animation, kids' club, mini disco, kids liked it.
wi-fi is available in the room, lobby, in the water park. Does not work in a restaurant, on the beach.
The hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly, there is also a friendly atmosphere among the guests, guests from different countries.

We returned from vacation from July 5 to July 12, 2024 , which I can say is a very budget 4 !there are no places by the pool at 8 am , there are no places on the sea either , i.e. they stupidly came for a swim and left , there are a lot of people (yes , it 's the season ) but how is it that there are not enough places on the beach and by the pool !Next , the food - as you wrote , you will not stay hungry , but eating the same thing for 7 days is too much !the attitude in the bar towards the Russians feels like they're pretending they don 't understand you.The dishes are in pieces , I took a few glasses and gave them away ! All that pleased me was the animation - well done guys!It 's up to you !certainly not 5 ka ! but 3 ka !

Everything is fine except that the pools are all with ice water, it is especially sad that the water in the children's pools is even icier. And you need to walk to the beach for 10 minutes, having previously taken a place at a wild early hour (Ito if you have time) the beach is narrow, small, crowded and very crowded) The beach is sandy, but when entering the sea there is a strip of pebbles, sometimes gali, sometimes even Galina)) then there was sand everywhere, a gentle and long entry into the sea, which is convenient for swimming with children, there were no waves- beauty.. Further down the minuses - the hat that was left near the pool disappeared (who took it is unknown), towels from the sun loungers disappeared 3 times (it's the hotel visitors who apparently got caught) and children's things disappeared in the room (there was definitely a plump maid whose name we don't know) That's just saddened. Otherwise, everything is really fine, from check-in to check-out. The staff at the reception are cute, they changed our room with a sea view without taking any money at all. In the dining room, too, everything is perfect, the food was varied and delicious, cleaned immediately, everything is clear, professional. Every evening there are animation programs, children's discos, shows, discos for adults, whatever your heart desires. The rooms are comfortable, everyone is friendly, they work not noticeably, but qualitatively, the territory is large, slides, pools, ice cream, bars. We constantly ate and drank, rested, it was never boring at all) Every day we saw an inspector (probably the owner of the hotel), who controlled, checked, well done. This hotel has a huge future. In general, we liked the rest, as well as the hotel itself

We had a family vacation 07.07-13.07.2024.
Just about the tour operator - representatives of FUN & SUN do not make contact, hang up, there is no understanding with them.
It all started with Ural Airlines, a 13-hour delay in departure from Tyumen!!!, an alleged strike at Antalya airport (AZUR took off on schedule), but later it turned out something else - a faulty board. They did not want to change, they were waiting for a technician from the ECB, representatives of the airline (at the airport and on the hotline) do not give information from the word at all! The return flight was also delayed for 2 hours (the flight from Volgograd took a long time).
Now about the hotel: the service is disgusting! Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels were done 1 time during the whole time and then at the "urgent" request, the mini-bar is not replenished. The food in the restaurant is monotonous, the same thing every day, there are no seafood, there is a lot of fast food on the territory. WI-FI is not stable, there is no signal on the beach, you constantly connect through authorization by passport number and room number, but most importantly - after handing over the number, WI-FI will not be available, you will simply be disconnected. The beach is small, there is a problem with sun beds (the same with pools), if you do not take them early in the morning, there will be no place to stay, the coastline is narrow.
The only thing that pleased me was the sea! The entrance is shallow, the sand is fine, the water is clean and warm. We have made certain conclusions for ourselves.

We rested in this hotel from October 10 to October 20. I liked the hotel. The room was booked standard upon arrival, we were offered a two-room family room with a sea view. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed every three days. The food can be said around the clock, we were with two children, we found something to feed without problems. The staff is friendly and friendly. The only negative is the beach, but we knew about it. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, it is convenient with children, but the sun beds are just one on one, so close that there is not even a passage, the first row of sun beds is almost in the water. The beach is very small for such a hotel and there were also rocks in the water. But we went to the beaches a little further where there is a wide beach strip. The territory of the hotel is not large, but very well maintained. In general, I recommend the hotel for a family, relaxing holiday.
