The staff is very polite, everyone is very friendly and sociable. The room is cleaned every day, fresh bed linen, bathroom accessories and clean towels. They always bring water when cleaning and leave it in the room for free. You can ask on which days you do not need to wash or hang a sign that cleaning is not required. I can't tell what kind of kitchen it is, as they always ate in other places 😁

The people are friendly and welcoming. The air is filled with the aromas of flowers and spices.
However, the service leaves much to be desired. The nearest market is 1.5 km from the hotel and the road from the village to the hotel is not illuminated. 1.5 km in the dark if you return after 18 hours. Similarly, if you return along the beach. Take a flashlight with you. Signs to the hotel on the way would be very useful, the first time I got lost, there are no signs or they are not visible in the dark. I thank the residents who show the way.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, beautiful, near a swamp with lotuses.
Upon departure, an unpleasant precedent happened for me with a mini-bar. There is no price list for a mini-bar in the room. The cost of tea water, carefully supplied in the room, is overestimated by 5 times. Check the details at the time of check-in, even if you are tired.
The room was cleaned well. She left tips. The water is warm in the room, the plumbing is clean, the linen is white, clean.
The breakfasts were cooked deliciously: scrambled eggs, toast with jam/ butter, rice with vegetables, sabji or lentils with vegetables, coffee/ tea, cereals with milk for children, chapatis or other flatbreads, watermelons, pineapples from fruits. In Betilbatim, you can buy bananas and tangerines from fruits. I bought papaya, mango, apples, exotics in Kolva, about 2 km (it's nicer on the beach) or in Margao (15 minutes by bus from the village). I bought natural coffee in Margao, I couldn't find it closer.
The hotel is popular with Indians, they come in large companies, drink half the night, walk, make noise. Early in the morning, the hallway and stairs are dirty, alcohol bottles and other joys of stormy nights. When choosing a quiet, secluded place to relax (the beach), keep in mind that the hotel may turn out to be different and you will be knocked on the head half the night, loudly enjoying your rest and throwing beer bottles on the balcony.
Wi-fi is unstable, for social networks it is normal.
The road to the beach, like the beach itself, is not cleaned, strewn with food packaging + the sea carries out human waste products, there are no garbage containers. At the same time, it is much cleaner than the road from the airport to the car park in Yekaterinburg.
The price tag is like in the Turkish three, the level falls far short of the two.

Soap, shampoo, gel and 2 bottles are given out. Of course, there are no breakfasts: omelette, curry, pasta, oatmeal, watermelon juice and watermelon. The cups are all stained and stained, so there is no desire to drink tea / coffee for breakfast automatically. If you want privacy, then Alagoa is an ideal option. The hotel is located at a distance from the villages of Betalbatim and Kolva, only other hotels and apartments are nearby. The nearest store is about 15-20 minutes by a winding road.
You also need to walk to the sea for 5-7 minutes, first along the palm grove and along the neighboring hotel, and then along the goat path along the flood meadow. The beach is relatively clean and deserted.
If you go to Kolva on the beach, then be prepared for the fact that you will have to fight off beach vendors. They are not always friendly if you refuse them.
There are no complaints about the service, almost none. Once I was "missed" and the room was not cleaned. But it's not scary. Otherwise, there are no questions to the service. All with a smile, very friendly.
There are most questions about nutrition. It is clear that this is India, it is clear that spices are everywhere, but what is the problem with making porridge for breakfast, offering yogurt...Scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs and Indian spicy dishes. Since the morning....The juice is only watermelon, from fruits only watermelon and if it turns out to snatch, then pineapple. Tea, if you do not drink masala (although it is beautiful), do not interrogate. They pretend they don't understand. It's a little meager and boring.
For dinner - there is a separate dinner menu for guests and again some Indian dishes, mostly vegan or chicken. There are no complaints about the quality and taste of the dishes, but there is a lot of diversity - like here is the sea, but there are no fish. But I want to note that the soups are cooked very tasty here!
Lunchboxes with comrades, by the way, are also not interrogated. One time they brought it, and the other time they just stood it up.

Guys, the hotel is top if you take houses in the jungle. It is more profitable to upgrade on the spot, the overpayment will differ four times than if you immediately buy as part of a package tour. We drove all over Goa from north to south and I can say that Betalbatim is the best beach. It's clean, safe, and deserted. The hotel has an excellent manager, Yana, who is eager to help with almost any issue. Minus a star for the restaurant- they cook mediocre, taxes and tips are added to the bill in fact, they are not included in the price on the menu. And so - we really liked it.

We lived in this hotel in a bungalow. The audibility is terrible. They cleaned up really well. We visited this hotel in the middle of December 2018. The first time in India. I liked everything very much.the hotel is quiet, the staff is kind and smiling. We lived on the third floor, a room with a balcony overlooking the field, early in the morning- it's beautiful! Squirrels jump on palm trees, herons walk in the field, birds sing, the sun rises, and we admire nature and drink coffee on the balcony, a fairy tale! In the evening, other delights open up, the smell is awesome (some flowers).I attended a massage!!! How I was born again! it is located on the side on the ground floor of the hotel, the massage therapist explained it, I advise you, you will not regret it!A master of his craft, Responsive, makes discounts, strong hands- they work wonders! I often remember this bliss, I would go without thinking. In short, the master Class!!! We dined in shakes on the beach, walked to the right along the shore, Masha's shake is very tasty, large portions of shrimp melt in your mouth, fresh fish are also taken out there, choose any one, they will cook you want for dinner, you want right away. We were very satisfied with the rest, as we visited a fairy tale...the sea is warm, affectionate, the purest, jellyfish were not met alone.
