A good almost boutique hotel, but its main advantage is its small size and location. It's better in life than in the photo. There is not enough fish for 4k. The rooms are generally approx. The staff is pleasant, but do not expect that they speak Russian here, 95% of the vacationers are retired Europeans. Good sound insulation in the rooms, rented on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool - these are the best rooms, although they paid a little extra. Nearby there is our chain of surf coffeehouses, waikiki and a funicular 15 min walk, a pleasant promenade. There are a lot of cats in the hotel, a turtle still lives in the bushes, and there are no children at the hotel 18+. There are no fights over sunbeds on the beach, there are plenty of free cars to rent, it's not very cheap. There was even a semblance of some kind of animation. Beer in the bar in the region of 300x lira per bottle - be prepared for this new reality in Turkey

Great hotel. In the center of Alanya and on the 1st coastline. Nearby is the church of 783, St. George the Victorious. I recommend.

The hotel is definitely good. The bar is paid. Chefs can get all worked up and ignore you. However, according to the first complaint to the manager, wine is free for everyone)))) therefore, good or bad is subjective.
