I was walking down the street with a small child in a stroller. Cars blocked the road. I had to go around through the cafe (some of the tables are in the pedestrian zone). A guy blocked the way. And with furious eyes, he began not to let them in and shouted that they could not walk here. You can only eat. Inappropriate and inhumane behavior. The cafe was empty, we didn't bother anyone. I think this behavior is unacceptable. We used to go to this cafe. There's no time to go anymore and I don't advise everyone.
