It's a very good cafe, but at first glance it resembles our standard canteens. There is no menu in either Russian or English, so the local waiter will explain everything to you. Most likely, he will offer a set: "shrimp, soup, fish." The two of us came, we were offered a kilogram of shrimp, 2 fish and 2 soups, we refused, split the shrimp, took one fish and 2 soups. It was insanely much, but delicious, and I had to pack up some of it. It turned out to be inexpensive. Mostly locals go to the cafe, it was at least interesting.
We took seafood soup 2 servings of 50 dirhams, (fish squid shrimp), generally normal , the menu is in Arabic. But it's expensive. Near the main road, in a seafood restaurant, you can take a set for two with the same soup (but smaller) for this price.
