There are free sun loungers and free umbrellas on the beach.
Upon arrival, the room had liquid soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 5 towels, and an air freshener. There were also 2 stools, an electric kettle, 2 mugs, 2 teaspoons, 2 mug stands, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, a hair dryer, a canister of water, a basin. Outside on the terrace there is a table, 2 chairs, a clothes dryer.
A 10-minute walk away there is a bus stop, from where they were picked up for excursions, and you could also take public transport (minibuses), taxis or hitchhikers to the center of Pitsunda, Gagra, Sukhum and New Athos on your own.
There were 2 shops nearby where you could buy soft drinks, and one of the shops had a prom.essential goods, we managed to buy a milestone.
The level of the guest house: self-garbage collection, provision of additional garbage bags, toilet paper, room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels on request.
There was garbage on the beach and in the water in places, as well as horse manure lying on the beach in some places.
A creaky bed.
There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, water accumulated and dried poorly to the right of the toilet bowl. Poor sound insulation between the rooms.

I liked the hotel: excellent location, clean, well-groomed and well-thought-out territory, decent rooms. There is a cafe, Parking, tables on the terrace near the room, a Playground. Sun beds (to the sea, you need to carry them yourself). There are few people. A great place for a relaxing holiday alone with nature. Administrator Kristina will help you with everything, she will tell you everything. Many thanks to her and Daria for our comfortable stay.

We rested here in 2023. Everything was more or less decent. We decided to go in 2024. Rooms were booked in advance. And we were very surprised by the abrupt change: the administrator was talking through her lip on the verge of rudeness. There was also a demand not to touch the cats, of which there are a huge number. At the same time, many room doors were "marked" with them and the stench was decent, there were cockroaches in the rooms, duvet covers were issued only after treatment, so I had to sleep the first night covered with synthetic bedspreads of dubious freshness. The beds in the rooms need to be replaced, because they creak even with the slightest movement. The bathroom smells like sewage. In general, it seems that the main thing was to get money, and there is no question of any kind of service at all. The prices in the cafe, which opened recently and was not popular with guests, are very much overstated. At the same time, 50 meters away there is an excellent dining room "Tasty place", where it is both cheap and delicious!

We had a rest in July, on the first day of arrival we saw dolphins in the sea, not far from the shore 😍
The sea is clean, there are not so many people, this is a very big plus
On the territory of the cafe, they cook very tasty portions. Large, reasonable prices.
The room is not bad , the only thing is that they give an extra for the third person.the place (we had a creaky cot with a thin mattress )
But we asked the administrator for another mattress, I found it without any problems, it became softer and better!
The bedspread was like a plaid , without duvet covers, it was not comfortable for us (we were asked at the reception , everything was given)
In general, all questions were solved 👍
There is a shop nearby (water, ice cream, some sweets there)!
The rest was calm , I recommend the hotel 🙌🤝
There is a Boxwood Grove nearby, the area is large and beautiful

For the first time, on the recommendation, we rested in this hotel, in Abkhazia. Transfer from Adler airport - directly to the hotel. Not a big, but very cozy hotel. Between Pitsunda and Gagra (closer to Pitsunda). The place is a dairy farm. Many people have been vacationing here for more than one season. The sea is literally 50 meters away! You can book excursions - a large selection! New Athos, Lake Ritsa, etc... wine tasting, honey, cheese. Very caring girls - Kristina and Dasha, who provide for the whole life of visitors, are unparalleled workers at the hotel. The hostess of the hotel is Esma, who always promptly answered questions about booking and clarified what and how to do in order to safely get to this paradise. Each room has air conditioning and, on the terrace, a table and chairs - for gatherings, for example, in the evening, over a glass of light wine. Everything was fine! There is a canteen and a cafe nearby, where we ate. We recommend it to those tourists who want to relax both on a budget and pleasantly!

We were in the first half of June 2023. A very quiet and cozy place to relax. Next to the dining room, and behind it a cafe where they feed very tasty and have homemade drinks, delicious barbecue. The rooms are clean, there was always water, the light was turned off once for 1.5 hours in 10 days. Air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, towels are all in good condition, not tired. The sea is 150 m away. On the territory, you can take shizlong trips to the sea. There are fungi from the sun on the beach. There is a boxwood grove nearby, where we went to a restaurant and cafe on the seashore when we wanted to *get into the crowd*, karaoke and a disco take place there. They let non-boxwood residents in without any problems. Pitsunda is 5-7 minutes away by car. Parking for cars on site is large. We were satisfied with this place, I recommend it.

We had a rest in Al Mare from August 1 to August 10, 2023. A cozy place for a quiet rest. The sea is two steps away, the sun loungers are your own, you can hide from the sun under straw mushrooms. The sea is clean and warm, dolphins came every day in the morning and at lunch. The territory is very large and beautiful, there are benches, swings, a children's corner and a cafe with a barbecue where you can cook kebabs yourself.
There is a very tasty dining room nearby, where they cook excellently, with a huge selection of menus.
1. The only thing I would like to wish is a more friendly staff.
2. It's a little uncomfortable without dishes, there are only 2 glasses in the room and that's it. If you want to eat something, there's nowhere to put it.
3. No one washes the floors, well, it's not necessary, I'm not from blue blood, I can wipe the sand myself, BUT they asked for a mop, they barely gave us, saying: this is not according to the rules!. Brooms and shovels are for general use, but buckets and mops are not.
But in principle, these are small things. Anyway, everything is perfect. I liked it very much.I recommend.

Good afternoon!
We were at this hotel from 07.08 to 17.08. Very cozy place. Excellent administrators (Kristina and Dasha) will resolve any issues very quickly. There are good canteens (expensive and cheap) within walking distance. What surprised me the most was that the beach...almost empty. The water is clean, very rarely jellyfish swam, small ones. On the territory of the hotel there are anti-stress cats and kittens + a couple of cool dogs. The beach is moderately clean, well, this is already a claim to vacationers.

PSS: those who did showers in the rooms need to drive a nail into their heads)))
PSSS: The audibility of neighboring rooms is very good...therefore 4*...I would put 4.5))

Synthetic blankets, which offer shelter, old bed linen, lack of cleaning in the rooms. The air conditioners are humming in unison, like a transformer box. In the bathroom, only liquid soap is used for hygiene items.
You can change the linen with the permission of the girl at the reception. She will look at the magazine and tell you, "Yes, you can."
Glass bottles can only be thrown into empty bins. If you make a mistake, you will be reprimanded for it.
All that remains is to put everyone in a line and make them walk in formation) Which the girl did, but with the staff. It is highly undesirable to scold the staff in the presence of guests. Scold them for lost rags and so on. It's ugly and unpleasant for the staff. What to say about the guests. It is better to assert yourself in other places.
The cleaner who cleaned the rooms of the guests who left, passing by our room, where the door was open, just slammed it angrily, I was even scared by such a clap.
When we were leaving the room, did she say "whatever"? Although we left ahead of time.
You can write for a long time)) But the experience is interesting, of course.
I'll leave two stars for the view from the room of the fantastic sunsets.

Friends, everything was great!!
Excellent hotel, the location of the hotel is 100 points, the room is excellent, comfortable mattress, pillows, plumbing in working condition, refrigerator, kettle, TV in the room, free wi-fi. There were no interruptions with hot water. Once there was a power outage for several hours, an accident at a power plant. There is always a hot towel rail in the shower. Excellent well-maintained territory, there is a small Playground, Parking for cars, a cafe on site, a cafe nearby outside the hotel. The beach is 50 meters away, you can use sun loungers for free, there is a wonderful cafe-bar Palm on the beach (I highly recommend visiting)
And now the cons (for me personally):
The absence of any hooks for clothes at the entrance to the room, a very creaky bed, the presence in the room of only one bedside table near the double bed and probably not there is enough of at least a small floor bookcase or shelf in the shower room. Well, for allergy sufferers, there are a lot of cats on the territory, they are everywhere!!!! I think this is the concept not of the manager, but of the maintenance staff!! But I spent my vacation on antihistamines!!

We have been resting since 08/25, I really like everything, thanks to the administrators, we always solve issues clearly and promptly, there are very few people, Monday, no more than 15 people on the beach in the morning, my wife and I are alone at lunch. The Windows overlook the private sector, there are no smells, the room has a shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV. The lights , water and Internet have never been turned off . I recommend it, we will come again.I go into the sea up to my waist, the bottom is visible, my height is 185.

In general, I liked everything!
Excellent location, its own beach with a separate exit directly from the territory. The territory is well maintained, everything is clean. There is a private parking.
The rooms are located in a two-storey wooden house with shared verandas. The veranda is circular around the perimeter of the house, each room has its own table with chairs.
The room has everything you need: bathroom, air conditioning, kettle, glasses, wardrobe, refrigerator, TV.
Of the shortcomings, I want to mention a couple of points that did not spoil our rest, but be careful.
Some rooms are located with a view of the cowshed on the adjacent plot, fragrance is possible.
We stayed for 3 days, during this time we did not have a sweep (and sand is brought from the beach), we did not take out the garbage, there was no spare roll of toilet paper. Of course, everything was given out on request without any problems))
The impressions were good, if possible we will come again and recommend you to visit!

In general, the hotel is not bad, not far from the beach, spacious territory, everything is beautiful, the staff is good. but!!!!!! Two HUGE disadvantages.... 1) The walls are like corton, you can hear EVERYTHING. I had someone throwing up outside my wall every night and night. 2) There is NO water in the evening! That's from the word COMPLETELY. But the price is acceptable and justified.
There are a couple more pleasant moments. Kittens are running around the territory. And there are several cafes not far from the hotel.

Now about the cons - constant interruptions with water, you want to wash after the sea and the tap water does not run, you stand soapy and wait for it to run again). There are several small cafes nearby, the food in them is spicy, monotonous, as a result, everyone got sick with rotovirus in turn (There are no big shops nearby either, we took a taxi to Pitsunda, fortunately not far away. The linen was changed after five days with a creak) and more: the hotel is located sideways to the sea, the TV does not really show, there is a cowshed nearby, cows walk by themselves, mine roads)

We rested at this hotel for the second time and we will definitely come again. Peace and quiet. We had a rest in late June-mid-July, a good hotel. Nearby, 100 meters away, the dining room is a delicious place, fully justifies its name and is inexpensive.
The room itself has everything you need - a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, kettle. Each room has its own table on the veranda with chairs. Nice friendly administrators. The beach is a hundred meters away, there are practically no people. It takes 10 minutes to get to Pitsunda by minibus (50 rubles / person), they drive often, but they need to vote, otherwise they won't stop.
The only disadvantage that does not apply to the hotel, but to Abkhazia as a whole is that electricity, Internet and water are unstable

The country is dirty, they are trying to make money everywhere, wine is the same price in the morning in the store, in the evening it is twice as expensive. The staff is angry and not cut, they hate Russians, they snarl. To comments about a dirty room, the answer is "relax in Russia." The prices are exorbitant, the service is zero and the crime situation is terrible, everything is like in the 90s. There is no hospitality. After that, I wanted to leave as soon as possible and never come back. I don't understand how you can relax here, only if you pretend to be dumb, deaf and it's better not to look at all the local squalor.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days.
Of the cons:
for 3 days there was practically no water in the rooms on the 2nd floor, in case of heavy rain, the electricity was turned off.
Room cleaning on request after 5 days of stay. They are cleaned well, with detergents, but apparently only the central places, because they accidentally discovered a spider web behind the bathroom door, which is clearly several months old ((
the mattress on the bed was old and another thin one was put on it.

The sea is nearby and dolphins have been seen every day
There is a cafe and a dining room nearby. The Boxwood Grove sanatorium is also within walking distance
