The friendly staff of the hotel. Convenient operation of the cafe from 9 to 22. A varied menu in the cafe, delicious, fast service. If necessary, an early breakfast could be ordered in the evening and take-out in the morning in the cafe to warm up. The proximity of the beach. Big beach, few people. The pleasant well-groomed territory of the hotel. There are free sun loungers and free umbrellas on the beach. Upon arrival, the room had liquid soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 5 towels, and an air freshener. There were also 2 stools, an electric kettle, 2 mugs, 2 teaspoons, 2 mug stands, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, a hair dryer, a canister of water, a basin. Outside on the terrace there is a table, 2 chairs, a clothes dryer. A 10-minute walk away there is a bus stop, from where they were picked up for excursions, and you could also take public transport (minibuses), taxis or hitchhikers to the center of Pitsunda, Gagra, Sukhum and New Athos on your own. There were 2 shops nearby where you could buy soft drinks, and one of the shops had a prom.essential goods, we managed to buy a milestone. The level of the guest house: self-garbage collection, provision of additional garbage bags, toilet paper, room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels on request. There was garbage on the beach and in the water in places, as well as horse manure lying on the beach in some places. A creaky bed. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, water accumulated and dried poorly to the right of the toilet bowl. Poor sound insulation between the rooms.

The most favorite place in Abkhazia. The sea, the sun, a clean, cozy area, very tasty cuisine and, of course, the staff!!! Thanks a lot to Dasha, Kristina and Dima - wonderful guys: attentive, friendly, always help-they will tell you, it turned out to be a vacation with them, like visiting relatives.

A great place for those who appreciate a relaxing holiday. The incredibly clear sea, where you definitely want to return. Not the most helpful staff, but all issues were resolved. Very tasty food and beautiful service in the cafe at the hotel, a lot of cute cats)
