Excellent apartment, I recommend it to everyone!
Comfortable and clean, very polite and attentive staff (all issues were quickly resolved), cleaning every day (including washing dishes). The interior is pleasantly restrained, not ultramodern, but everything is clean and pleasing to the eye. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would like to mention very comfortable beds and thick curtains.
Good location, close to many cafes, grocery stores, Abu Dhabi Mall, transport stops. The Louvre is 13 minutes away by taxi (30 minutes by bus), 20 minutes by bus to the bus station, and you can walk to the beach.
On the roof there is a swimming pool (not large, but heated), sauna, gym with a good set of exercise equipment.
Not a bad hotel. The city center, near all the infrastructure: Abu Dhabi Mall with hyper Coop, Grand Emirates Market shopping center with a bunch of cheap Chinese junk, exchangers, some cafes, etc. We liked the room, we were also promoted for some unknown merit to huge apartments with two full bathrooms - one with a bathtub, the other with a shower stall. The kitchen itself is not bad, there are two significant disadvantages - 1) the stove, only 2 burners, small, 2) the cooking utensils are terrible, all metal, you need to adjust so that the dishes do not burn. Otherwise, everything was great. Corniche beach is 10 minutes away by taxi, the price is around 20-25 dirhams.
A wonderful apartment hotel with a good location. In my opinion, the most important advantage of the hotel is the magnificent, friendly and hospitable staff, ready to help in everything. We were allocated an improved room with two bathrooms for free. The room had a variety of dishes, a hob, a kettle, you can cook your own food. Upon check-in, there was a bottle of water, tea bags, coffee, dry cream, sugar in the room, they were updated every day. Cleaning was done daily. The room is quiet, but sometimes you can hear the sewer in the nearest bathroom (this is probably such a feature of hotels in the UAE). The furniture is slightly tired, but not critical. Located in the city center, to the Corniche St. embankment. you can walk, take a taxi inexpensively (by UAE standards) to get to the Louvre and Um Al Emarat Park, there are shops, currency exchange offices, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants nearby, Abu Dhabi Mall is a 10-minute walk away. It is possible to order dinner in the room, the prices are about the same as in urban cafes and restaurants. The hotel obviously tries to adhere to an eco-friendly approach, asking guests to be economical with water consumption. The only serious note is that the signal and the Wi-Fi speed are not stable (and this is the only serious remark). The hotel itself is located in the city quarter, the view from the room window. I was at a nearby building and construction site. When checking in, there were no small towels for the head in the room, they had to be requested additionally (this is also apparently some kind of feature of UAE hotels).
A wonderful Chinese (probably) hotel, very polite staff who care about you and your comfort. It is very clean, there are adapters for Euro sockets in every room. Nearby there is a mall, Big Emirates Market, where you can buy souvenirs 2-5 times cheaper than in tourist places.
Nice pool with sauna on the roof
Well, quite, the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Breakfast is normal, although it doesn't change much, I got tired of it in a week. The location is OK, you can book it through Booking.

The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars. The rooms are damp and smelly. We were also unlucky, the windows overlooked the construction site and were constantly being drilled there. The advantages of the room are that there is a large room and there is a kitchen with a washing machine. There are strange rules for the pool and sauna, men and women cannot go to the sauna together, and there was always someone sitting there from men, then make two saunas if you have such rules.
