Great hotel. The most important thing is clean, the room is clean, the bathroom is large. Towels are changed every day. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The room was really without a window, the decoy window looked out into the corridor. The corridor is beautifully decorated, stylized for Uzbekistan, their outfits and patterns were presented. I recommend it!

We were very satisfied with the hotel. A good location, close to cafes, shops, a huge park. In the evening, after the excursions, you can walk and eat in a pleasant place, you do not need to contact transport. The interiors are beautiful, all the furniture and appliances are new, not worn out. The plumbing is not cheap and in good condition. Breakfast (buffet)very tasty and varied. The staff is friendly, attentive and inconspicuous (not a single maid was seen), although the rooms were cleaned daily. On the last day before departure, we received a compliment from the hotel (ice cream and strawberries were delivered to the room). A very pleasant impression was left from the stay. Keep it up !

Nice clean stylish hotel, nearby parks, attractions. The staff is Russian-speaking and courteous. The rooms are comfortable, everything you need is there, additional hangers and so on were brought upon request. Breakfast buffet, on a solid 4-ku The only disadvantage is the lack of a window in the room, or rather there was a window, but into the inner hall of the hotel).

Nice modern hotel. Spacious, clean rooms, good breakfasts with a large selection, friendly Russian-speaking staff. Toiletries, slippers and snow-white softest bathrobes were waiting for us in the rooms. The halls on the floors are decorated in an original way, with a national flavor. Among the disadvantages: there is no currency exchange in the hotel, there is no coffee machine or bar in the lobby for gatherings, there are not enough shelves / drawers for women's cosmetics in the spacious bathrooms. But in general, the impression of the hotel is very pleasant, I recommend it!

The Cleaning staff is very noisy, constantly gossiping and discussing everyone and everything (I know Tajik, so I understood what they were talking about). If they did not clean the tea set in good faith and did not replenish it, they turned to the reception desk - everything was quickly fixed. In general, I want to note the work of the reception positively - the only thing. The rude staff at the breakfast was also unpleasant and dressed untidily. Only one employee in a uniform with spots, but at the same time with her hair uncombed, normally open, other employees took out appliances, plates in street clothes. The interior is very beautiful

I do not recommend the hotel. After reading in the reviews that there are rooms without windows, they specifically clarified about booking that having a full-fledged opening window is critically important. We received confirmation, we arrive and upon check-in they try to give us a room without a window. After a long trial, we barely get a room with a window, terribly small and uncomfortable, only one of the two small windows opens, the bed is pushed against the wall with one side. It is impossible to sleep - the mattress is incredibly hard, the pillow is tall, the most important thing is that the walls between the rooms are paper, you can hear every word of the neighbors, they do not give you a second room key card, there is no safe to leave things, breakfast is, to put it mildly, without enthusiasm. They fled to another hotel with joy after the first night. I do not advise, there is no hospitality, desire to help and service in the hotel at all.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Many people write that there are no windows in the rooms. We were in a room on the third floor - we had a window to the courtyard. As far as I noticed, all the rooms on our floor had windows to the corridor and a large air conditioner was working in the corridor, so there was enough air. But the air conditioner is very noisy. I understand that the lack of windows to the street is something national))) but you can't hear the cars and the noise of the street. The hotel is located on a very busy street. The hotel itself is very beautiful inside. There are roofs and beautiful furniture in the lobby. On the third floor there was a carpet in the hallway, in which the feet were just drowning))) and most importantly - clean. There were mannequins in national costumes at the elevator and in the corridor - very interesting. You can touch it)))) and take a picture. We had a fairly clean room. It seems to me that there are few outlets... one outlet for a refrigerator and a kettle - you will have to choose one thing. The staff is polite enough and ready to meet you halfway. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. But there was no wi-fi, from the word at all. Apparently, we were unlucky, there was some kind of technical problem and it was not fixed in 2 days. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel.

An unpleasant story happened when checking into this hotel. At the reception, I had to pay $90 for a standard double room. There was no change from $100 to $for some unknown reason, while I was dealing with this, the hotel director allegedly took my $100 with him. My wife, while I was standing at the counter, went up to the room and saw that our room had no windows. There's nothing to breathe in it. The stuffiness is unbearable. We were refused to replace the number. The money was not returned to us at first either, we had to call the travel agency through which we booked this hotel. After a call from our Uzbek travel agency, the money was still found and returned, in other bills. I had to look for another hotel nearby on my own late in the evening. I do not recommend it.
