A terrible apartment company. I advise you never to interact with them.
The cost of renting a house is very high, taking into account the square footage of the apartment and the location. You will be charged extra for absolutely everything. Regarding the deposit, I'm generally silent, it's a whole attraction to get my money back. Despite the fact that they initially say that the deposit is refundable, in fact they will return only pennies to you, and they will find a million excuses if only you would be left with nothing. I moved out of their apartment 1.5 months ago, I still haven't received a single dirham from my deposit to my account. I am still waiting for the transfer of those kopecks from my deposit to the account.
In addition to all this, I also wrote a statement to the police about their fraudulent actions.
Look for other agents and companies. I am not the only one who has faced their incompetence and fraud.
