On February 4, we booked 2 rooms through Wooking com. for the May holidays, we received confirmation. 2 weeks before arrival, when all the good hotels were already booked, they wrote to us and asked us to cancel the reservation. What kind of arbitrariness is this???
Do not contact this hotel if you do not want to spend the night outside!!

A nice, modern hotel with national elements in the design.
The room is great, everything is new, good service.
The hotel is located in the old town, 5-10 minutes walk from the main attractions.
The breakfast included in the price is good, quite satisfying.
I recommend the hotel.

A wonderful hotel. Near the center, but inside the block it is quiet. The room is large and beautiful, newly renovated but done in a national style. The courtyard. Heated floors. Excellent price-quality ratio.

We brought you to this hotel as part of an excursion group at 21.00. The bus cannot drive up to the hotel door, so you can walk along the fragmented paths with a suitcase for 7 minutes. After moving from Samarkand, I wanted to take a shower and go to bed as soon as possible. But that was not the case. There is no hot water. It turned out that there is a boller, which is not designed for such a number of residents. The reception told me to wait an hour or two...The room was given with Windows to the courtyard. In a previous review, the tourist wrote that it was so beautiful and cute. Apparently, his windows were on the other side. Since tourists were sitting in this courtyard, it was noisy and it was impossible to sleep. A farce. How can you put a table with treats, a la cafe, in a place where the windows of the rooms overlook. WI-FI doesn't catch well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

We booked at the Booking office, arrived at 3 a.m. - at the reception we were informed that they could not check in because there are no places)) for hundreds of trips through booking, this is the first time I have encountered such a thing. They tried to move to a nearby hotel, but the room was of the level of an Indian hostel. I had to go out at night with my suitcases to look for another hotel 🙈

An excellent hotel, which is located almost in the center of Bukhara. Large rooms and bathrooms, very friendly staff. The breakfasts are very decent, they are prepared for each client.
